Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Shri Brajesh Pathak, State Cabinet Minister Shri Jayendra Pratap Singh Rathore, UP MoS Shri Jaswant Saini, Incumbent MP and BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Rampur Shri Ghanshyam Singh Lodhi among other leaders were present in the event. In his address, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda highlighted the Bharatiya Janata Party's transformative impact throughout the nation under PM Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership. He emphasized a shift towards development-centric politics, citing welfare schemes and economic progress. Shri Nadda criticized the ‘Ghamandia Gathbandhan’ for dynastic politics and corruption.
Shri Nadda commenced his address by seeking blessings from the prominent Shiv Mandir of Bhamora. He then paid homage to Raja Singh Kataria, who had laid the foundation of Rampur. Shri Nadda expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for conferring the Bharat Ratna upon Choudhary Charan Singh, former Prime Minister and a known leader of farmers.
Hon’ble BJP National President noted that in the past, Rampur was unsafe for women, and traders used to close their shops early due to safety precautions. It was a time of ‘mafi-raj’. Today, women from the region are successfully excelling towards their respective aspirations and pursuing their education without obstacles. Additionally, he noted the widespread impact of initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, which has facilitated the opening of around 28 crore bank accounts for women, contributing to women's empowerment.
The BJP National President conveyed that PM Shri Narendra Modi has addressed the concerns of villages, the poor, youth, Dalits, Adivasis, farmers, and marginalized communities, integrating them into the mainstream. Through this, today, under the PM Ann Yojana, 5 kg of wheat or rice and 1 kg of pulse are being provided free of cost to 80 crore people. Among these 80 crores, 15 crores are from Uttar Pradesh. Shri Nadda highlighted that the welfare initiatives have made a significant impact as the IMF acknowledged that 25 crore people in India have been uplifted from poverty, and extreme poverty in India has decreased to less than 1%.
Shri Nadda highlighted that under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, 11.88 crore farmers are receiving ₹2000 every fourth month, including 2.5 crore farmers from Uttar Pradesh. Through the Ujjwala Yojana, gas connections have been provided to 10 crore women nationwide, with 1.80 crore women from UP and 2,30,000 women in Rampur benefiting from it. Under the Jal Jeevan Yojana, ‘Nal se Jal’ has been provided to 11.5 crore households, including 2.5 crore in UP, with 2,30,000 households in Rampur receiving the benefit. Through Ayushman Bharat, Shri Narendra Modi has provided ₹5 lakh per year for healthcare to 55 crore people nationwide, including 7.40 crore people in Uttar Pradesh.
Hon’ble National President highlighted that Uttar Pradesh has seen a four-fold increase in tax devolution from the central government and a four-fold increase in grant-in-aid. He emphasized that through PM Shri Narendra Modi's efforts, a defence industrial corridor has been established in Uttar Pradesh, ushering in a new era of development in cities like Aligarh, Agra, Jhansi, Kanpur, Chitrakoot, and Lucknow. Shri Nadda also mentioned that presently, 10 cities are being developed as smart cities. Additionally, an AIIMS has been established in Gorakhpur, and 27 new medical colleges have been allocated to the state. Shri Nadda then noted that under the Bharat Mala project, highways like the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway, Delhi-Saharanpur Expressway, Varanasi-Ranchi-Calcutta Expressway, and Kota Expressway all pass through UP.
Shri Nadda stated that Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath has effectively advanced the initiatives of the central government in Uttar Pradesh. The corridor constructed in Rampur under the PM Svanidhi Yojana is a shining example that shows a way in itself across UP. Shri Nadda emphasized that electricity arrangements have been made in every village of Rampur, and under the Gramin Sadak Yojana, concrete roads are being constructed in villages. Shri Nadda asserted that under BJP's governance, India is advancing rapidly, with Uttar Pradesh, formerly termed as a 'Bimaru Rajya', now acclaimed as 'Uttam Pradesh'.
BJP National President underscored that the 'Ghamandia gathbandhan' is a coalition of corruption and scams. Shri Nadda mentioned that while PM Shri Narendra Modi says 'Bhrashtachar Hatao’ and pledges to eradicate corruption, the INDI Alliance leaders say ‘Bhrashtachari Bachao’'. Shri Nadda emphasized that the Congress party has been embroiled in various scams such as the Coal, CWG, 2G, 3G, and AgustaWestland scam, among numerous others. He underscored that corruption has pervaded every sphere under Congress leadership.
Shri Nadda highlighted allegations of corruption against various opposition leaders, emphasizing instances such as the laptop scam by a Samajwadi Party leader, the Gomti Front scam, and food grain scams. Shri Nadda further pointed out instances of corruption involving RJD leader Lalu Yadav, including the land-for-jobs scam and fodder scam, as well as allegations against DMK leaders regarding land and construction scams. Shri Nadda also raised concerns about the substantial, unverified income of JMM leader Hemant Soren and allegations against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal regarding liquor and medicine scams. He categorized the coalition of these leaders as the ‘Ghamandia Alliance’, solely built on corruption, as many of its members, including Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, P. Chidambaram, Lalu Yadav, and several others, are ‘Ya Jail mein hain ya to Bail pe hain', (Either in jail or out on bail)

Shri JP Nadda emphasized the need to prevent such individuals from forming a government, given their tainted track records and legal entanglements.
Shri Nadda highlighted the Dynastic politics within opposition parties, citing examples such as Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi from the INC, Umar Abdullah and Farooq Abdullah from the National Conference, and Mufti Mohammad and Mehbooba Mufti from the PDP. He also mentioned figures like Prakash Singh Badal and Sukhbir Badal from the Shiromani Akali Dal and the Chautala family. Shri Nadda characterized this coalition as the ‘Ghamandia Alliance’ driven by a parochial mindset, "Inko parivar bachana hai aur Bhrashtachar chalana hai". He referenced Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's pledge to punish corrupts, affirming the commitment to lead India towards development and transform the landscape of places like Rampur, urging voters to support Ghanshyam Lodhi in Delhi for this cause.
