Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed public meetings in Pataliputra, Karakat and Buxar, Bihar on Saturday. Hon’ble Shri Modi ji criticized the RJD and Congress allies in the INDI alliance for their misgovernance and Jungle Raj in Bihar, while highlighting the developmental works undertaken by the NDA government in the state. During the event, Bihar BJP President and Deputy CM Shri Samrat Choudhary, Bihar Deputy CM Shri Vijay Sinha, Union Minister and Ujiarpur candidate Shri Nityanand Rai, Union Minister and Begusarai candidate Shri Giriraj Singh, Buxar candidate Shri Mithlesh Tiwari, RLM President and Karakat candidate Shri Upendra Kushwaha, Sasaram candidate Shri Shivesh Ram, Arrah candidate Shri RK Singh, LJP (R) President and Hajipur candidate Shri Chirag Paswan, Pataliputra candidate Shri Ram Kripal Yadav among other leaders were present.
Shri Modi stated that the 6th phase of elections is underway today, and the resolution of Viksit Bharat is being fulfilled. We are witnessing unprecedented enthusiasm and excitement among voters. I congratulate every voter in the country and urge everyone to cast their votes in large numbers. When the INDI alliance starts blaming the EVMs, it means the exit poll for NDA's success is out. On June 4th, a new record of NDA's victory will be set along with the nation in Pataliputra. I have visited every nook and corner of the country to connect with the people and to seek the blessings of the citizens. And from every direction, the same resonance is heard, and the same belief echoes everywhere: "Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar." Once the results are out, RJD and Congress will start blaming each other. The royal family of Congress will hold Mallikarjun Kharge responsible for the defeat and go on a vacation abroad. There is confusion, frustration, and despair within Congress.
Hon’ble Prime Minister pointed out that in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, on one hand, there is Modi who works for the people 24x7, and on the other hand, there is the INDI alliance, which lies to the people 24 hours a day. On one side, there is Modi who is dedicated 24x7 to building a Viksit Bharat by 2047, who is dedicated 24x7 to building an Atmanirbhar Bharat, who is dedicated 24x7 to ensuring the nation's security, and who is dedicated 24x7 to constructing modern and good roads. On the other hand, the INDI alliance has no work, only free time. Some are resting in jail, and some are resting outside, which is why this INDI alliance is always engaged in abusing Modi day and night, always engaged in pleasing the vote bank day and night. Hon'ble Prime Minister stated that INDI alliance leaders can do anything for their political self-interest. These leaders cannot even raise their voices against the insult of Bihar and Biharis. A Punjab Congress leader insulted Bihari labourer, and the Congress's royal family has maintained silence on this matter. This royal family should apologize for this insult to Biharis, and the RJD is also shamelessly endorsing the disrespect of Biharis under the banner of the Congress. The RJD lacks the courage to utter a single word against the insult of Biharis by the Congress. He said that a DMK leader used vulgar language against Biharis, the Telangana Chief Minister spoke ill of Biharis, and the West Bengal Chief Minister insulted Biharis regularly. However, the Congress leaders and the RJD lack the courage to speak a word against these individuals. RJD and Congress leaders have no concern for the pride of Biharis, the glory of Bihar, and the dignity of the talented youth of Bihar, they are only concerned about their vote bank. For them, the respect of Biharis holds no significance.
Shri Modi stated that first-time voters in Bihar must be cautious of Jungle Raj Part 2 because they have not witnessed the jungle Raj under RJD's rule. During the RJD government, it was difficult to step out safely, and Bihar witnessed incidents like kidnapping, robbery, and murder. However, under the leadership of Shri Nitish Kumar, the NDA government has brought Bihar out of the jungle raj. All these looters and dacoits are lurking around, waiting for an opportunity. If the INDI alliance becomes even slightly stronger, their morale will rise, and they will ruin the future of the youth.

These people want to play musical chairs for the Prime Minister's chair. The INDI leader’s alliance are deeply communal, deeply casteist and deeply nepotistic, they think of their family first and keep everyone else behind. Shri Modi stated that Congress used to scare the country, saying that there would be bloodshed if the Ram Mandir were built in Ayodhya and Article 370 revoked. However, today Bhagwan Ram is enshrined in his Mandir, and Article 370 has been removed, yet there has been no violence in the country. Now, cowardly Congress and RJD leaders are saying that India should fear Pakistan because they have nuclear bombs. It was because of these cowardly people that Pakistan used to attack India every other day. Hon’ble Prime Minister emphasized that Bihar has set an exemplary path for the entire nation in terms of social justice. Bihar has fought a long battle for the right to reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. RJD, Congress, and other parties in the INDI alliance are betraying SC, ST, and OBC communities. The Indian Constitution prohibits religion-based reservation, yet RJD and Congress seek to compromise the reservation system by appealing to vote-bank politics. They aim to divide SC, ST, and OBC communities along religious lines, contrary to the principles of social justice and their anti-Dalit reservation stance is now being exposed to the public. RJD-Congress together have looted the reservation of Yadav, Kurmi, Kushwaha, Teli, Paswan, Nishad and Musahar families. By keeping the public in the dark, they have plundered their rights. By reducing the reservation quota for these castes, the RJD, Congress, and the INDI alliance have handed over it their vote bank who are involved in vote jihad. Reservation in admissions greatly benefited children of SC, ST and OBC categories, but the RJD and Congress have snatched this right from Dalits, tribes and backward children to give it to Muslims. This goes against the Constitution; it strikes at the very foundation laid by Dr. Rajendra Prasad and Babasaheb. To appease their vote bank, Congress has swiftly changed laws associated with minority institutions overnight. Subsequently, thousands of institutions were declared minority institutions. Previously, these institutions provided full reservation to SC, ST, OBC, and economically weaker sections. However, today, due to the policies of the RJD government, the SC, ST, OBC, and economically weaker sections do not receive even 1 per cent reservation in minority institutions. The INDI Alliance has deprived crores of SC, ST, OBC, and economically weaker section children of educational opportunities. The BJP adorned the highest constitutional positions in the country with individuals from marginalized backgrounds by appointing a Dalit, Shri Ram Nath Kovind as President and then appointing a tribal woman, Smt Draupadi Murmu as the President. The BJP granted constitutional recognition to the Backward Classes Commission, while the Congress, for three decades, kept rejecting this demand from the backward classes. The BJP implemented reservations for OBCs in military schools, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and medical education.
Shri Modi stated that another conspiracy of the INDI alliance has been exposed by the Calcutta High Court. The INDI Alliance has granted OBC status to 77 Muslim castes, after which these 77 Muslim castes have started to receive the benefits of reservation in government jobs. By snatching the rights of OBC, the benefit is being given to the people who are involved in vote jihad. Similarly, in the Congress rule in Karnataka, all Muslims have been declared OBC overnight. The RJD, Congress, and INDI Alliance cannot deny the fact that they want to introduce reservations based on religion across the country by amending the Constitution. Even after a month has passed, Congress has not yet fulfilled the challenge of writing about not providing reservations based on religion to the special community. However, today, I also assure the people from this sacred land of social justice that as long as Modi is alive, I will not let the rights of SC, ST, and OBC be taken away. This is the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee.’ For Modi, the Constitution is paramount, for Modi, Babasaheb's Constitution is supreme. If the INDI Alliance wants to enslave itself to its vote bank, let it, but I stand firmly with SC, ST, and OBC reservations and will continue to fight as long as I live. The son of a poor person knows what it feels like when someone's rights are taken away and they don't get what they deserve. That's why Modi has given the poor their rights, and the biggest beneficiary of this is the women of the country. That's why thousands of women come to my rallies and bless me.
Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that grains used to rot in the country's warehouses, and the Congress government would go to the Supreme Court claiming they couldn't provide grains to the poor. However, Modi ensured arrangements for grains for every needy person. Even today, the poor receive free ration, and they will continue to receive it for the next five years. Today, no mother stays awake all night worrying about her child's hunger. The people have chosen Modi so that no poor child sleeps hungry. Every poor person's stomach will be filled, this is the 'Modi Ki Guarantee'. Under the PM Awas Yojna, many women have received houses, but if anyone still lives in a hut, they can rest assured that after June 4, when the Modi government comes to power for the third time, they will also receive a pucca house, and 3 crore new houses will be provided. This is the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’. Until now, schemes such as Swachh Bharat, electricity connections, affordable cylinders, and tap water connections have been provided to citizens. But now, the Modi government has initiated the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna, through which the electricity bill of the people will become zero. Under this scheme, solar panels will be installed on the roof, and electricity will be used as per the requirement, with excess electricity being bought by the government, and money will be provided for it. The government will also provide ₹75,000 for the installation of solar panels and registration for this scheme can be done online. The Modi government is promoting grain warehousing, and the country's largest grain warehousing scheme has been launched. The BJP has pledged to bring three crore women under the 'Lakhpati Didi' scheme and include every elderly person aged 70 and above in the ambit of the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
Shri Modi emphasized that under the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Bihar is witnessing a transformation from obscurity to progress. Previously, Buxar residents had to travel to Banaras for medical treatment, but now a medical college is being established in Buxar. Additionally, a cancer hospital has been established in Banaras. Infrastructure development is also evident, with the construction of a four-lane highway from Arrah to Buxar and ongoing work on a similar highway from Patna. These initiatives are expected to create more opportunities for industry and business in the region. The upcoming five years are crucial for both the nation's and Bihar's development, and the electorate will determine the course through their votes.
Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji stated that under Bihar CM Shri Nitish Kumar's leadership, the NDA government has put Bihar on the path of development. In the coming five years, we have to accelerate development in Bihar. Today, North and South Bihar have been connected through the Digha-Sonepur rail-road bridge being built over the Ganges.
