Salient Points of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s address at public meetings in Barabanki, Fatehpur and Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh

Surge in attendance at BJP rallies in Uttar Pradesh reflects the public's complete trust in Modi's assurance, diligence, commitment and integrity

***************

In the four phases of voting, the public has decisively rejected the SP-Congress alliance. The BJP-NDA is on track to break all previous records with its imminent victory

***************

Today, the entire nation and the world is aware that the Modi government is poised to make a hat-trick. In the upcoming administration, there are numerous major decisions to be taken for the benefit of the underprivileged, youth and women

***************

On one hand, there is the BJP-NDA, committed to the nation's welfare, while on the other, stands the INDI Alliance. As the elections progress, the allies of INDI coalition are starting to disintegrate like a deck of cards. It's reported that, to salvage their prestige, the Congress has set a 'Mission-50'. This implies that their goal is to anyhow secure 50 seats nationwide

***************

Dreams of the Congress and SP have been shattered. Now, plans are being made for after June 4th, as to whom to blame for the defeat. I've heard that even the ticket for the foreign trip has been booked

***************

What will the INDI Alliance's MPs do? Criticize Modi all day and accomplish nothing. We need MPs who focus on developing the region, not those who spend five years cursing Modi. The public should vote for the BJP

***************

Can you attain the speed of a 1000 CC engine with a 100 CC engine? If you seek the swift pace of development, only a strong government can provide it and only the BJP government can deliver it

***************

The SP-Congress alliance has bowed down before appeasement. Meanwhile, as Modi exposes their reality to the nation, they accuse him of dividing Hindus and Muslims

***************

Congress and SP share common traits—they are both dedicated to dynastic politics, engage in political corruption, will do anything to please their voter base, promote criminals and mafias, and sympathize equally with terrorists

***************

What do these individuals do to appease their voter base? When a mafia  dies in Uttar Pradesh, they promptly visit his grave to offer prayers

***************

There was a time when Bundelkhand was known for its drought. Our Bundelkhand used to long for every drop of water. The governments of SP and Congress would announce schemes, only to misuse the funds. Today, a new tale of development is being scripted in Bundelkhand

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed public meetings in Barabanki, Fatehpur and Hamirpur in Uttar Pradesh on Friday. He highlighted the misrule and mafia raj in Uttar Pradesh during the rule of SP and Congress, while the double engine government has worked for inclusive development. During the meeting, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya, Shri Brajesh Pathak, Union Minister and Fatehpur Lok Sabha candidate Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Union MoS and Mohanlalganj Lok Sabha candidate Shri Kaushal Kishore, Baranbanki Lok Sabha candidate Smt Rajrani Rawat and Hamirpur Lok Sabha candidate Shri Pushpendra Singh Chandel among other leaders were present.

Prime Minister Shri Modi ji began his address by seeking blessings from Mata Badi Chandrika and Jamuna Mata. He also paid tribute to Rani Lakshimbai. After the conclusion of four phases of elections and the public in this four phases, have rejected the INDI Alliance. The ‘Bhanumati Ka Kunba’ of INDI Alliance has shattered. June 4 is not too far away, indicating that the Modi government is on track for a third consecutive term. No one wants to work hard in the remaining elections. The INDI Alliance workers were already disappointed, and now they have stopped leaving their homes altogether. The new NDA government will make significant decisions for the welfare of the poor, youth and women. He also highlighted the contrasting alliances in the current election, one side, the BJP and NDA are committed to the nation's well-being, while on the other, the INDI Alliance aims to create instability in the country.

Respected Shri Modi also paid respects to Swami Brahmanand. During the Amrit Mahotsav, we remembered great warriors and national saints like Swami Brahmanand. Our government has documented his contributions in history. However, previous governments never respected him. They wanted to attribute all the credit to only one royal family and did not believe that Dalits and backward classes deserved respect.

Hon’ble Shri Modi ji stated that he predicted that ‘Shehzade’ would flee from Wayanad in Kerala. He also stated that he would not dare to go towards Amethi, and this has been confirmed. The latest news is that, to save its honor, Congress has now launched Mission 50, aiming to secure 50 seats across the entire country by any means. The qualities of both Congress and SP are similar. Both are dedicated to familyism, both engage in politics for corruption, both can do anything to please their vote bank, both promote criminals and mafias, and both SP and Congress are equally sympathetic to terrorists.

Shri Modi ji emphasized that as the elections progress, the INDI alliance is beginning to unravel, akin to scattered playing cards. Here, “Babua Ji”, referred to as the Samajwadi ‘Shehzade’, has sought support from a new ‘Bua’ in Bengal, who has pledged external support to the INDI faction. Another party within the INDI alliance has cautioned others against speaking against them in Punjab. A Congress leader has claimed that the people of Rae Bareli will choose the Prime Minister, which deeply disappointed the Samajwadi ‘Shehzade’. Such alliances are unlikely to earn the trust of the voters.

Respected Shri Modi highlighted the importance of having BJP MPs in Barabanki, Mohanlalganj and Fatehpur. He assured that BJP MPs would bring more development schemes from Delhi and Lucknow than ever before, focusing on the region's progress. For any MP from the INDI alliance, their success would be measured by how much they criticize Modi in a day. If elected, their primary task would be to continuously criticize him.

Prime Minister Shri Modi mentioned the need for MPs who prioritize work over five years of criticism. He stressed the importance of having MPs dedicated to the development of their constituencies. The people have only one choice for such representatives, 'only kamal'. Under the SP government, UP used to be on top in crime, while in terms of development, it was considered a backward state. However, today, the BJP government has brought Uttar Pradesh to the forefront of development. Uttar Pradesh now leads in the number of expressways, has the maximum number of airports, and has started metro services in seven cities. Additionally, Uttar Pradesh is also leading in the implementation of welfare schemes for the poor that I have initiated. Since the BJP government came to power in UP in 2017, houses under the PM Awas Yojana have been built rapidly. So far, the BJP government has provided 15 lakh houses to the poor in cities and 35 lakh houses in villages. For those who have not yet received pucca houses, I assure you that every poor person will definitely get a pucca house.

Hon’ble Shri Modi ji stated that when there is a robust government in the country, the impact is evident. A weak government has no lasting presence, it's transient. The primary concern of a weak government is merely to keep its momentum going. One can't attain the speed of a 1000 CC engine with a 100 CC engine. The rapid pace of development can only be provided by a ‘Damdar’ government and it's only the BJP government that can deliver it.

Respected Shri Modi stated that people from Barabanki carried bricks inscribed with Ram's name and walked to Ayodhya on foot. He highlighted that the youth of Barabanki might not be aware of the 500-year struggle that led to the construction of the Ram Mandir. People used to cry seeing Ram Lalla in a tent and resorted to criticizing the government. Under the BJP government, Ram Lalla finally sat in his divine Mandir, thanks to the support of every single vote by the public. The public must continue to support the 'Lotus' and elect a strong government capable of making decisive actions. In contrast, the Congress and SP governments previously kept Ram Lalla in a tent and advocated for building schools or hospitals instead of a Mandir in Ayodhya. After the Mandir was constructed, they resorted to making negative statements about it and even declined the invitation for the Pran Pratistha ceremony. A senior SP leader once remarked that the Ram Mandir was "Bekaar" on Ram Navami, and a former Congress leader claimed that Congress was trying to overturn the Supreme Court's verdict on the Ram Mandir. Congress partitioned the country on religious grounds and continues to prioritize their family's power over the country's welfare.

Shri Modi ji stated that if SP and Congress come to power, Ram Lalla will be back in a tent, and they will bulldoze the Ram Mandir. They should take tuition from Shri Yogi Adityanath on where to use a bulldozer and where not to. For SP and Congress nothing is more important than their vote bank. However, when I expose them, they become restless and lose sleep. They begin to say anything and resort to abuse. Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and the drafting committee of the Constitution agreed that there should be no reservation based on religion. Even their great grandfather opposed reservation on religious grounds. However, a decade ago, they tried to impose reservation based on religion. In Karnataka, the Congress granted reservation on religious grounds. They included every 'special class' into the OBC category, diverting the reservation meant for OBCs to their 'special class' vote bank. No one can change the reservation framework established by Baba Saheb Ambedkar.

Hon’ble Shri Modi highlighted that the champion of the fodder scam in Bihar, currently out of jail under the pretext of ill health, is now suggesting that the entire reservation should be given to the 'Special class'. This implies that Dalits, tribals, and backward classes would be left with nothing. Congress 'Shehzade' announced plans to conduct an X-ray of public resources, indicating their intention to seize land, jewelry, houses, vehicles, etc., taking a significant portion for themselves and redistributing the rest to 'Vote Jihadis'. SP and Congress have surrendered to appeasement. When Modi exposes the truth about them, they accuse him of creating a Hindu-Muslim divide. The SP and Congress are anti-constitutional and anti-Dalit. Modi abrogated Article 370, thereby extending the implications of the constitution to Kashmir and granting rights to Dalits. Two days before, several refugees were granted citizenship under CAA. The BJP is working to strengthen the constitution, but the opposition is misleading the public. The BJP honored Shri Ram Sharan Verma, a farmer from Barabanki, with the Padma Award, demonstrating respect for the dedication of farmers. Meanwhile, the Congress insulted senior leaders like Beni Babu and the SP 'Shehzade' remained silent on it.

Respected shri Modi stated that the BJP follows the mantra of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Viswash, aur Sabka Prayas'. Whether providing free ration, healthcare, pucca houses, cheap LPG cylinders, or water connections, these benefits were provided to everyone without discrimination. During SP's rule, even electricity was reserved for those who engaged in 'Vote Jihad'. The vote bank SP and Congress chase is beginning to understand their truth now. Women, pleased with the Triple Talaq law, continue to bless the BJP. The region is known for Mentha farming and has infinite possibilities for developing a processing unit for this crop.

Shri Modi ji stated that SP's love for mafias hasn't ended yet; their party chief is still offering Fatiah at the grave of a mafia leader. When Pakistan used to attack our country, Congress would give them a clean chit and weave a false narrative of 'Bhagwa Atankawad.' Prime Minister highlighted that during the SP rule, Uttar Pradesh was considered one of the most crime-ridden states. However, under the BJP's tenure, Uttar Pradesh has undergone a significant transformation into a developed state. Presently, Uttar Pradesh leads in the number of cities with expressways, airports, and metros. Moreover, the state is also at the forefront of welfare initiatives for the poor. Residents of Fatehpur, Kaushambi, and Banda are experiencing firsthand the process of development. Previously deemed lacking in infrastructure, these regions are now witnessing the construction of a 6-lane Kanpur-Kolkata Highway, Link Road, and Amrit Railway Station. Developmental projects are flourishing across the state, signifying a positive change and progress for all.

Prime Minister Shri Modi ji stated that Congress is engaging in such actions, and SP is supporting them, willing to go to any extent for appeasement. He mentioned the lack of respect shown by the SP chief when our respected Kalyan Singh passed away. The SP chief didn't pay tribute to him because Kalyan Singh was a supporter of the Ram Mandir and even lost his government for it. If the SP chief had paid tribute, it might have angered their vote bank. Instead, they used to read prayers at the graves of mafias to please their vote bank.

Hon’ble Shri Modi ji stated that during the SP rule, the model of 'One District, One Mafia' was in operation, with SP effectively contracting out each district to a mafia. This resulted in the growth of the kidnapping and ransom industry, making it difficult for women to leave their homes. However, since the BJP government came to power, these mafias have been seen apologizing. Yet, SP's fascination with mafias still persists.

Prime Minister Shri Modi stated that the suffering of Bundelkhand under the misrule of SP and Congress is well-known. Previous governments, despite launching schemes and making promises, failed to address the water crisis in Bundelkhand. However, under the leadership of PM Modi, efforts have been made to provide tap water, install water tanks, and connect villages with pure water connections. The government has also initiated the Ken-Betua Link Canal project with an expenditure of Rs 40,000 crore to address the water problem in Bundelkhand. Furthermore, the BJP government has deposited Rs 1,800 crore in the accounts of farmers in Hamirpur-Jhansi and Jalaun under the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. Bundelkhand is not just a rugged land but a land of bravery and development. The BJP government is also constructing two defence corridors in the country, including one in Bundelkhand, which will further boost development in the region.

Respected Shri Modi ji mentioned that the small farmers in Barabanki and Mohanlalganj have received approximately ₹1600 crore under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Additionally, the traditional gamcha from this area is gaining significant recognition under the One District One Product initiative. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is in full swing across the nation, resulting in noticeable improvements in cleanliness. The kind of cleaning efforts led by Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath are pivotal as they have fostered an environment conducive to investment in Uttar Pradesh. Individuals are eager to invest confidently in industries and businesses in the state. The government's plan to develop regions marked with symbols of Bhagwan Ram under the Ramayan Circuit initiative is progressing. Such ‘Vikas’ projects will not only enrich our ‘Virasat’ but also create new opportunities for youth. To build a Viksit Bharat, Vikas’ and Virasat both are needed and to achieve them seeking the public's blessings is important.

Hon’ble PM Shri Modi conveyed that it is crucial for the people to vote in large numbers, securing victories in all polling booths to set new records. “Pehle Matdan, Phir Jalpan”.
