Sh. Rajnath Singh expressed his profound grief to the family of Sh. Bansi Lal at this hour of sorrow. Remembering, Sh. Bansi Lal as a Veteran in Haryana politics and also the architect of modern Haryana, Sh. Rajnath Singh said that with his demise Haryana has lost a true son and a strong pillar who later became a chariot of Haryana's development.

Sh. Rajnath Singh said that Sh. Bansi Lal was a true nationalist, although we may have had political differences, but the country has always respected him and his contribution.
