Salient Points of speech of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji while addressing mega public rallies in Dindori and Kalyan (Maharashtra)
The love and blessings of 140 crore countrymen is my real strength. Today, inspired by the valor of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, India is fearlessly setting ambitious goals. In the four phases of elections, the people of the country have decisively defeated the INDI Alliance on all fronts
****************
Nakli Shiv Sena has crushed every aspiration of Bala Saheb. Bala Saheb Thackeray envisioned a magnificent Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and the abolition of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. While the latter dream has been realized, the Nakli Shiv Sena is most perturbed by these developments
****************
Congress declined the invitation for the Pran Pratishtha, and the Nakli Shiv Sena followed suit. While Congress members are making baseless remarks about the Mandir, the Nakli Shiv Sena remains conspicuously silent
****************
The sinful partnership of Congress and Nakli Shiv Sena has been exposed in front of the entire Maharashtra

Magnitude of the NDA alliance's victory can also be gauged from the statements of a prominent leader within the INDI Alliance. They recognize that Congress is facing such a significant defeat that it's challenging for them to retain their status as a credible opposition. Consequently, they have proposed that the other parties in the alliance merge with Congress after the elections conclude
****************
We never considered anyone's religion; our schemes were designed for everyone, and everyone benefitted from them. For Congress, there's only one minority: its favourite "vote bank"

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed public meetings in Dindori and Kalyan in Maharashtra on Wednesday. He stressed that both the Nakli Shiv Sena and Congress have contributed to the destruction of the state, while the NDA government has focused on its development. During the meeting, Maharashtra CM Shri Eknath Shinde, Maharashtra Deputy CM Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Nashik Lok Sabha candidate Shri Hemant Godse, Dindori Lok Sabha candidate Smt Bharti Pravin Pawar, Bhiwandi Lok Sabha candidate Shri Kapil Moreshwar Patil, Kalyan candidate Shri Shrikant Shinde and Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Shri Chagan Bhujbal, among other leaders were present.
Hon’ble Prime Minister began his address by seeking blessings from Maa Durga, Ambernath Mahadev and Jari Mari Tisai Mandir. He expressed that serving the people is the utmost priority in his life. He stated that the public has seen his work over the past decade and now he seeks their blessings for a third term and for ‘Viksit Bharat’. The potential scale of victory for the NDA alliance is evident from the statements of a key leader from the INDI alliance. They recognize the significant decline of the Congress, making it challenging for them to be considered a viable opposition. Consequently, the leader of the INDI alliance in Maharashtra has proposed to regional parties that post-elections, they should consider merging into the Congress. According to him, this might strengthen their position as a valid opposition.
Shri Modi highlighted a significant achievement: for the first time, over 25 crore people have been lifted above the poverty line in India. This milestone reflects a newfound self-reliance that the nation is experiencing. Inspired by the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, India is setting even greater goals. The NDA government has crafted a blueprint for the first 100 days in office, reflecting the dedication and hard work that Modi has consistently shown for the nation. Beyond this, Modi has decided to extend the vision to 125 days, inviting the youth to contribute their ideas for the nation's future during this period. Recognizing the trust of the public in him, Modi's self-confidence stems from their unwavering support. This extended timeframe will lay a stronger foundation for the 2047 vision, symbolizing Modi's commitment to the nation 24*7 to 2047. Over the past decade, India has made substantial strides globally. Despite generations of efforts with the slogan "Gareebi Hatao," poverty persisted, but now, tangible progress is being made.
Hon’ble Prime Minister declared that the Nakli Shiv Sena, a Nakli -nationalist party, is bound to merge with the Congress. The timing of this merger will be etched, as Balasaheb Thackeray once proclaimed that the day Shiv Sena aligns with Congress, he would put an end to it. The current downfall is undoubtedly a source of great distress for Balasaheb. The Nakli Shiv Sena has shattered every vision he held. Balasaheb Thackeray dreamed of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and the revocation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. While these dreams have been realized, it is the Nakli Shiv Sena that seems to have the most problems in it.
Shri Modi stated that Congress rejected the invitation of goodwill, and the Nakli Shiv Sena chose the same path. Congress’ members are talking nonsense about the Ram Mandir and the Nakli Shiv Sena is completely silent. Their partnership is a “Paap ki Partnership”. And their sin has been exposed in front of the whole of Maharashtra. The Nakli Shiv Sena has sided with the Congress that constantly disrespects Veer Savarkar. When the people of Maharashtra witness all this. But the Nakli Shiv Sena has become so arrogant that they are not affected by the sentiments of the people of Maharashtra. The people of Maharashtra have decided to punish the Nakli Shiv Sena, who kneel before the Congress.
Hon’ble Prime Minister highlighted the deteriorating condition of certain political parties after the completion of four phases of the election. He reiterated his government's commitment to providing essential amenities like free ration, housing, electricity connections, water, and LPG cylinders to the poor, emphasizing the BJP's inclusive development approach that does not discriminate based on religion. Additionally, he criticized the Congress party's mindset of allocating 15% of the budget exclusively for minorities, accusing them of seeking to divide the budget on religious lines. He pointed out that the Congress, which had previously partitioned the country on the basis of religion, now seeks to create further divisions. The Prime Minister warned against the dangerous precedent of allocating budget resources based on religion, emphasizing that for Congress, minorities are seen solely as a vote bank.
Shri Modi recalled his opposition to the Congress's proposal to allocate 15% of the entire central budget to a "Special Class" during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat. Despite the BJP's resistance, the Congress failed to implement their agenda. However, Modi cautioned that the Congress has revived its old agendas, aiming to redistribute resources to their vote bank. He emphasized that Baba Saheb Ambedkar opposed reservations based on religion, yet the Congress seeks to take away reservations from SC/ST and OBC categories to favor a "special class." Modi reiterated his commitment to protect the rights of the underprivileged, stating, "Vanchito Ka Jo Adhikar Hai, Modi Uska Chowkidar Hai". He emphasized that this election is not just about electing MPs but also about choosing a dedicated PM who takes strong decisions to strengthen India.
Hon’ble Prime Minister noted the irony of Congress leaders persistently promising to eradicate poverty while actually perpetuating it through generations. Corruption had become commonplace under Congress's rule. Modi's government, in contrast, has accelerated development by removing the barriers imposed by previous administrations. Projects like the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway are nearing completion, promising to enhance industrial prospects and generate employment opportunities. This widespread optimism and faith in the Modi government resonate throughout the nation. Meanwhile, the situation within the Congress reflects a stark contrast, with leaders resorting to nostalgic reminiscences to recall their predecessors.
Shri Modi stated that the UPA era was marred by insecurity, which extended even to seemingly safe spaces like markets, cinema halls, hotels, and restaurants. For first-time voters, the cautionary tales of the Congress era may seem like distant echoes, illustrating the transformation India has undergone under Modi's leadership. The warnings and threats that were once part of daily life have ceased since 2014, leaving those who employed them feeling obsolete. A decade ago, bomb blasts were a daily occurrence, yet the Congress government's response was more about appealing to Pakistan than taking decisive action. They would release doves of peace, engage in symbolic gestures like candlelight vigils, and in doing so, tarnish India's brave image. However, since Modi assumed office, there has been a shift towards proactive measures, such as surgical and air strikes, which have effectively deterred Pakistan from brandishing nuclear threats. Today, Pakistan lacks the audacity to provoke India in the same manner. Ironically, while in power, Congress leaders were quick to appease Pakistan, but now, even out of office, they resort to threatening the nation. They claim Pakistan's possession of nuclear weapons warrants respect, despite the financial struggles plaguing the country. This contradictory stance reveals the opportunistic nature of Congress leadership, oscillating between placation and aggression towards Pakistan based on their political standing.
Hon’ble Prime Minister mentioned that Congress leaders are advocating for Pakistan's respect solely based on its possession of nuclear weapons, despite the nation's dire financial state. Interestingly, Pakistan has confessed to orchestrating terrorist attacks on Indian soil within its own parliament, yet Congress leaders and their allies absolve Pakistan of any wrongdoing. This appeasement mentality is ingrained in Congress's approach, evident in their support for separatists and terrorists, as well as their alignment with the Nakli Shiv Sena faction. The disdain Congress princes hold for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has angered the people of Maharashtra, although the faux Shiv Sena has attempted to shield them from criticism. I challenge these impostor parties, including the fake NCP, to demonstrate their courage by having Rahul Gandhi pay homage to Veer Savarkar with just five sentences. It's lamentable that those responsible for the 1993 bomb blasts are now campaigning for the sham Shiv Sena, while simultaneously rejecting invitations to the Ram temple.
Shri Modi highlighted that India's fight against Corona is earning global praise today. Due to Smt Bharati's endeavors, approximately 600 Ayushman Aarogya Kendra have been established in the villages of Nashik district alone. Moreover, a dozen Jan Aushadhi Kendra have been opened up there, offering medicines at an 80% discount. Over 2 lakh pregnant women in Nashik have received ₹6,000 each in their accounts. Whether it's combating sickle cell anemia or ensuring children's immunization, the government has honestly pursued the welfare of the poor. There is now another significant guarantee regarding public health. Modi has pledged to provide free medical treatment of up to ₹5 lakh to all families in Maharashtra with elderly members over 70 years old. This will alleviate concerns for their earning children. Shri Modi conveyed that his unwavering focus remains on empowering farmers, youth, women and the underprivileged.
Hon’ble Prime Minister pointed out that farmers have experienced not just his tenure of 10 years, but also endured decades under Congress and NCP rule. During those times, even the Minister of Agriculture was from Maharashtra, there was little concern for the people. However, today, every farmer receives ₹12,000 annually through the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. This translates to a minimum of ₹60,000 per farmer in the coming 5 years. In the past, farmers didn't receive any support and they will always remember Modi for this change. During Congress' rule, false promises and packages were announced for farmers, but they never saw any benefit from them. Modi consistently places the welfare of farmers at the forefront. Nashik and its surrounding region are well-known for onion and grape cultivation. It's under the NDA government that the initiative to establish a buffer stock for onions was introduced—a provision absents in previous administrations. The BJP government has purchased 7 lakh metric tons of onions from farmers last season and is now working to create a buffer stock of 5 lakh metric tons. As a result of the efforts of the BJP-NDA government, onion exports have increased by up to 35% in the last 10 years. Just 10 days ago, the ban on onion exports was lifted, and in the last 10 days alone, more than 22 thousand metric tons of onions have been exported. The BJP government is also providing subsidies for onion transportation through Operation Green. Similarly, the cluster development plan implemented here will benefit grape farmers in this region.
