BJP National President Shri Amit Shah addressed at rallies at Ghansali and Ramnagar in (Uttarakhand) today and appealed to the people of the state that for the development of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand the people of state should uproot the corrupt Harish Rawat government of congress and bring back the BJP government with two-third majority.

Saluting to the Dev Bhoomi BJP President said, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand it is the centre of faith for the people living across the world. He said the Uttarakhand election is very important for the development of Dev Bhoomi. He said that, the state's election is not for replacing the Chief Minister or any MLA, it is for changing the fate of Dev Bhoomi. He said the BJP wants to create a state where the youth of the mountain of the water and mountains, both used locally for the mountains. He appealed to the people of Dev Bhoomi to form such a government at Uttarakhand which could provide employment to youths and they don’t need to migrate outside the state, the people of Uttarakhand form such a government in the state which is not corrupt like Harish Rawat of Congress, but the government should be in line of Shri Narendra Modi which is authentic and transparent. He said that Congress rule cannot provide such a administration in the state, because they have no pain for the plight of the state, they did not wanted the state of Uttarakhand to be created. He said it was the BJP which in their national executive passed a resolution demanding the creation of the State and accepted the demand for the creation of Uttarakhand. For the creation of state the people of state who struggled and laid their life he said the people to remember them and said, it was the BJP, which in the days of struggle stood together shoulder to shoulder with the people of Uttarakhand, the incident of the horrors at Rampur intersection at that time too BJP stood united with the people of Dev Bhoomi and were successful of the creation of Uttarakhand. He said, possibility of creation of Uttarakhand was possible when BJP’s government came and respected Atal Ji was made Prime Minister.. He said that, BJP will take Uttarakhand to the heights of development.

Shri Shah said that, when a child after detachment goes from his mother to stepmother and the stepmother keeps ignoring then what is the plight of the child, when after looking at the condition of the child who is suffering the mother feels the pain same is the feeling of BJP today after seeing the plight of Uttarakhand. He said, that today because of the congress led Harish Rawat government the state has been completely ruined, seeing this state the workers of BJP are in at most pain. He said, where the tourism industry should have been promoted, should have provisions for employment, should have been producing power, should have increase the prosperity of the people, there now widespread corruption in the state, amid the chaos law and order is in bad shape. He appealed to the people of the state, saying that you have a chance to change and I am confident that the people of the state for the good of the state will vote with two-third majority and BJP government will be formed.

BJP President said, we have seen number of time that for the formation of government the MLAs were sold- purchased but for the first time we saw that Chief Minister himself sitting in front of video was doing the sale- purchase of MLAs. Referring to Harish Rawat he said, whether it is disaster scam, mining scam, liquor scam, or ration scam, in which his secretary is caught in the camera dealing with such corruption, Ration scam where the rice sent by Modi government meant for poor were found stacked in the storage of Congress leaders, the entire Uttarakhand has been devastated by Harish Rawat government of Congress.

Shri Shah said that there was a severe natural catastrophe in Uttarakhand then Shri Narendra Bhai Modi had decided that for the Char Dham yatra he will construct such a road which will not only survive any natural disaster but also facilitate seamless darshan for pilgrims along with the support pillar for the livelihood of the local people. He said that, with the investment of Rs 12000 crore Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has fulfilled his promise after the formation of government and with special technique the 900 km road is being constructed, so that the pilgrims do not face any problem any time.

Shri Shah said, Uttarakhand is land of brave heroes; every youth here is ready for the security of the country’s border to offer their services for the military and is ready to sacrifice their youths.  He said, for the valiant soldiers OROP demand they use to plead for 40 years but congress was unfazed and deaf year on their demand.  He said the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP in its manifesto had said that our Government will implement this within a year if our government comes and will end this problem. He said with the blessings of people of Uttarakhand the BJP government came to the centre and within a year we implemented OROP.and almost more than Rs 66000 crore was transferred directly in the accounts of soldiers the same year. Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi does not know, that the  'one-rank, one-pension' has been implemented in the country.  

राहुल गांधी पर कड़ा प्रहार करते हुए भाजपा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि राहुल गांधी कहते हैं कि ढ़ाई साल में क्या किया प्रधानमंत्री जी ने, अरे राहुल जी, ढ़ाई साल में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्त्व में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने देश को एक ऐसी प्रमाणिक और निर्णायक सरकार देने का काम किया है कि हमारे विरोधी भी हम पर भ्रष्टाचार का एक भी आरोप नहीं लगा सकते। उन्होंने कहा कि 2019 के चुनाव में जब हम जनता के सामने वोट मांगने आयेंगें तो हम पल-पल का और पाई-पाई का हिसाब देंगें, अभी तो आप को उत्तराखंड की जनता के सवालों का जवाब देना है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस की सरकार 10 वर्षों तक देश में चली और इस 10 वर्षों में कांग्रेस ने अंतरिक्ष से लेकर पाताल तक 12 लाख करोड़ के घपले-घोटाले किये। श्री शाह ने हरीश रावत पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि रावत जी, आपको सवाल पूछने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है, आप अभी उन सवालों के जवाब दीजिये जो उत्तराखंड की जनता राज्य में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार, अपराध और अराजकता को लेकर पूछ रही है।

Launching a strong strike at Rahul Gandhi, BJP President said, Rahul Gandhi says that the what did Prime Minister do during two and a half years, Hey Rahul ji, Shri Narendra Modi led BJP government has given a government which is authentic and transparent even our opposition could not allege any instance of corruption. He said the 2019 elections, when we will come for asking for the public vote we will present the account of our every second, every money spent as of now you have to give answers to the people of Uttarakhand. He said the Congress government lasted 10 years in the country and during 10 years and its rule was marked by scams and corruption very often. He said that Congress and the company in 10 years of the UPA did the scam if 12 lakh crores hailing from space to earth. Taking a dig the Chief Minister Harish Rawat  Shri Shah said, you have no right to ask questions, you just give the answer to those questions which the people of Uttarakhand are asking for corruption, crime and chaos pervasive in the states.

श्री शाह ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्त्व में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार ने देश के गाँव, गरीब, किसान, युवा एवं महिलाओं को सशक्त करने का काम किया है। कई योजनाओं का जिक्र करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत देश के 5 करोड़ गरीब परिवारों को पांच वर्ष के अंदर गैस कनेक्शन देने का काम किया जा रहा है, जन-धन योजना के तहत देश के 20 करोड़ से अधिक लोगों को अर्थतंत्र से जोड़ा गया है, साथ ही किसानों की फसल को खेत से लेकर खलिहान तक सुरक्षित करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा लागू करने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि उत्तराखंड में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार बनती है तो राज्य में आईटी पार्क स्थापित किया जाएगा ताकि यहाँ के युवा विश्व के आईटी प्रोफेशनल्स के साथ प्रतिस्पर्द्धा कर सके। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने पूरी दुनिया में योग और आयुर्वेद को प्रसिद्ध करने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में भाजपा सरकार बनने पर किसानों को समुचित मार्गदर्शन दिया जाएगा ताकि किसानों की समृद्धि में कई गुना इज़ाफा हो सके।

BJP president said Rahul Gandhi asks us that two and a half years have passed, there is still firing going on the border, what is difference in Modi government. He said that Rahul Baba, how can you see the difference. Remove the Italian spectacles from your eyes, there are still firings on the border, but it is started by the Pakistani army and is ended by the Indian army. He said that when Pakistan-sponsored terrorists cowardly attacked in Uri and martyred our sleeping soldiers, then there was widespread agitation in the country. But this time, at the centre was not a Sonia-Manmohan led UPA government, but a decisive BJP government led by Shri Narendra Modi. Because of the resilient political willingness of Shri Narendra Modi and the velour of our army, our army people intruded the border of Pakistan and did surgical strike and took revenge of the martyred soldiers. He said, even the surgical strike Rahul Gandhi says Modi ji you are doing the brokerage on the blood of soldiers, Hey Rahul Ji , you don’t know what patriotism is, what is the importance of martyrdom. He said that the entire country would bow in front of the martyr, the question of commission of blood do not arise
 

Shri Shah said Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi led BJP government in the country worked for empowerment of rural poor, farmers, youth and women. Mentioning about the various schemes he said under the Ujjwal yojana 5 crore poor families within 5 years got the gas connection, under the Jan Dhan Yojana 20 crore people were made inclusive to economic system, along with it the farmers crop was insured from field to farm. He said that, the BJP government is formed in Uttarakhand, IT park will be set up so that youths of the state will compete with IT professionals across the world. He said Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has worked to popularize Yoga and Ayurveda across the world. He said that after the formation of the BJP government in the state, the farmers will be guided appropriately so that farmers could increased manifold in terms of prosperity.

BJP president said the creation of Uttarakhand was done by Shri Atal ji, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi wish to develop it, but how hard Modi tries, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, do not let public welfare schemes to reach the people,. He said that i appeal to the people of the state that time has come to change the corrupt Harish Rawat government which has ruined the state economically and made it improvised. He said if the BJP government comes in Uttarakhand then with combined effort of the central government we will take the development of Uttarakhand with faster speed and made the Dev Bhoomi a prosperous state.
