Senior Leader of BJP and Hon’ble Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah addressed public meetings in Rewari, Ambala and Kurukshetra in Haryana on Friday. In his address, Shri Shah condemned Congress for fostering corruption in Haryana, accusing them of running their governance through ‘Cut Commissions and Corruption’, dominated by ‘Dalal, Dealers, and Damads (sons-in-law).’ He emphasized that Congress allowed corruption and illegal activities to thrive, but after BJP came into power, these practices were eradicated. Additionally, he also criticized Congress, particularly Rahul Gandhi, for misleading farmers by using the Minimum Support Price as a false promise to win votes.

Shri Shah emphasized that Haryana is a land of sacrifice, knowledge, spirituality, the Bhagavad Gita, strength, and prosperity. Every tenth soldier in the Indian Army is from Haryana, and the soldiers have played a vital role in securing the nation's borders and ensuring the safety of Jammu and Kashmir through their sacrifice, bravery, and valor.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah noted that Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji began his 2014 election campaign in Haryana, promising to fulfill the long-pending demand of 'One Rank, One Pension' for soldiers and their families, which had been ignored by Congress for 40 years. Indira Gandhi to Sonia Gandhi made no progress on this issue, but Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji delivered on this promise in 2015, and recently implemented the third phase of 'One Rank, One Pension.'

Shri Shah criticized Congress for repeatedly disrespecting the armed forces, recalling how they once called an Army chief a "Goonda." Congress never honored the military and kept spreading falsehoods, including the recent claim that Agniveers will be left without employment after their service. Assuring that every Agniveer will be provided a secure, pensioned government job, as per the decision of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. Rahul Gandhi spread rumors that have held Haryana back, mentioning that during Congress rule, corruption and lawlessness increased as each new chief minister focused only on their district. In contrast, BJP has worked for the development of all communities in Haryana.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah highlighted that in the past ten years, corruption in Haryana has been completely eradicated. Under Congress, governance was driven by 'Cut, Commissions and Corruption’, with a reign of ‘Drugs, Dealers, and Damads (sons-in-law).’ However, after BJP's rise to power, the state was freed from Dalal, Dealers, and Damads. BJP has delivered on its promise of a corruption-free administration.

Shri Shah praised CM Shri Nayab Singh Saini for his selflessness and dedication, highlighting that he does not seek power but instead focuses on serving Dalits, women, farmers, the poor, and backward communities. He will continue to do the next 5 years also as CM. Earlier, politics in Haryana was dominated by dynastic leaders who would fight elections and secure victories, leaving little opportunity for the youth to participate. Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji ended the family politics and appeasement from the country. Shri Shah criticized Kumari Selja's recent statement about wanting to campaign in Hooda's region, noting that she would not be invited. He condemned Bhupinder Hooda's disrespect towards a Dalit leader like Selja. In contrast, Shri Shah highlighted that the BJP has nominated a Dalit woman, Smt. Santosh Chauhan.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah criticized Rahul Gandhi and Congress as a ‘Machine of Lies’, suggesting they lack understanding of MSP, they merely know what it stands for. Congress has been misleading farmers, while BJP’s Haryana government is purchasing all 24 crops at MSP, a feat no other government has achieved. He challenged Congress leaders to name any government in India buying all 24 crops like BJP does.

Shri Shah highlighted that under Congress, the price of paddy was ₹1,310, but under BJP, it has risen to ₹2,300, with plans to increase it to ₹3,100 when BJP came into power. Haryana, a major millet-producing state, saw MSP for millet rise from ₹1,250 to ₹2,625 under Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji's leadership. The Hooda government did not buy millet, while BJP ensured Haryana farmers received MSP for their crops, unlike Rajasthan, where farmers sold millet in Haryana to benefit from the higher price. Congress set the wheat MSP at ₹1,400, but BJP raised it to ₹2,275. Similarly, BJP increased mustard MSP from ₹3,050 to ₹5,650. Rahul Gandhi did not understand the difference between Rabi and Kharif crops.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah remarked that the Sonia-Manmohan UPA government purchased less than half the amount of wheat and paddy in their 10 years compared to the BJP government. Farmers referred to the Hooda government as the 'Do Rupaye Muawaje' government because they received only a ₹2 cheque in compensation when their crops failed due to untimely rains. The BJP has significantly increased compensation for farmers compared to the Congress government. Rahul Gandhi's announcement to restore Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir is unlikely to succeed, as even his third generation will not be able to achieve that goal in the region. The Congress is also advocating for the release of terrorists from jail, overlooking the deaths of over 40,000 people in Jammu & Kashmir and the sacrifices of numerous soldiers. If Rahul Gandhi has the courage, he should express the same sentiment in Haryana. Rahul Gandhi delivered different speeches in Haryana compared to those in Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir, Congress, along with the National Conference, advocates for a separate flag. However, times have changed, under the Modi government, only the tricolor will be unfurled in J&K.

Shri Shah mentioned that the Congress party in the greed of the vote bank, is doing appeasement. They do not like the construction of Ram Mandir and even mocked in the Parliament that the opposition has defeated the Ayodhya theory. The four generations of Rahul Gandhi have kept Ram Lalla in a tent, but under Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s leadership, a divine Mandir has been made for Bhagwan Ram. The people of Rewari should question Rahul Gandhi about his opposition to the Ram Mandir. Recently, he traveled abroad, as no one listens to what he says in India. In the USA, he spoke about scrapping SC/ST and OBC reservations. While Congress alleges that the BJP is against reservation, their own leader is advocating for its removal in America. As long as there is even one BJP member in Parliament, the reservations for Dalits and OBCs cannot be removed.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah stated that the Congress has insulted Baba Saheb Ambedkar and even deprived him of Bharat Ratna and did not make a memorial in his legacy. However, the BJP has constructed five memorials of Baba Saheb Ambedkar and bestowed Bharat Ratna upon him. The Congress party, which governed Haryana for over a decade, has obstructed access to job reservations, frequently citing reasons such as "not found suitable." The Bharatiya Janata Party not only brought the Backwards class into reservation but also increased the creamy layer. The BJP also provided jobs transparently without the ‘Kharchi’ and ‘Parchi’ system. During Congress rule, the Dalals and Dealers used to give appointment letters, but under the BJP, the postman provided appointment letters. The Congress has harmed the youth, leading to slogans like "Pakistan Zindabad" being raised from Hathin to Thanesar and Palwal. In contrast, the BJP has accomplished significant developmental work over the past 10 years. Haryana has become the largest exporter of Basmati rice in the country. One in every ten soldiers hails from the state. The government has purchased all 24 crops under the Minimum Support Price. Every household has been provided with LPG cylinders, water connections, and toilets. Well-educated panchayats have been established, with over 50% reservation granted to women. Furthermore, the first AYUSH School in the nation has been set up in Haryana. The BJP plans to establish a unified textile park and a ready-made textile industry in Ambala. The Shahzadpur sugar mill will be reconstructed, and airport development will be expedited. Additionally, ICUs will be set up in civil hospitals, and an industrial park will be created in Ambala. Furthermore, a complete scholarship program for SC/ST and OBC students pursuing medical and engineering courses will be introduced.

Shri Shah praised Shri Nayab Singh Saini for his remarkable governance in just six months, achieving what Congress couldn't in ten years. Under Shri Saini's leadership, Haryana Roadways provided free travel for the poor up to 1000 km. Without "Karchi" or "Parchi," the recruitment process for 50,000 posts was initiated, and 16,000 jobs will be given by August 15. He allocated ₹100 crore to renovate all Dharamshalas belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC communities. 7,000 Dalit families were granted 100 sq. yards of land each.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah announced the inauguration of the Haryana Super 100 campus in Rewari and the establishment of AIIMS at a cost of ₹1,650 crore, which will benefit neighboring regions such as Mahendragarh, Faridabad, Mewat, Bhiwani, and Jhajjar. He also highlighted the completion of the trial run for the 360 km Western Dedicated Freight Corridor railway, stretching from Kishangarh to Rewari to Balawas. A new crossing station, including Kishanganj, will be built to enhance industrial growth in the area. The National Highway to Jaipur has been expanded at a cost of ₹800 crore. In the BJP's third term in Haryana, the largest mustard cooperative factory will be set up in Rewari. A museum honoring Rao Tula Ram will also be constructed in the area. Vishwakarma University is slated for establishment, along with a new medical college within the first six months. Furthermore, Mahila Chaupal will be launched in every village, Akhadas will be created for Dangals, and an Olympics nursery will be developed. A modern hi-tech auditorium with a capacity of 2,500 people will be constructed. Under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, every woman will receive ₹2,100 per month. An industrial city will be established in Rewari, adjacent to IIT Kharkhoda. Currently, ₹5 lakh has been allocated under Ayushman Bharat, which will be increased to ₹10 lakh, with an additional ₹5 lakh for elderly individuals. More than 5 lakh youth are expected to receive jobs, and stipends will be provided to apprentices. Additionally, 5 lakh houses will be constructed for the underprivileged.

Shri Shah stated that during the heavy rainfall, compensation worth ₹134 crore was sent to 49,000 farmers through direct bank transfers. The creamy layer income limit was raised from ₹6 lakh to ₹8 lakh, excluding agricultural and salary income, benefiting the OBC and backward classes. Freedom fighters' pensions were increased to ₹40,000, and Shri Nayab Singh Saini raised financial aid for kidney and liver transplants from ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh, adding ₹5 lakh more for elderly citizens, allowing the poor to receive up to ₹18 lakh for transplants. In Pinjor, the Saini government established the largest fruit and vegetable market, and Haryana became the first state to declare 10 new crops under MSP, committing to purchasing these crops for farmers.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah highlighted the achievements of the Modi government, stating that in 10 years, it has purchased double the amount of wheat and rice compared to the Sonia-Manmohan government. The MSP for all crops was increased by 60% to 125% during Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji's tenure. Shri Shah criticized the Congress governments in Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and the AAP government in Punjab, questioning what they were purchasing, as the Modi government continues to buy wheat and rice.

Shri Shah praised Shri Nayab Singh Saini’s efforts in Haryana, noting that in just six months, he increased the unemployment allowance for 12th pass youth from ₹900 to ₹1200, for graduates from ₹1500 to ₹2000, and for double graduates from ₹3000 to ₹3500. Over the past decade, Haryana's industrial growth has surged, making it the leading state in per capita GST collection. Haryana contributes the most per capita to the national economy, ranks second in grain storage, third in milk production, and hosts 400 Fortune companies in Gurugram. Tourism is also thriving, positioning Haryana as a leading state in this sector.

Union Home Minister Shri Shah criticized a Congress MLA for declaring that, upon winning, he would build his own house, houses for his associates, and provide jobs to his close circle. Shri Shah questioned, "If all Congress MLAs focus on their own benefits, who will ensure the development of Ladwa?" He then highlighted the significant initiatives under BJP governance, such as the construction of a museum in Peepli, a road from Pehowa to Kurukshetra, and the commencement of the ₹12,000 crore, 61-km Yamuna Nagar-Karnal railway line. Furthermore, 138 new ration depots were established, a ₹27 crore Ladwa-Kurukshetra-Pehowa state highway was constructed, and a ₹99 crore ethanol plant was set up at the Shahabad government sugar mill. Also, a Guru Ravidas memorial is being built in Peepli, and an epic Mahabharat theme spiritual center is planned for Jotisar. Shri Shah announced plans to open a Vishwakarma college in Ladwa, set up women's pavilions in every village, and establish senior citizen service centers in the district hub.

Shri Shah announced that the BJP will provide free dialysis in all hospitals and offer gas cylinders to all women at ₹500. He promised the establishment of separate welfare boards for the development of all 36 communities and BJP plans to create an Aravalli jungle safari park in southern Haryana to boost tourism. Whenever Congress wins, it focuses only on certain districts, neglecting the development of people like Ahirwal. Shri Shah urged the public to vote for candidates with the ‘lotus symbol’. Shri Shah called upon all organizations to unite and strengthen Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, encouraging people to support the BJP and ensure their victory in the elections.
