Lalu Yadav, who participated in the JP movement against Indira Gandhi's misrule and corruption, is now deeply immersed in corruption himself. INDI alliance leaders are either in jail or out on bail. Hon’ble National President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed public meetings in Jehanabad, Arrah and Bihar Sharif, Bihar on Sunday. He criticized RJD and Congress for pushing Bihar towards Jungle Raj, while praising Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji for his developmental work. During the meeting, Bihar Deputy CM Shri Samrat Chaudhary, Jehanabad Lok Sabha candidate Shri Chandeshwar Prasad Chandravanshi, Union Minister and Lok Sabha candidate from Arrah Shri RK Singh and Bihar MLC Shri Anil Sharma, Bihar Sharif Lok Sabha candidate Shri Kaushalendra Kumar among other leaders were present.
Shri Nadda highlighted that yesterday, the Lok Sabha elections for six phases has been completed and the BJP-led NDA under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s leadership is moving forward. The 7th phase of the elections, which includes Jehanabad, is approaching. The people of Jehanabad will give their support and the NDA will achieve ‘400 Paar’ seats, forming a government under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji's leadership. This election is not just about electing an MP but about fulfilling the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’. The nation is moving forward towards ‘Viksit Bharat’ and the reason behind it is that Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has tirelessly worked for the country's advancement, earning the trust of the people and thus, they are advancing with him.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that before 2014, the nation was governed by a ‘Majboor’. When terrorists carried out attacks in the country, a ‘Majboor’ government would send Pakistan a dossier. However, under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's ‘Mazboot’ government, in response to terrorist attacks, India’s soldiers enter Pakistan's territory and respond with surgical and air strikes. A ‘Mazjboor’ government is one that engages in discussion with separatists from Kashmir in the Prime Minister's office in Delhi and serves them biryani. A ‘Mazboot’ government is the one that abolishes Article 370 from Kashmir. The record-breaking voter turnout in Kashmir is possible because Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has brought Kashmir into the mainstream. As a result, today Kashmir is liberated and participating in the celebrations of democracy.
Shri Nadda pointed out that a decade ago, politics revolved around caste, religion and vote banks. The politics before 2014 was characterized by 'Divide and rule'. However, under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji's leadership, the definition, culture and approach to politics have transformed. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has advanced with the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas”. Consequently, a politics of report card, credibility and accountability has emerged. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has demonstrated to the people that the BJP-led NDA stands for “Jo Kaha Tha Woh Kiya Hai, Jo Nahi Kaha Tha Woh Bhi Karke Diya Hai.”
Hon’ble BJP National President emphasized that India has surged ahead under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. Despite the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the economies of America, Europe, China and Japan faced setbacks. However, under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, India's economy has ascended from the 11th to the 5th position leaving Britain behind. If the people of Bihar re-elect Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji as Prime Minister for the third time, India will emerge as the world's third-largest economic power within three years.
Shri Nadda stated that India holds the position as the second-largest pharmaceutical producer worldwide, renowned for manufacturing high-quality and affordable medications. India's medical exports increased by 126%. Additionally, India's petrochemical exports increased by 106%. In steel production, India secures the second rank. A decade ago, mobile phones in India were primarily imported from China, Japan and Korea, but today, domestically manufactured devices proudly bear the label "Made in India." More than 97% of phones are manufactured in India, making it the second biggest manufacturer in the world. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and his policies have empowered rural areas, the poor, marginalized, oppressed, Dalits, youth, farmers and women. More than 80 crore people received free 5 kg wheat, rice, and 1 kg pulses, with 8 crore 70 lakh people benefiting from the scheme in Bihar. This has made a significant impact, as even the IMF acknowledged that 25 crore people in India have moved out of poverty, and the extreme poverty in India has reduced to less than 1%.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi initiative, 11 crore 78 lakh farmers received ₹2,000 every four months directly in their bank accounts, with 80 lakh farmers in Bihar benefiting from it. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has transferred ₹2.5 Lakh crore into the bank accounts of farmers. Under the PM Awas Yojana, more than 4 crore houses were built across the country, with each panchayat receiving more than 50 houses. In Bihar only, 1 crore 40 Lakh houses are constructed. The government also plans to transition to piped gas delivery in every house in the next five years. Under the PM-Surya Ghar Muft Bujli Yojana, the government will facilitate the installation of solar panels in every household, ensuring zero electricity bills. Additionally, surplus electricity generated will be purchased by the government at competitive rates. Today, more than 50 crore people have received ₹5 Lakh health cover under Ayushman Bharat, which makes it world largest Health cover scheme. More than 1 crore 8 Lakh beneficiaries are from Bihar. Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has decided that anyone above 70 years of age, regardless of their location, caste, religion or economic status, will be provided with a ₹5 lakh annual health cover under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
Shri Nadda highlighted that Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has tripled the grant-in-aid to Bihar and facilitated the transfer of ₹3 Lakh crore under Grant-in-aid. Today, significant strides in infrastructure development were celebrated across Bihar with the inauguration of the IIM campus in Bodh Gaya, the residential campus of IIT in Patna, the establishment of 8 medical colleges, and the expansion of 3500 km of national highways. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has allocated ₹2,607 crore for smart cities in Bihar. The government has allocated ₹6 Lakh crore for infrastructure development in Bihar, including the construction of new bridges and the creation of a 6 Lane Maha Setu. Budget allocation has seen a remarkable increase of 9 times. Under the Amrit Bharat trains initiative, more than 99 railway stations are in the pipeline for development in Bihar, with foundation stones laid for 33 stations. Additionally, in Jehanabad, construction is underway for Navodaya Vidyalaya and Kendriya Vidyalaya, while a 50-bed multi-specialty hospital has been inaugurated. Furthermore, National Highway 110 has been expanded to Jehanabad. The Bhojpur-Buxar four-lane road, spanning 48 kilometers, has incurred an expenditure of ₹1,728 crore, directly benefiting the people of Arrah from Delhi.
Hon’ble BJP National President highlighted that over the past decade, 55 thousand kilometers of roads have been constructed, and 26 thousand kilometers of new railway tracks have been laid. Through the Digital India initiative, optical fiber has been extended to 2 lakh Panchayats today. Congress used to claim that India was illiterate and questioned the benefits of digitalization in the country. However, today, even vegetable vendors in India are engaged in digital transactions. It is because of the BJP's policies that common service centers have now opened in 2 lakh villages today.
Shri Nadda emphasized that in India, it took 25 years for the medicine of Tuberculosis to arrive, 28 years for the medicine of Tetanus to arrive and 100 years for the medicine of Japanese Encephalitis medicine to be available. However, under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, India has now emerged as the second-largest producer of medicine in the world. A decade ago, 18 thousand villages lacked electricity, leaving two and a half crore people without it. Today, under Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji's leadership, electricity has reached every village. The Arrah Power Grid is being upgraded to accommodate 200 MW and improvements are being made to transformers and electricity supply services.
Hon’ble BJP National President stated that RJD stands for ‘Rashtra Virodhi-Rishwat Khori, Jungle Raj, and Daldal’. While Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has propelled the country into the ‘LED’ era and is working on schemes like PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, the RJD party aims to regress Bihar back to the ‘Lalten’ era. Lalu Yadav began his political career as a student leader opposing Indira Gandhi and family politics. Ironically, he named his daughter Misa Bharti after the Maintenance of Internal Security Act. However, today, Lalu Yadav himself is involved in family-based politics and corruption scandals such as the Fodder scam, Alkatra Scam and Land for job case. In Jehanabad, under the ‘Jungle Raj’ of RJD, farmers were compelled to migrate, and murders and kidnappings occurred in broad daylight. Tejashwi Yadav seems unaware of his father Lalu Yadav's misgovernance. In 2003, RJD initiated a rally ‘Tel Pilawan, Lathi Bhajam’ to intimidate the people of Bihar and coerce them into submission. During the lantern era, flags were hoisted in fields with tractor trolleys and land was illegally occupied. In the past, Lalu Yadav questioned the necessity of roads, suggesting that their construction would attract unwanted attention from the police. Contrastingly, Tejashwi Yadav now promises the creation of 10 lakh jobs, he should first acknowledge and repent for his father's past actions. Lalu Yadav has no concern even for his caste, he has not done anything for his caste, but has only worked for his family. The Ma-Le (Marxist and Leninism) were nurtured by RJD and Lalu Yadav. The Ma-Le were involved in murder, land grabbing and oppressed the needs of the common man.
Shri Nadda highlighted the concerning state of education in Bihar, which led people to leave the state for Delhi to pursue studies. Now, under the INDI alliance, leaders like Lalu Yadav and Rahul Gandhi seem preoccupied with trivial matters like learning mutton recipes, rather than addressing pressing issues. The leaders of the INDI alliance are only focused on saving their families and corrupt associates. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has pledged, from the historic Red Fort, to hold every corrupt individual accountable. While Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji advocates for ‘Bhrashtachar Hatao’, the INDI alliance leaders are more inclined towards ‘Bhrashtachari Bachao’. The Congress party has a history of involvement in various scandals, including those related to coal, sugar, rice, submarines, AgustaWestland, 2G and 3G. Lalu Yadav has been involved in fodder, Alkatra and land for jobs scams. Additionally, Mamata Banerjee's associates were implicated in a scandal related to teacher recruitment, with cash bundles found at a minister's residence. From the residence of a servant of a Jharkhand Congress leader's personal assistant, ₹29 crores were discovered, exemplifying the depth of corruption. Additionally, a Jharkhand Congress minister had ₹360 crores uncovered from his home, which included 18 note-counting machines. This is the pinnacle of the alliance’s corruption. Bihar cannot be governed by such corrupt individuals. Many leaders of the INDI alliance are either behind bars or out on bail. Corruption and dynasty politics define the leadership of the INDI alliance.
Hon’ble BJP National President emphasized that the INDI Alliance is anti-Ram, anti-Sanatan and anti-nation. Sonia Gandhi once asserted in the Supreme Court via an affidavit that Shri Ram is merely a fictional character with no historical basis. Kapil Sibbal also suggested delaying the decision on Ram Janmabhoomi, fearing political gain for the BJP otherwise. The INDI Alliance disrespects the Sanatan Dharma, yet both Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi remain silent on such matters. Wherever there is anti-national activity, this Indi Alliance stands tall. Rahul Gandhi aligns himself with individuals who chant divisive slogans like "Afzal Hum Sharminda Hai, Tere Qatil Zinda Hai". They have even fielded candidates who advocate for the country's disintegration.
Shri Nadda stated that now the members of the INDI alliance want to encroach upon the reservations meant for the backward classes, tribals and Dalits and give them to Muslims. The Constitution clearly states that reservations cannot be based on religion, but these alliance members are trying to encroach upon the reservations meant for the backward classes, tribals, and Dalits through backdoors. As long as Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji is in power, no one can encroach upon the reservations meant for the backward classes.
Hon’ble National President of BJP, Shri Nadda appealed to the public to support the ‘Lotus’ symbol and NDA candidates to elect Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji for the third time and continue advancing development throughout the country.
