Salient points of speech of Hon’ble BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda while addressing Panna Pramukh meeting in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh

With the support of the people of Devbhoomi Himachal, the lotus will flourish on all four seats of the state

******************

By making unacceptable apartheid and racist remarks against Indians, INC leader Sam Pitroda once again attempted to undermine India's diversity. Those with such views can only sow division and make futile attempts to disintegrate the country

******************

Indian Constitution does not allow reservation based on religion, yet the Congress Party discusses providing reservation to individuals of a specific religious denomination

******************

Rahul Gandhi carries a copy of the Constitution but neither reads nor understands it. Their intentions seem to be aimed at depriving Dalits, backward classes, and tribal communities of their rights and reservations through conspiracies

******************

Nowadays, the Congress party seems devoid of any substantial ideas. It appears to have aligned itself with forces opposed to Ram, Sanatan, and the nation itself

******************

Rahul Gandhi backs individuals who propagate anti-national sentiments and even nominates them for elections. Congress leaders advocating for the division of the country or endorsing separatist agendas are rewarded with Lok Sabha tickets by the Congress party

******************

Rahul Gandhi aligns himself with those who chant slogans like "Bharat tere tukde honge" and "Afzal hum sharminda hain tere katil zinda hain." Despite this, the Congress party offers Lok Sabha tickets to such individuals

******************

Congress is incapable of undertaking development initiatives; instead, it fosters division and animosity in society. The party's focus lies solely on its politics of appeasement, with little concern for the nation

******************

Congress has long obstructed, delayed, and diverted the construction of Lord Shri Ram's temple. Leaders of the Indian alliance disrespect Sanatan Dharma by likening it to diseases like dengue, malaria, and HIV. These individuals boycotted the life Pran Pratishtha of Ram Lalla

******************

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, with his decisions, repealed Article 370, oversaw the construction of a grand temple for Shri Ram, enacted the CAA law, and abolished triple talaq

Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed the Panna Pramukh meeting in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday and criticized Congress for the lack of development in Himachal Pradesh. During the event National Vice President Shri Saudan Singh, State President Shri Rajeev Bindal, Union Minister and BJP candidate from candidate Shri Anurag Thakur, former Chief Minister Shri Jairam Thakur and other leaders were present.

Shri Nadda commenced his address by seeking the blessings of Maa Naina Devi. The diligent efforts of Bharatiya Janata Party Karyakarta during the election period, visiting every household to seek blessings from people, and garnering support from the youth. Shri Nadda stated that, we are very fortunate because today, after undertaking an extensive journey since its inception, BJP has emerged as the world's largest party from the Bharatiya Jan Sangh, and we are all part of it. BJP is the only party that operates on ideological principles and has never compromised its beliefs, unlike other parties that have made numerous compromises. The slogans raised since 1951-52, "Ek Desh Mein Do Nishan Do Pradhan Do Samvidhan Nahin Chalenge", and BJP's historic decisions, such as the abrogation of Article 370 under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on August 5, 2019. Referring to Shri Shyama Prasad's sacrifice in 1953, he mentioned BJP's unwavering commitment to its principles, leading to the implementation of "Ek Desh Mein Ek Nishan, Ek Pradhan Ek Samvidhan" in Jammu and Kashmir with public support. BJP's pledge in Palampur in 1986 to facilitate the construction of the Ram Mandir, with the slogan "Ram Lalla Hum Aayenge, Mandir Wahin Banayenge," and credited Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for realizing this vision, culminating in the “Pran Pratishtha” of the Ram Mandir on January 22.

Hon’ble BJP National President stated that triple talaq is not a matter of politics, votes, or religion for the BJP, but rather a matter of humanity. In Muslim countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, triple talaq did not exist, but due to Congress's appeasement, it existed in India. The Supreme Court had mandated the abolishment of triple talaq, and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, with his decision, effectively ended it, liberating Muslim sisters and granting them the right to live in the 21st century. The BJP is an ideological party that works in line with its principles. Questions regarding their economic agenda were often raised. Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay coined the term "Ekaatm Manavvad," which the BJP embraced as "Antyodaya." Building upon this ethos, Shri Narendra Modi introduced "Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas," and expanded it to 'GYAN,' representing Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata Kisan, and Nari shakti. When attention is devoted to these four pillars, India's concerns are effectively addressed, fostering its advancement.

Shri Nadda stated that they should take pride in being the party Karyakartas who have never compromised with policies and have continuously moved forward with rights, making BJP the largest party in the world today. Today, BJP is a cadre-based party; we have national presidents, state presidents, district presidents, and even block presidents. We have our booth presidents on 8 lakh 60 thousand booths in India today, and work is being carried out through these booth presidents. BJP is the world's largest mass party. We have 303 members in our Lok Sabha, and we are striving towards the goal of "Abki Baar 400 Paar." BJP has 97 members in the Rajya Sabha. There are around 1488 BJP MLAs in state assemblies, with approximately 180 BJP mayors and thousands of members in district panchayats. BJP is the most widely recognized and elected party. This is your pride, your strength, and through your efforts, the party gains strength, and BJP is moving forward with it.

Hon’ble BJP National President emphasized that voting for Shri Anurag Thakur is not just to win elections but to fulfill the pledge of "Viksit Bharat." BJP should come under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. During the pandemic of Corona and amidst the war in Ukraine, the economies of countries like America, Europe, China, Russia, Japan, and Australia stumbled. However, India has made remarkable economic strides, surpassed Britain and climbing from the 11th to the 5th position in terms of economic growth and vision. After Shri Narendra Modi's third term as Prime Minister, India will become the world's third-largest economy. Today, India leads in petrochemicals and is second in pharmaceutical production globally. The best and most effective medicines are being manufactured in India. In steel production, India ranks second, and mobile manufacturing is thriving here. India ranks third in the world in the toy industry and has become the largest exporter.

Shri Nadda emphasized that the transformation in the lives of the rural poor, marginalized, oppressed, Dalits, and youth is attributed to the policies of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The development initiatives undertaken by the BJP government, such as the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana initiated during the tenure of Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, resulted in the construction of 85% all-weather roads and fostering rural development. Optical fiber connectivity is being extended to over 1.5 lakh panchayats, and more than 2 lakh villages have been linked through common service centers, depicting a tale of rural progress. All villages are connected by roads, signifying their strengthened infrastructure. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 30 houses are being built in every panchayat, with 4 crore houses already constructed. If elected, candidates like Shri Anurag Thakur would ensure an additional 3 crore houses are built in the next 5 years.

Hon’ble BJP National President highlighted that approximately 40 houses were provided in each panchayat, each equipped with one bedroom, one kitchen with a gas connection, one bathroom, one drawing room, and one courtyard. Under the Pradhan Mantri Har Ghar Muft Surya Aur Urja Yojana, solar energy will be installed in every home, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged to make electricity bills zero and utilize the saved electricity to generate income for the government. In Himachal Pradesh, 38,000 houses have been built, and under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Yojana, every household will be connected. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji's Ayushman Bharat scheme provides a health cover of up to 5 lakh rupees annually to 10 crore 74 lakh families, covering 50 crore people, or 40% of India's population, to help the poor fight serious illnesses. Shri Jairam Thakur's government has integrated "Him Care" with the Ayushman Yojana, providing a health cover of up to 5 lakh rupees to those who were previously excluded from the benefits of the Ayushman scheme.

Shri Nadda emphasized that the current Congress government in Himachal Pradesh has not allocated even ₹50 crore for Him Care and Ayushman Yojana. Shri Narendra Modi is set to assume the Prime Minister's office for the third term, and it's noteworthy that under Ayushman Bharat, individuals aged 70 and above, irrespective of religion, caste, income, or location, will receive health coverage of up to ₹5 lakh. Through the Pradhan Mantri Anna Yojana, which benefits 80 crore people, including 28 lakhs from Himachal Pradesh, 5 kg of wheat, 5 kg of rice, and 1 kg of lentils are being provided, leading to 25 crore people in India being lifted out of poverty. There are 1% of people who are still living in extreme poverty today. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, 11 crore farmers are being given ₹2,000 every fourth month, including 9.5 lakh farmers in Himachal Pradesh. The concerns of the poor, marginalized, oppressed, Dalits, and young farmers have been addressed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Hon’ble BJP National President stated that Congress did not lay a single stone in the name of development. The Hydro Engineering College remained closed for four years under Congress rule, but when Shri Narendra Modi became Prime Minister worked on this college began. When wrong votes are cast, an area becomes desolate, deprived of water, but when the right vote is cast, the area thrives. Wherever development is seen, the name of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is evident, be it AIIMS, medical colleges, or national highways. Looking at the perspective of development, no one ever thought that an IIT would be established in Himachal Pradesh or that a satellite center of PGI would open in Una. Shri Nadda urged that BJP should receive support from all sides on behalf of the public, as every kind of work has been done in the perspective of development. Dharamshala and Shimla have been included in the Smart City project, with ₹1188 crore spent on it. The work on the railway track is progressing rapidly, showing the changing face of India and Himachal Pradesh to everyone.

Shri Nadda appealed to the Panna Pramukhs that in such an environment where victory seems imminent from all sides, we must uphold honesty in our work. Now, the only task left for honesty is to go to every household, seek blessings from mothers and elders, garner their support, engage in conversations with them, and understand their problems to reassure them. Greetings of "Ram-Ram" should be extended to every home, irrespective of caste, creed, or class, including our Dalit. While working in the ministry, Shri Anurag has established himself as a dynamic leader for the country. We must ensure that Bilaspur, Hamirpur, and Una are never left behind, and for this, we must put in our efforts. I have full confidence that together, we will accomplish this task.

Hon’ble BJP National President stated that nowadays the Congress party has become disoriented, they have nothing to say. Congress has become a thoughtless party today. Congress is an anti-Ram and anti-Sanatan party. Congress and the INDI alliance are Rashtra Virodhi parties. Sonia Gandhi led UPA had given an affidavit in court that Bhagwan Shri Ram is imaginary. Kapil Sibal had said that if the Ram Janmabhoomi case is not stalled in court, BJP will benefit. Udhayanidhi Stalin has stated that Sanatan is like Dengue and Malaria, while DMK's A. Raja has claimed that Sanatan is like HIV. Sonia Gandhi did not hear this, Rahul Gandhi remained silent, and Priyanka Gandhi closed her eyes. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi supports those who raise anti-national slogans and give them tickets in elections. Rahul Gandhi stands with those who chant slogans like "Bharat Tere Tukde Honge'' and "Afzal hum sharminda hain, tere katil zinda hain". Congress has nothing to do with the country; it is only involved in its appeasement politics. Congress not only gives tickets to such people but also works to make them MPs.

Shri Nadda criticized the statement made by Congress leader Sam Pitroda, "people in the North-East India look like Chinese, in the West like Arabs, in the North like English, and in the South India like Africans" stating that Congress leaders have embarrassed India's diversity by their work. People with such thinking can only divide India and work to ruin the country. Developmental work cannot be done by the Congress. On one hand, the Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji and the BJP have done development work, and on the other hand, these people talk about anti-India thinking, dividing the South and then contesting elections. Shri Nadda mentioned that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar wrote in the Constitution that there cannot be reservation based on religion in India. Rahul Gandhi carries a copy of the Constitution but does not read it; he only conspires to snatch reservations from the Dalit community. He urged all Panna Pramukhs to visit door-to-door, seek the blessings of people, and elders, and highlight the developmental works done by the BJP. He appealed to ensure BJP's victory in all 4 seats in Himachal Pradesh.
