Press Release : Social Media Workshop For State Social Media Teams

New Delhi, April 4, 2023: The Bharatiya Janata Party today conducted a social media workshop for the state social media teams. Addressing the workshop,  the BJP National President Shri J.P. Nadda said social media has become the primary tool for timely responses to contemporary issues.

Asking the BJP leaders and party workers to remain vigilant about the fake and negative social media campaign against the BJP by the opposition parties, Shri Nadda asked the social media teams of the party at the national and state level to propagate the work done by the Bharatiya Janata Party government led by the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to the masses by the effective use of social media.

The BJP President emphasized the importance of social media and its

widespread usage amongst a large section of society, and not just the youth.

Shri J.P. Nadda exhorted the state teams to follow the party’s values of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas' and not indulge in lowering the standard of political discourse,

irrespective of what narrative the opposition chooses. He further said

the BJP not only has the largest but also the most talented volunteer network to take the message of the development carried out under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and its impact on the lives of common people. He stated that this bank of talent should be tapped further by the social media teams to come up with authentic and engaging content for social media.

 

The workshop was conducted by Shri B.L. Santhosh (National General Secretary, Org.), Shri

Vinod Tawde (National General Secretary) and Shri Amit Malviya (National Incharge, BJP Social Media & IT Department).

The workshop was attended by BJP social media teams of all 36 states and union territories.
