Salient points of Speech given by Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation & Senior BJP Leader Shri Amit Shah while addressing public rallies in Shindkheda, Chalisgaon & Jintur, Maharashtra

On November 23, MVA will be cleaned off Maharashtra and Mahayuti government will be formed again under the leadership of Modi ji.

***************

Mahayuti means development but Maha Aghadi represents destruction.

***************

On one side, there is the camp of Maha Aghadi which is Aurangzeb's fan club and on the other side, there is Maha Yuti which follows the principles of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Veer Savarkar ji.

***************

At least 20 attempts were made to launch the plane of Rahul Baba but every time, the plane crashed. This plane is sure to crash for the 21st time in Maharashtra.

***************

In the Aghadi government, Maharashtra's treasury will go to Delhi's Congress and in the Mahayuti government, Modi ji will bring Delhi's treasury to Maharashtra.

***************

Congress never thought beyond the family and named the institutions only after the family.

***************

BJP follows the path of Swaraj, Swadharma and Swabhasha of Shivaji Maharaj.

***************

The MVA, which made statements against Ramgiri Maharaj and caused riots in Shindkheda, is promoting people who are against the culture of Maharashtra.

***************

Uddhav Thackeray has compromised all the principles of Bala Saheb in the greed for power. He is standing with those who call Hindus terrorists.

***************

The resolutions and promises of the BJP are as lines carved in Stone while the promises of the Congress are blatant lies on which even their national president does not believe in.

***************

Rahul Gandhi is waving copies of the fake constitution with blank pages and insulting Baba Saheb.

***************

Rahul Gandhi says that there are no gods, there are no goddesses, no Bhagwati. No one understands Rahul Gandhi's words except him.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation and Senior BJP Leader Shri Amit Shah addressed public meetings in Sindkheda and Chalisgaon, Maharashtra on Wednesday. In his address, Shri Shah highlighted the development achievements under the NDA’s double-engine government and criticized the development-hindering Maha Vikas Aghadi. He conveyed that Mahayuti represents ‘development’, while Aghadi represents ‘destruction’. During the events, BJP Lok Sabha MP Smt. Smita Wagh, Sindkheda BJP candidate Shri Jaikumar Jitendrasinh Rawal, Chalisgaon BJP candidate Shri Mangesh Chavan, MLC Shri Amrish Patel among other leaders were present.

Shri Shah expressed that voting is approaching across Maharashtra and, after visiting the entire state, he is confident that the election would result in wiping out of the Maha Vikas Aghadi on November 23 and under Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji's leadership, the Mahayuti government is poised to form in the state. If the Aghadi government comes to power in Maharashtra by mistake, Maharashtra will become Congress' ATM and whenever Congress needs funds in Delhi, they will use the Maharashtra government's resources to fill their own treasury. However, once the Mahayuti government is formed, Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji will keep the Delhi treasury open for Maharashtra.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister highlighted that Congress had made false promises in Haryana, but as the results came, the party was completely defeated. In Jharkhand also, BJP is poised to emerge victorious in more than 50 out of 81 seats. The nation's 140 crore citizens support Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji-led NDA and the women of Maharashtra also stand firmly with the BJP. Shri Eknath Shinde and Shri Devendra Fadnavis send financial support to ‘Ladli Behene’, while Supriya Sule and her allies oppose it. He further mentioned that as the Mahayuti government is again established in Maharashtra, ₹2100 will be deposited monthly into women’s accounts.

Shri Shah stated that this time, the Mahayuti alliance in Maharashtra is poised to form a government with a historic majority of seats. He mentioned that Maharashtra is on the path to joining PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s mission to build ‘Mahan Bharat’. Aghadi leaders oppose various communities in Maharashtra and make statements against Ramgiri Maharaj, instigate unrest in Sindhkheda, and promote individuals who are harmful for the state and the nation. The development work initiated by Shri Devendra Fadnavis’ government was stopped by the Aghadi government, but now Shri Shinde and Shri Fadnavis took the initiative to restart those projects.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister stated that the Congress party advances its politics solely through false promises and by misleading the public. Rahul Gandhi often carries the Constitution created by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and even held it while taking the oath in Parliament. Recently, when some journalists got their hands on that very Constitution, they discovered that all its pages were blank. Rahul Gandhi has betrayed the trust of the people by presenting a fake Constitution and disrespecting Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Rahul Gandhi has never bothered to actually read the Constitution he claims to uphold.

Shri Shah emphasized that under the leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, ISRO launched the Chandrayaan to the Moon, and India's spacecraft became the first to land on the Moon's south pole. Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi Ji named the landing site "Shiv-Shakti." PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji has not only ensured the country's security but also worked to make it prosperous.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister stated that the Congress party opposes SC, ST and OBC communities. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji appointed a woman from a poor tribal background as President. In the union cabinet, 27% of the ministers are from the backward classes and the highest number of MPs from the SC community comes from the BJP. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi Ji's, a 27% reservation for OBCs has been implemented in NEET, IIT, Navodaya schools, Kendriya schools and Sainik schools at the national level. Recently, a group of Ulemas in Maharashtra submitted an application to the Congress State President, demanding 10% reservation for the Muslim community. According to the Constitution, a limited reservation of 50% has already been given in the country and now, to provide the 10% reservation that is being demanded, it would reduce the quotas for SC, ST, and OBC communities. Rahul Gandhi should listen carefully, even if his fourth generation comes, minorities will not be allowed to get reservation.

Shri Shah stated that the MVA leaders have spent their entire lives engaging in appeasement. The Congress party and its allies have proposed reinstating Article 370 in Jammu-Kashmir. However, Article 370 can never be brought back. Jammu-Kashmir is an inseparable part of India, and no one can take it away. Former Home minister in UPA govt, Sushil kumar Shinde recently made a statement that when he was the country's Home Minister, he was afraid to visit Lal Chowk in Kashmir. Now, he can visit Kashmir with his entire family and no harm will come to them.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister stated that for 10 years, during the Sonia-Manmohan government, terrorist attacks had become a common occurrence. Terrorists from Pakistan would infiltrate Indian borders and carry out attacks, while the UPA government remained silent. But as soon as Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji took office, within just 10 days, the nation avenged the Uri and Pulwama attacks through air and surgical strikes within Pakistani borders. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has made India safer and more prosperous. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left the Indian economy at the 11th position globally, but under the leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Modi Ji in just 10 years, India rose from 11th to the 5th largest economy. By 2027, India is projected to be the world's 3rd largest economy. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has nearly wiped out Naxalism from the entire country in just 10 years. By March 31, 2026, Naxalism will be completely eradicated from the country.

Shri Shah remarked that every leader of the Maha Vikas Aghadi makes false promises. Even the Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge has warned his party members to make promises that can actually be fulfilled. The Congress governments in Karnataka, Telangana, and Himachal Pradesh have failed to keep their promises. On the other hand, the commitments made by our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji are as steadfast as lines carved in stone. BJP promised to build the Ram Mandir on Ram Janmabhoomi, a commitment that Congress stalled for 70 years. However, after being re-elected in 2019, Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji not only ensured a victory in the Ram Janmabhoomi case but also laid the foundation, constructed the grand Mandir, and performed the ‘Pran Prathisha’ of Ram Lalla. Despite receiving invitations, leaders like Sharad Pawar, Supriya Sule, and Rahul Gandhi did not attend the ‘Pran Prathisha’ of Ram Lalla at Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. They were afraid of losing their vote bank, but the BJP has no such fear. For the first time in 550 years, Ram Lalla celebrated Diwali in his magnificent temple, fulfilling a long-awaited dream. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji also reconstructed the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, which had been destroyed by Aurangzeb. The Somnath Temple is also being rebuilt with gold. BJP’s commitments are steadfast and resolute.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister highlighted that under the Ladli Behna Yojana, women currently receive ₹1,500 in their bank accounts. After the re-establishment of the Mahayuti government in the state, this amount will be increased to ₹2,100. Additionally, farmers' loans will be waived, and the ₹12,000 provided under the Kisan Samman Nidhi will be raised to ₹15,000. Old-age widow and disability pensions will be increased from ₹1,500 to ₹3,100 and 10 lakh youth will receive ₹10,000 as a tuition fee stipend. The Mahayuti government plans to create 25 lakh employment opportunities in Maharashtra. Roads will be constructed in 45,000 villages, and Anganwadi and ASHA workers will receive a monthly salary of ₹15,000 along with health coverage of up to ₹5 lakh. Additionally, electricity bills will be reduced by 30%, and the government aims to transform Maharashtra into a $1 trillion economy. AI schools will be established in the state, and GST will be waived on items used by farmers.

Shri Shah stated that the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi only seeks to play the politics of appeasement, and Uddhav Thackeray has compromised all principles of Balasaheb Thackeray in his hunger for power. Uddhav Thackeray is now aligned with those who opposed renaming Aurangabad to Sambhajinagar, opposed the construction of the Ram Mandir, resisted the Triple Talaq law, protested the abrogation of Article 370, criticized India's strong response to Pakistan, and labeled Hindus as terrorists.  MLA's duty is to be present among the people during difficult times, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, Uddhav Thackeray was absent. He was the only Chief Minister who never stepped outside his house during the pandemic. Such leaders cannot save or lead Maharashtra. Only Shri Eknath Shinde, Shri Devendra Fadnavis, and Shri Ajit Pawar can take Maharashtra forward. The people of Maharashtra have two clear choices for the benefit of themselves and the entire state. "Maha Aghadi camp," aligns with an "Aurangzeb fan club" and on the other side, a camp that follows the principles of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Veer Savarkar.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister stated that the Congress party has always focused solely on its own family, naming institutions only after leaders like Pandit Nehru, Indira Gandhi, and Rajiv Gandhi. In contrast, the Bharatiya Janata Party honored North Maharashtra by renaming North Maharashtra University as Bahinabai Chaudhari University. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji further respected Maharashtra by granting Marathi the status of a classical language. Although Sharad Pawar served both as Maharashtra's Chief Minister and a Union Minister, he never considered elevating the Marathi language to this status.

Shri Shah highlighted that the BJP-led Mahayuti government has completed a road network connecting various regions at a cost of ₹200 crore. It has also constructed a grand building for the Dondaicha Municipal Council, fought for fair prices for irrigation and electricity, allocated funds for the Ashapura Mata temple, and completed the work for the Jalgaon-Sindkheda-Mumbai railway. Under the Namo Shetkari Maha Samman Nidhi Yojana, ₹12,000 has been provided to 1,54,000 farmers in Maharashtra, and irrigation water has been provided to 54 villages. The Mahayuti government in Maharashtra has initiated a project to connect the Nar-Par and Girjna rivers with an investment of ₹7,000 crore. A dam has been constructed on the Burai river. The health expenses of up to ₹5 lakh for 7,73,000 people are being covered by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. If the BJP government is formed in the state, the central government under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji will provide health cover up to ₹10 lakh to elderly people aged 70 and above. In one district alone, 1,44,000 poor families have been provided with free gas cylinders, 2 lakh people have been given homes, 12,000 wells have been built for irrigation, and the concrete road from Songir to Dondaicha was constructed.

The Hon'ble Union Home Minister stated that Mahayuti represents ‘development’, while Aghadi represents ‘destruction’. People must choose between those who foster development and those who bring about destruction. When Rahul Gandhi and Sharad Pawar were in power at the center for 10 years (2004-2014), Maharashtra received only ₹1,91,000 crore. In contrast, under Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s leadership, Maharashtra has received ₹10,15,890 from 2014 to 2024. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji is also overseeing the development of Asia’s largest port in Vadhavan with an investment of ₹70,000 crore. Irrigation is now being provided to 8,200 hectares of land through pipelines. The road connecting Chalisgaon, Sambhajinagar, Jalgaon, and Nashik has been constructed. All government offices have been consolidated at one location to form the Legislative Assembly Secretariat. Under the Amrit Bharat scheme, development work is being carried out at 40 railway stations in the villages. In Jalgaon district, ₹12,000 is provided annually to 4,90,000 farmers, totaling ₹1,300 crore. Additionally, 2,92,000 households in Jalgaon district have access to piped drinking water. 56 villages have received Talati and Mandal offices, and 3 lakh households have been provided with toilets. Trauma care centers have been set up, and sectional buildings named after Baba Saheb Ambedkar have been inaugurated in 40 villages.

Shri Shah stated that many people in the country are distressed by the Waqf laws. Recently, the Karnataka Waqf Board claimed several villages as Waqf properties, the villages also include 400-year-old temples, farmers' land and even people's homes, all of which have been claimed as Waqf property. The BJP has introduced a bill to amend the Waqf law, but Rahul Gandhi, Sharad Pawar, and their allies are opposing it. Shri Shah emphasized that under the leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the Waqf law will be amended, ensuring that no one’s land can be seized. Under the Mahayuti government, Maharashtra has seen the highest level of investment and FDI in the past two years.  Shri Shah stated that on 20th of November, the people of Maharashtra must cast their votes in favor of the ‘Lotus’ symbol to ensure that every Mahayuti candidate emerges victorious and forms the government in the state.
