Salient Points of speech of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji while addressing public rallies in Bardhaman-Durgapur, Krishnanagar & Bolpur, West Bengal

MC-Left and Congress people say that Modi's head should be broken with sticks, Modi should be shot, but I am also firm on my stand. The more they hate me, the more I will serve my countrymen

******************

A TMC MLA in Bengal made an open threat, stating that they would drown Hindus in the Bhagirathi River within two hours. This highlights the dire situation faced by Hindus in Bengal, where they have been marginalized and treated as second-class citizens

******************

In Sandeshkhali, a grave crime was committed against women, particularly our Dalit women. Despite widespread demands for action, the TMC appeared to shield the perpetrator. Is this protection solely because the culprit's name is Shahjahan Sheikh?

******************

Congress' Shehzada is seeking another seat due to fears of defeat in Wayanad. Now, he has had to shift from Amethi to Rae Bareli. Despite their reassurances to others, I urge them 'Daro Mat' and 'Bhago Mat' from challenges

******************

TMC's strongmen are looting every scheme of the Central Government. TMC have cheated lakhs of youth in the recruitment of teachers. Congress, Left and then TMC ruined all the industries. Where there is deliberation and riots, who will come to invest there?

******************

INDI Alliance comprising TMC, Congress, and the Left seems to prioritize only one approach: appeasement. Congress divided the country on the basis of religion. This division left Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis, and Christians who found themselves on the other side of the border facing numerous challenges

******************

Our government had the courage to bring CAA only to relieve the suffering of every such person but TMC is opposing it the most

******************

INDI Alliance committed scams worth lakhs of crores of rupees in its 10 years. When the country had to expand the telecom network, they did the 2G scam. When the country had to strengthen its forces, they did the submarine scam and helicopter scam. When the country was supposed to dominate the world of sports, these people committed the Commonwealth scam

******************

TMC leaders have made a record of committing various types of scams. Such scams which no one can even imagine - Ponzi scheme scam, ration scam, recruitment scam, coal scam, animal smuggling scam and each scam is worth several hundred crores of rupees

******************

In the land of Gurudev, the TMC has allowed anti-social elements to exploit the populace freely. They've extended their grip over villages, hospitals, police stations, and mines

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed public meetings in Bardhaman-Durgapur, Durgapur and Bolpur in West Bengal on Friday. Prime Minister Shri Modi expressed criticism towards the TMC, Congress and Left for destroying Bengal and expressed that the BJP is working tirelessly for Nations’ development. During this event, state BJP President Shri Sukanta Majumdar, Bardhaman-Durgapur Lok Sabha candidate Shri Dilip Ghosh, Krishnanagar Lok Sabha candidate Rajmata Amrita Roy, Bolpur Lok Sabha candidate Smt Priya Saha among other leaders were present.

Shri Modi recently expressed his gratitude to the public for their continuous support and the opportunity to serve the nation. From the helipad to the event venue, the public has showered love during the roadshow and is the source of his energy. Despite achieving the position of Prime Minister twice, the ambition has always been to serve the country rather than to rest or enjoy the position. His commitment lies in fulfilling the dreams of every citizen of Bharat Mata, with the entire nation being his family and its children his priority. He reiterated his dedication to working tirelessly for the welfare and bright future of every individual, striving towards a Viksit Bharat and Atmanirbhar Bharat. The goal of achieving ‘Viksit Bharat’ is not merely personal but aimed at benefiting every citizen. Shri Narendra Modi pledged to continue working towards realizing the aspirations of the people. The TMC will not win even 15 seats in the country and cannot make a government in the country. Congress will not cross more than 50 seats. The left is almost wiped off from the country and is unable to form government and anyone who can form government is BJP-NDA.

Hon’ble Prime Minister expressed that he felt disheartened when he witnessed the suffering and hardships of citizens, as it evokes memories of his own struggles in earlier days. He is determined to ensure that no citizen faces difficulties or poverty, underscoring his unwavering commitment to improving the lives of all.

Shri Narendra Modi expressed the feeling of satisfaction seeing that in the last 10 years, 25 crore people have come out of poverty. If 25 crore people can come out of poverty, then if there is a little more hard work in the coming 5 years, it is true that poverty of everyone in India can be removed. Modi's hard work has been filled with colour and has been given new strength by the poor of the country. Because they walked step by step and hence, in this success the biggest contribution is of those poor people who accepted my words and supported me.

Shri Modi emphasized that as Bharat develops, every citizen of the country will benefit from it. The income of every Indian will increase, including the people of Bengal. Bardhaman will be again recognized as the ‘Dhan ka katora’. Durgapur will be recognized globally as an industrial city. Over the past decade, 10 crore women have joined self-help groups and received financial support worth crores of rupees. As part of Modi Ki Guarantee, 3 crore women from these groups will become 'Lakhpati Didis.' Efforts are underway to empower rural women economically, including training them to become drone pilots. These initiatives aim to enhance women's economic strength and opportunities. Now, under the PM SuryaGarh Yojana, money will be provided for solar panels on homes and with its use, the electricity bill of the public will become zero. Moreover, people can earn money by selling any excess electricity.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that members of the TMC, Left and Congress are only threatening to harm Modi, but I am not one to be afraid. These so-called ‘Naamdaar’ should understand that ‘Kaamdaar’ people never fear. The resolve of the poor is always strong, so the more hatred the opposition directs at me, the more I will serve the people of the country.

Shri Modi recently remarked that the TMC, Left and Congress lack a clear vision for development. Transformative changes have been witnessed in Tripura under BJP leadership over the past five years. Instead of focusing on development, the Left parties tend to resort to divisive tactics for political gain. In West Bengal, a TMC MLA's threatening remarks about drowning Hindus in the Bhagirathi river underscored the concerning political culture within the party. The TMC government has been accused of marginalizing Hindus and suppressing their rights, evident in their objections to slogans like "Jai Shri Ram" and hindering the construction of the Ram Mandir and Ramnavami processions. Such a big crime happened against Dalit women here in Sandeshkhali. The whole country kept demanding action, but TMC kept protecting the culprit. Was it just because the culprit's name was Shahjahan Sheikh?

Hon’ble Prime Minister recounted an emotional encounter at the airport where he met karyakartas who played a song by the women of Sandeshkhali. Despite the language barrier, the pain expressed in the song moved him to tears. He emphasized the importance of every Bengali hearing this song, as it encapsulates the suffering of the women of Sandeshkhali. Following the first two phases of the elections, the frustration of the opposition is evident. The Opposition adopted new tactics of openly advocating for ‘Vote Jihad’. This strategy has been practiced covertly for years but is now being openly endorsed. The silence of Congress, TMC and Left parties on this appeal is indicating their tacit agreement. A united effort to combat this divisive tactic, stressing that allowing such strategies to succeed is not an option.

Shri Modi has stated that the Congress party has announced plans to conduct an ‘X-ray’, of the property, jewelries and belongings of the citizens, with the intention of redistributing them. Our Constitution says that the government of India must not give reservation based on one’s religion. But, Congress, in pursuit of their ‘Jihadi Votes’, wants to take away the rights of SCs, STs and OBCs and give it to its ‘Jihadi Vote Bank’. The Congress wants to snatch the reservation because they want to punish the OBC, Dalits and Adivasis of the country. The reason is because they chose and elected Modi and that’s why they want to punish them and snatch their biggest right of reservation.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that for the last 10 days, he has been challenging Congress repeatedly, but they have stayed silent. His first challenge is for Congress and the INDI Alliance to provide a written assurance to the country that they will not make any constitutional changes to reservations based on religion. His second challenge is for them to commit in writing that they will not take reservations away from SC/ST/OBCs and give them to anyone on religious grounds. His third challenge is for them to promise in writing that, in states where they are in power, they will not cut OBC quotas and give reservations to Muslims based on religion.

Shri Modi stated that every SC/ST/OBC in the country should be wary of INDI Alliance's intentions. The INDI alliance aims to punish SC/STs/OBCs and loot public resources. As long as Modi is alive, they will not succeed in their plundering. West Bengal is a testament to how Congress once divided the country along religious lines. In neighboring countries, a promise was made to protect religious minorities, such as Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Christians. However, no effort was made to uphold this promise over the last 75 years since it was made in 1947. The implementation of the CAA law benefits many Dalit, Namasudra, and Santhal families. However, TMC, Left, Congress and the entire INDI are pledging to abolish the CAA. They are prepared to do anything to please their vote banks.

Hon’ble Prime Minister emphasized that the INDI alliance, stuck in an outdated mindset, is incapable of envisioning the country's future. While they failed to implement a new education policy for three decades, the BJP government modernized the nation's education system by introducing a new policy. The BJP built as many medical colleges in 10 years as Congress did in 60 years. Congress established only 7 AIIMS in 60 years, while the BJP increased the number to 22 in 10 years. All of these are just trailers, there is much work ahead that is to be done. “Yahi Samay Hai, Sahi Samay Hai.”

Shri Modi stated that the UPA alliance was involved in scams worth billions during its 10-year tenure. Congress engaged in several scandals, including 2G, submarines, helicopters and the Commonwealth Games. Similarly, the TMC has matched their record of corruption. Under Congress rule, schools in Kashmir were set on fire, but under BJP governance, such incidents have ceased. Likewise, the TMC’s teacher recruitment scam has jeopardized the future of Bengal's children.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that many media personalities and experts continue to speculate about the election outcome. There is no longer any need for opinion polls or exit polls, the country's voice is clear. He emphasized that he had mentioned earlier that the most prominent opposition leader would be too afraid to contest the election and she fled in fear. She ran off to Rajasthan and entered the Rajya Sabha from there. He had already predicted that Congress' ‘Shehzada’ would lose in Wayanad and, fearing defeat, he would immediately start looking for another seat once the voting in Wayanad concluded. His supporters initially claimed he would go to Amethi, but he was so scared of Amethi that he is now searching for an option in Rae Bareli. Congress is going to end up with even fewer seats this time. The country now sees that these people are not running in the elections to win them, but are merely using them to divide the country. The INDI alliance is solely focused on a vote bank, whereas the BJP adheres to the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.

Shri Modi emphasized upon his tireless efforts towards uplifting the poor, Dalits and Adivasis in Bengal. He highlighted significant achievements such as the construction of over 38 lakh houses, provision of free ration to more than 6 crore needy people and the distribution of water connections to 80 lakh households. Additionally, over 5 crore Jan Dhan accounts were opened in West Bengal and insurance coverage under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana was ensured for the poor, with over ₹450 crore rupees in claims allotted in Bengal during hard times. Furthermore, more than ₹500 crore were allocated to farmers in Bengal under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. However, TMC is obstructing central government beneficiary schemes in Bengal and engaging in the teacher recruitment scam, betraying the aspirations of thousands of youth. The people of Bardhaman are said to be aware of the corrupt practices of the TMC government and the victims of the teacher recruitment scam are living in misery. The Prime Minister called upon the Bengal BJP to establish a social media and state legal cell to investigate beneficiaries of the recruitment scam who possess genuine documents but were still victimized by the TMC's misdeeds. BJP will provide legal support to those beneficiaries and this is ‘Modi ki Guarantee’.

Hon’ble Prime Minister reiterated that his vision for development extends to every parliamentary constituency across the nation. The ongoing efforts in various sectors such as connectivity, infrastructure, rural development, welfare for the underprivileged, farmers, and women underscore this commitment. He emphasized that having BJP-NDA MP’s in your area can accelerate the pace of development, leading to swifter benefits for communities through these initiatives. Our ex-servicemen are facing injustice in Bengal. In his third term, the Central government would extend all possible assistance to alleviate their struggles and improve their livelihoods. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi appealed to the voters to support the BJP candidates and emphasized that every vote to them will strengthen him at the center.
