Today our Chief Minister Shri Basavraj Bommai ji is going to file his nomination papers for the Karnataka assembly elections. This filing of nomination is not just for the assembly elections, it is in fact a nomination that will give an altogether new direction to Karnataka. The people of Shiggaon has once again decided to send Bommai ji to the Karnataka Vidhan Sabha by ensuring his victory with massive number of votes.

The Bharatiya Janata Party is committed for stability and continuous development of Karnataka. With the blessings of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji Karnataka will continue to grow fast.

The Congress party means corruption, commission and crime. If the Congress party government is formed in the state, it will lead to massive increase in corruption, crime and commission. It will stall all development works in the state. Whereas the Bharatiya Janata Party government once again will ensure growth and development being done in more rapid manner. We are committed to take Karnataka on the new path of growth, development, progress and prosperity.

The Siddaramaiah government had made Karnataka the ATM of the Congress party. The Congress party wants that the money meant for the development and growth of the people of Karnataka, which is the right of the people of the state, should be diverted to the "darbaar" of one family in Delhi. The people of Karnataka will never allow this to happen. And to stop this the people of Karnataka have already made up their minds to let the Lotus bloom once again in the state and to give the BJP a massive mandate.

The Congress party government led by Siddaramaiah gave patronage to the radical PFI. It removed several criminal cases lodged against the PFI activists and even released several criminal elements. On the other hand our government banned PFI for its anti-national activities. And if people of Karnataka want this ban to continue they will have to press the symbol of Lotus in EVMs.

Siddaramaiah ji is saying that if the Congress party government is formed in Karnataka they will remove ban from PFI in the state. People of Karnataka should not forget that during the Siddaramaiah government criminal activities have peaked in the state. It is the Bharatiya Janata Party government which took action against criminals and anti-social elements who are now lodged in jails across the state.

The only way to ensure rapid growth and development in Karnataka is that the Bharatiya Janata Party government should be formed in the state once again. For peace, development, progress and prosperity of Karnataka the formation of the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party is most important.

I appeal to the people of Karnataka that if they want all social welfare schemes to continue in Karnataka, if they want poor people should continue to get free homes, if they want Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojana to continue, if they want the benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana to continue, if they want Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to continue, if they want Karnataka to remain on the highway of development and progress, then people of Karnataka will have to ensure emphatic victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the state.

In this year's General Budget the Narendra Modi Government has allocated Rs 37,257 crores for the development and growth of Karnataka, which is far more than what the Congress party government used to give. Today Karnataka is at the top in FDI investment.
