Lovely Anand and other leaders were present.
Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that from the enthusiasm and love from women, youth and farmers everywhere, it is evident that the entire nation is now committed to a bright future, and Modi will work tirelessly day and night for them, putting in even more effort than before, to achieve a "Viksit Bihar" and a "Viksit Bharat." Even poor parents wish to leave something in inheritance for their children after they pass away. For me, the people of India are my only legacy, and they are my heirs. With no other heirs, Modi declared his commitment to dedicate himself entirely to creating a bright future for the people and their children. I do not want the hardships faced by the current generation to be experienced by future generations, and thus, I am determined to implement significant welfare decisions for the poor.
Shri Modi stated that this land is one of intellect and patriotism, with an uninterrupted flow of national devotion. This soil has given India many illustrious sons, like Shri Rajendra Prasad. However, the rich heritage of this land has been tarnished by the misdeeds of Congress and RJD, reducing it to a place known for extortion and crime. The INDI Alliance first caused the migration of industries and businesses from here, and now they are insulting the hardworking people of Bihar. A Congress leader in Punjab, a close associate of Delhi’s Shahi Pariwar, suggested that people from Bihar should be boycotted in Punjab, and RJD members in Bihar support this sentiment. They argue that the people from Bihar should neither be allowed to buy homes nor have any rights in Punjab, displaying a deep-seated hatred for the people of Bihar. The silence of Congress and RJD leaders on this issue, indicating that the dignity and respect of Bihar hold no value for the INDI Alliance. When I was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, during Bihar’s centenary celebrations, I invited many eminent personalities from Bihar to Gujarat to honor them. When leaders from DMK and Congress in Telangana insulted people from Bihar, the "Shahi Pariwar" of Congress remained silent. Those who continuously disrespect the people of Bihar should not receive support from the public.
Hon’ble Prime Minister underscored that the land of Champaran is the land of inspiration, the enthusiasm and spirit of the people of Bihar showed what is going to happen in the sixth and seventh phase elections in the country. The fifth phase of election was completed in the country yesterday, and the INDI Alliance was defeated in the very first phase. In the fifth phase, it was completely vanquished. In the subsequent phases, the INDI Alliance will be dismantled. The public will deliver such a resounding defeat to the INDI Alliance. 21st century India cannot move forward with the sins of the INDI Alliance, so in every election, the public is hitting hard on parties like Congress and RJD. On June 4th, there will be the biggest blow to the alliance. Along with this blow, there will be a blow to widespread corruption, the politics of appeasement, fragmented gangs, divisive thinking against society, distorted mentality insulting tradition, anti-women mentality, criminals, mafia and lawlessness in the country.
Shri Modi stated that Mahatma Gandhi initiated the Satyagraha and Swachhagraha from the land of Champaran. After independence, the Congress party should have promoted the cleanliness movement inspired by the same mentality in the country. The Congress party, on the very first day of coming to power, abandoned the principles, values, and ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and focused all their attention on promoting just one family. The Congress party together wasted 60 years of the country and ruined the lives of three to four generations.
Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that after 70 years of independence, the people of the country gave the opportunity to a poor mother's son to serve the public. The BJP government, after coming to power, is working day and night to provide Nal se Jal to people's homes. The BJP government-built toilets to respect the women of the country and provided electricity and gas connections to every household. Meanwhile, governments like Congress and RJD neglected providing essential facilities to the people for years. The gap between the rich and the poor widened, with opposition leaders accumulating wealth while the poor struggled to afford food. Poor children lacked access to schools, while leaders' children studied abroad. The empowerment of the poor in the country began when the Prime Minister of the nation emerged from a humble background and dedicated himself tirelessly to serving the people. The amount of work done in the country in the last 10 years will be surpassed in the coming 5 years; this is Modi's guarantee. The nation needs a strong central government, not to empower himself or his family, but to empower the people and their children, and to fulfill the dreams of the populace. I seek the blessings of the people as I travel across the nation, visiting the public, presenting the achievements of my ten years of service, and wherever I go, I hear one unified chant "Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar" and "Abki Baar 400 Paar."

I pray that no citizen of the country, including myself, should ever need bed rest and that every citizen should lead a life full of energy and celebration. Congress leaders assert that "Modi Teri Kabra Khudegi,” while their counterparts in Uttar Pradesh claim that these are Modi's final days in Varanasi, which is why he has made arrangements for his last rites in Banaras.

The widespread sentiment among the populace "Har Dil Mein Modi Hai," and the collective call for "Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar."
Shri Modi highlighted the growing panic within the INDI Alliance as they face inevitable defeat on June 4th. Opposition criticizes my policies, particularly the distribution of free ration to the poor. These INDI Alliance Leaders have never truly understood India, but I have traveled and stayed overnight in many districts, experiencing the country's depths. I vow to never let the stove in a poor household go out, expressing empathy for the plight of mothers whose children go to bed hungry and I will continue to provide free ration to the poor.
Hon’ble Prime Minister remarked on the criticism I face for providing Pucca Houses to poor mothers, questioning why Modi is doing so when they have lived without such amenities for generations. The opposition is concerned about offering free medical facilities to the poor. The plight in middle-class families where mothers and sisters endure pain silently, hiding their suffering to avoid burdening their families with medical expenses. Modi empathizes with these women and declares that they no longer need to hide their pain or worry about hospital bills because they have a son in Delhi who will take care of their medical expenses. Modi affirms his dedication to serving the poor and working for their welfare.
Shri Modi discussed significant matters regarding the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and the construction of the Ram Mandir. While the Ram Mandir trust invited the opposition to Ram Lalla’s ‘Pran Pratishtha’, they declined it. They chose to dine at the home of a person convicted of theft, ignoring the Ram Mandir invitation. This contrasts with the Modi government’s track record of resolving long-standing issues. The opposition has betrayed the trust of the poor while Modi works for them. BJP government’s report card is in front of the public, the INDI alliance should present theirs.
Respected Shri Modi ji condemned opposition leaders for exploiting the youth by demanding land in exchange for jobs, thus failing to secure the future of young people. The Jungle Raj era hindered Bihar's progress when illegal activities flourished and land mafias dominated. Shri Nitish Kumar and late Shri Sushil Modi will always be remembered in history for their commendable efforts of lifting Bihar out of RJD’s Jungle Raj.
Hon’ble Prime Minister acknowledged the significant reduction in migration from Bihar due to the efforts of the NDA government. Now employment opportunities are available to the youth of Bihar, including the establishment of a central university in Champaran, an agricultural research center, Sardar Patel Cooperative Training Institute, IFFCO markets, and a new LPG cylinder plant. These initiatives have boosted employment and income for thousands of dairy farmers and women engaged in animal husbandry.
Shri Modi highlighted the achievement of lifting 25 crore people out of poverty in ten years, questioning why the INDI Alliance couldn't do the same in their 60 years of governance. They kept the poor impoverished to ensure the praise and prosperity of their Shahi parivar. Congress enacted laws that left the poor helpless, forced them to seek assistance from others. The outdated police system, established by the British, remained unchanged until now. Modi has boldly reformed this system, ensuring that the poor no longer languish in jail while criminals hire high-profile lawyers to escape justice. "Nyay Sanghita" was introduced to replace the "Danda Sanghita," providing swift justice for the common man and making it harder for terrorists and looters to exploit people.
Hon’ble Prime Minister accused the Congress’s Shahi Pariwar of nurturing the tukde tukde gang and seeking revenge against the people of Northeast India. The people have already rejected Congress from this region, and now Congress is retaliating against the people. The public rejected Congress and RJD in the upcoming elections, ensuring their complete defeat through the support of NDA parties. Congress, RJD, and their allies have played a game that has taken India backward. While they have become owners of millions and billions, the common people continue to struggle for basic necessities like "Roti, Kapda, Makan". The INDI Alliance not as a political platform but as a congregation of scamsters worth billions, synonymous with corruption. Nearly ₹20 lakh crore worth of scams are represented by those sitting together on this platform. The INDI Alliance members exhibit three clear vices, they are deeply communal, one hundred percent casteist, and excessively nepotistic, prioritizing their children over everything else. For creating governments that ignited communal fires, divided the country by caste, and deprived the backward classes of their rights, arguing that such people can only divide the country and loot its treasury but cannot lead it forward.
Shri Modi highlighted that the modernization of bridges, highways, and railway stations in Bihar is providing employment to the youth. The truth about the Congress party is that if Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar hadn't been there, Jawaharlal Nehru wouldn't have allowed reservation for SCs, STs. Pt. Nehru even opposed reservation by writing letters to chief ministers. Every Prime Minister from the Gandhi family, from Pt. Nehru to Rajiv Gandhi, opposed reservation for OBCs. Congress has betrayed every section of society, including the poor, SCs, STs, OBCs, and women, which is why they only have one vote bank left today. Congress wants to give the reservation to its vote bank based on religion, by snatching it from SC, ST, and OBC. Since it is not allowed in the Constitution, Congress wants to change the Constitution.
Hon’ble Prime Minister pointed out that farmers in Siwan have received ₹1,200 crore through the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. A pucca house is the biggest dream of the poor. The Modi government has already provided around 40 lakh pucca houses to the poor in Bihar. After June 4, 3 crore people in the country will be provided with pucca houses. Additionally, house registrations will be done in the names of women. In the coming 5 years, prosperity will be brought for women's Self-Help Groups. The Modi government is also arranging for women to become drone pilots and engage in farming. Apart from this, 3 crore women in the country will benefit from Lakhpati Didi Yojana. When the income of the country's mothers and sisters increases, the strength of families and villages will increase, and it will pave the way for a Viksit Bharat. In the past ten years, Modi has had a majority of nearly 400 MPs, but he has used this majority to empower the poor, dalits, backward classes, and marginalized communities. The NDA government first made a dalit son and then an Adivasi daughter the President of the country. The NDA government granted constitutional status to the backward class commission and implemented OBC reservation in central schools, Navodaya schools, and military schools. In addition, for the first time in medical education, OBCs were provided reservation under the central quota. The interests of SCs, STs, and OBCs are much safer in the NDA government. It is imperative for the public to elect a strong government under Modi's leadership at the center to fulfill 'Nyay ki Guarantee.' Hon’ble Shri Modi ji appealed to the people to choose the Modi government once again by decisively electing local candidates in the country.
