Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed a public meeting in Dumka, Jharkhand on Tuesday. He stated that under JMM and Congress, Naxalism thrived and Adivasis were neglected. However, the BJP is dedicated to Adivasi upliftment and development. During the rally, Jharkhand BJP President Shri Babulal Marandi, Godda Lok Sabha candidate Shri Nishikant Dubey, Dumka Lok Sabha candidate Smt Sita Soren and Rajmahal Lok Sabha candidate Shri Tala Marandi among other leaders were present.

 

Shri Modi stated that this is the land of the Santhal, a land of revolution and a land of those who sacrifice for the country. The overwhelming support from the gathering has confirmed that “Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar”.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that the public’s perseverance will not go in vain. In exchange for their perseverance, it is guaranteed that development will surely be delivered. In 2014, when the people blessed him, the entire country was weary of the previous Congress rule. Before Modi came in 2014, scams used to happen frequently. Congress was actively engaged in looting money in the name of the poor. Modi put an end to all that. Today, the people's money is being used for their benefit. The Modi government has provided 4 crore poor people with pucca houses, gas cylinders to poor women and electricity to every village in the country. The greatest beneficiaries of this have been rural, poor, Dalit, tribal families and women. The Modi government has changed their lives and alleviated their difficulties. “Jinko Pehle Ki Sarkaron Ne Pucha Tak Nahi, Modi Ne Unhe Pooja Hai”. Respected Shri Modi ji stated that the progress made in 10 years will be accelerated over the next 5 years. The goal for the next 5 years is to transform 3 crore women into ‘Lakhpati Didis’. After June 4th, when the government will be formed, 3 crores more pucca houses will be built. No individual will be left without a house.

 

Shri Modi stated that to spare people from electricity bills, the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana has already been initiated. Under this scheme, the Modi government will provide ₹75,000 for installing solar panels on every house. The commitment is to ensure zero electricity bills for the people. Moreover, any surplus electricity generated will be bought by the government, thus adding to people's earnings.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that nobody would want free ration and free healthcare for the needy to stop. However, people from JMM, Congress and RJD shamelessly threaten openly, saying that Modi must be ousted. They want to remove Modi so that they can get another chance to engage in corruption. The people will not allow them to do so. The people will not allow the members of the INDI alliance to steal from the poor. JMM and Congress are plundering Jharkhand in every possible way.

 

Shri Modi stated that in Jharkhand, mountains of cash totaling ₹19 crore, ₹35 crore and ₹300 crore were seized from the homes of JMM-Congress leaders. He mentioned that in his lifetime, both as Chief Minister and Prime Minister, he had never witnessed such a staggering amount of cash. This money came from various scams, including liquor scams, tender scams and mining and minerals scams. Specifically, he cited a ₹1,000 crore mining scam in Sahibganj district. JMM people changed their parents' names to fraudulently acquire land, including land belonging to Adivasis and the army. JMM and Congress looted ration supplies meant for the poor and engaged in corruption in the Jal Jeevan Mission. He stated that while he sent free ration from Delhi, JMM diverted it to black markets for their profit.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that after June 4th, action against corrupt leaders will accelerate, and this is the "Modi Ki Guarantee." BJP is dedicated to the upliftment of Dalits, the exploited, the deprived and Adivasis. The BJP has increased the budget for Adivasi welfare by four times and is constructing 400 Eklavya Residential Model Schools in tribal areas. Additionally, a separate law was enacted to ensure Adivasi people benefit from mines and minerals. The BJP declared 'Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas' on the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda. The Congress party opposed BJP schemes and disrespected tribal culture and history. He criticized the INDI Alliance for attempting to defeat Smt Droupadi Murmu, who comes from a poor tribal family, during the Presidential elections. The INDI Alliance works only for their specific vote bank, and wherever they gain power, Adivasi society and culture are endangered. He also accused Congress of using Naxalites, infiltrators and appeasement as weapons against Adivasis.

 

Shri Modi stated that under the Congress regime, Naxalism flourished, creating obstacles in the lives of the youth. The Adivasi community was most affected by Naxalism. He highlighted that the problem of infiltrators has become a significant issue in Jharkhand, particularly in the Santhal Pargana region. This influx of infiltrators is causing the number of tribals to rapidly decrease while the number of infiltrators increases, endangering the safety and lives of tribal daughters. Adivasi's daughters were burned alive and the infiltrators were under the so-called protection of the JMM government.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister pointed out that in India, Sunday is traditionally a holiday. This practice originated during British rule, possibly due to its association with Christianity. JMM has discontinued Sunday holidays in one district and instead declared Friday as a holiday. They have previously clashed with Hindus and are now also opposing Christians. The INDI Alliance's politics of opposition to the nation employs a perilous formula, i.e, indulging in severe communalism, practicing appeasement, sheltering separatists, defending terrorists and accusing dissenters of inciting Hindu-Muslim conflict.

 

Shri Modi stated that members of the INDI alliance provide reservation to Muslims based on religion. Shri Modi conveyed that he will stake his life to protect the reservation rights granted by Babasaheb Ambedkar and the Constitution to SC, ST and OBC communities. As long as Modi is alive, no one can snatch reservation from the tribals, Dalits, backward classes and extremely backward classes to grant them to those individuals who do ‘vote-jihad’. When such a severe communal veil is lifted and anti-tribal actions are exposed, the INDI alliance’s members cannot sleep at night. The INDI alliance believes that Modi will be frightened by their mudslinging, but the more the INDI alliance throws mud, the more the public will support the lotus blossoming. The INDI Alliance members fail to realize that their hateful propaganda will ultimately fail, this is Modi ki Guarantee.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that he had challenged the INDI Alliance and it had been nearly one month since then, but they remained silent. He mentioned that he had asked them to provide written assurance that they wouldn't revoke reservation for Dalits, tribals and backward classes. Secondly, he had urged them to commit in writing that they wouldn't alter the constitution to extend reservation for Muslims under SC, ST, OBC quotas. Thirdly, he had requested written assurance that they wouldn't replicate what they did in Karnataka by suddenly granting OBC reservation to Muslims. However, he noted that the INDI alliance wasn't even prepared to discuss these issues.

 

Shri Modi emphasized that despite being born into a humble family, he has risen to his current position with the support and blessings of the people. Therefore, he is bringing development to those Dalit, marginalized, and tribal areas where development has never reached before. Initiating various projects in these regions, he highlighted the significant impact, especially in places like Jharkhand and Santhal Paragana, which are now witnessing unprecedented development. In Devgarh, AIIMS and an airport have been built. Work on the bridge over the Ganges in Sahibganj is progressing rapidly. The Banaras-Ranchi-Kolkata Greenfield Expressway is being constructed. The Sahibganj-Manihari four-lane project is also near to completion. A bridge terminal has been built on the Ganga River in Sahibganj. Now, a logistics park will also be established in the region. These development projects will change the future of the region.  These endeavors will shape the future of the region, offering promising prospects for future generations and providing new opportunities for youth. Jharkhand must now be taken to new heights of development. The guarantee of development will come with the vote of the people. The power of the people's vote is going to change their future and ensure the future of their children. Respected Shri Narendra Modi ji appealed to the public to support the ‘lotus’ button and elect Bharatiya Janata Party candidates.
