BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia stated that a highly concerning, anti-national statement has come to light, which has hurt every citizen of the country. Rahul Gandhi, as the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, took an oath to preserve the integrity and sovereignty of India, just like any other MP. However, he recently stated, “We are now fighting not just the BJP, the RSS, but the Indian state itself.” This is deeply troubling, as Rahul Gandhi, in his capacity as the Leader of Opposition and having sworn an oath to uphold the Indian Constitution, is now openly saying that he is fighting the Indian state.
Shri Bhatia stated that what BJP National President Shri JP Nadda has stated in reply to Rahul Gandhi is the voice of every Indian citizen. He stated, “Hidden no more, Congress’ ugly truth now stands exposed by their own leader. I 'compliment' Mr. Rahul Gandhi for saying clearly what the nation knows- that he is fighting the Indian state! It is not a secret that Mr. Gandhi and his ecosystem have close links with Urban Naxals and the Deep State, who want to defame, demean and discredit India. His repeated actions have also strengthened this belief. Everything he has done or said has been in the direction of breaking India and dividing our society.” Every word spoken by Shri Nadda reflects the sentiments of the people of the country. It resonates with a nation that is grieving, hurt, and feels let down by the irresponsible actions of Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi. The nation deserves a more responsible and faithful Leader of Opposition.
BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia remarked that Rahul Gandhi is working under the guidance of anti-India forces like George Soros. It would not be wrong to say that Rahul Gandhi’s words, sentiments, and activities are anti-India. This is not the first time Rahul Gandhi has made such statements; in fact, he has shared the stage with anti-national forces, held secret meetings, and even taken funds from them. His actions and words continually threaten India’s sovereignty. As the Leader of the Opposition, Rahul Gandhi is a disgrace to the country.
Shri Bhatia pointed out that it is becoming clear how Kattar-Beiman-Paapi AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal often stands with forces that work to weaken India. Arvind Kejriwal is more of a “Farziwal.” It is so because we all know that he is the person who is currently out on bail in a corruption case.
BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia pointed out that during the elections, Arvind Kejriwal addressed three press conferences, effectively diverting attention from the key issues and ensuring that no difficult questions were asked. The first press conference of Arvind Kejriwal took place on January 6, 2025. As we all know, Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and Satyender Jain, all senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party, were implicated in corruption charges. Bharatiya Janata Party was raising constructive issues, questioning Arvind Kejriwal about the ‘report card’ on his promises. Kejriwal himself accepted that three major promises were not fulfilled: cleaning the Yamuna, making roads of Delhi like those in Europe, and ensuring safe drinking water in every household. News channels have shown how water, which is supposed to be clean, is coming out in different colors—blue, red, and black. If Kejriwal were to drink this water, he would likely fall ill. Arvind Kejriwal admitted that he failed to deliver on these promises.
Shri Bhatia highlighted that the BJP raised questions about Kejriwal’s promises, such as building 20 colleges, but he failed to provide a list of them. However, Kejriwal did manage to orchestrate corruption. The BJP also questioned the promise of building 20 hospitals, which Kejriwal couldn't address, along with other promises like installing 15 lakh CCTV cameras. But Kejriwal knows how to divert attention. On January 6, 2025, after his press conference, Kejriwal posted on 'X', saying, “I had mentioned earlier that CM Atishi would be arrested and some AAP leaders would face raids; according to reliable sources, there will be a CBI raid at Manish Sisodia's house in the coming days.” This was a deliberate attempt to divert attention from the main issues. It has been ten days since this statement, but nothing has happened. It was just a political tactic by AAP.
BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia stated that Arvind Kejriwal is getting nervous and is incapable of answering the public. He pointed out that Kejriwal had previously promised to “end corruption,” but instead became synonymous with it. Kejriwal had also claimed he would eliminate VVIP culture, yet he built a Sheesh Mahal for himself. The cap with the slogan “I am an Aam Aadmi,” the muffler, and even his Wagon R car have all disappeared. Kejriwal's second ‘Dhyan Bhatkau Press Conference’ was held on January 11, where he again avoided discussing public issues. During the press conference, he claimed, “Shri Ramesh Bidhuri is going to be declared the Chief Ministerial face of the Bharatiya Janata Party soon. This announcement will happen shortly, and I have received this information from my reliable sources.”
Shri Bhatia emphasized that Arvind Kejriwal unknowingly revealed the truth, stating that it is certain with 100% guarantee that the Bharatiya Janata Party will form a government with a full majority in Delhi. He further pointed out that Kejriwal is nervous and restless because he is losing his New Delhi assembly seat. The next CM of Delhi will be from the BJP, someone who will work with strength and will not be corrupt like AAP or be “Kattar-Beimaan” like them.
BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia stated that today, the BJP is asking who will be the Leader of Opposition in the Aam Aadmi Party. This question becomes critical because we all know Arvind Kejriwal clung to the Chief Minister's chair as if stuck with Fevicol. When a public movement erupted, the BJP firmly raised the issue, and under the heat of honesty, the “Fevicol” melted, leading to Arvind Kejriwal going to jail. He did not resign until he received the final bail order. After being released, he pretended to resign, trying to divert attention from the issue. However, how could he forget the conditions laid down by the Supreme Court for his bail?
Shri Bhatia stated that the Supreme Court had imposed conditions on Arvind Kejriwal's bail, including that he cannot sign any official files, which means he cannot become the Leader of the Opposition. Since Arvind Kejriwal can't hold that position, he is fond of hooliganism, bribery, extortion, and intimidation. According to trusted BJP sources, two names have been suggested for the Leader of the Opposition: Amanatullah Khan, who is said to harbor hatred for Hindus and assist Rohingyas, against whom all parties should unite beyond political affiliations. The second name is Narendra Balyan, as Kejriwal allegedly favors criminals, and Balyan is reportedly charged under MCOCA. Kejriwal seems to prefer those who collude with dons or extort from the common people, as he admires such corrupt and unscrupulous individuals. Those who engage in extortion and keep the common people in fear are favored by the ‘Kattar-Beimaan’ and ‘Paapi’ Arvind Kejriwal. A big question that will come to everyone's mind is why Atishi Marlena's name is not on the list.
BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia stated that how much Arvind Kejriwal respects women is evident from his own statement, where he referred to Atishi as a “temporary CM.” Although Atishi is from the opposition party, she currently holds the constitutional post of Delhi's Chief Minister. It is deeply disrespectful to women for Arvind Kejriwal to refer to her as a “Stepney CM.” The real tire of the AAP vehicle is Kejriwal. It is crucial for the BJP to raise the issue of disrespect towards women, whether it’s the incident involving Swati Maliwal, who was assaulted at the CM's residence, or the recent disrespect shown towards Atishi.
Shri Bhatia highlighted that on January 14, Arvind Kejriwal once again made an irrelevant statement, claiming that the BJP is distributing gold chains according to his so-called “trusted sources.” However, it must be made clear that the BJP is a party that contests elections based on its principles, ideology, and the strength of its karyakartas. Such baseless statements by Arvind Kejriwal are nothing but distraction politics, as he has no answers to the real issues concerning the Delhi elections.
Shri Bhatia, while presenting the photo of Rahul Gandhi with the Chinese ambassador before the media, emphasized that the relevance of these photos has only grown stronger today. Rahul Gandhi signed an MoU with the Chinese government, and despite being asked repeatedly, this MoU has never been made public. Shri Bhatia also displayed another photo, stating that Rahul Gandhi and George Soros are aligned in their objectives. Rahul Gandhi will soon be questioned about the source of his inspiration for such anti-national statements.
BJP National Spokesperson Smt Shazia Ilmi stated that she was not shocked by Swati Maliwal's mistreatment, as she is well aware of the extent of disrespect towards women by the Aam Aadmi Party. She further pointed out the tragic case of AAP worker Soni Mishra, who committed suicide after being forced to do so in the Sharad Chauhan case in Narela. A new case has come to light involving Meena Verma, a resident of Harijan Basti in Dwarka, who has filed an FIR accusing AAP MLA Vinay Mishra, son of Mahabal Mishra, of not only misbehaving with a Dalit woman but also threatening to kill her. According to the complaint, Vinay Mishra extorted money from Meena Verma by promising to get her a ticket in the MCD elections. When she didn’t receive the ticket and asked for her money back, 10-15 people allegedly misbehaved with her and threatened her life. The victim reached Rouse Avenue Court today, where the case has been registered.
Smt. Ilmi stated that after the incidents involving Soni Mishra and AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, another dark chapter has been added to the book of black deeds and sins of the anarchic Aam Aadmi Party. This serious case exposes the anti-women and anti-Dalit mindset prevalent in AAP. Anti-women individuals like Bibhav Kumar are allowed to rise as MLAs and councilors in this party. Bharatiya Janata Party has raised its voice for justice for this woman and will continue to fight for it.
