BJP National President Sh Jagat Prakash asked 10 burning questions from Sonia Gandhi and Congress Party

 

BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, intensifying his attack on the Congress, on Saturday asked the opposition party and its interim president Smt. Sonia Gandhi 10 questions including alleged links between the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation and China.

 

Shri Nadda said, under the cover of border disputes with China and the coronavirus crisis, Sonia Gandhi should not shy away from the serious questions the nation wants to know. The Nation is asking several questions of the Gandhi family. Gandhi family should answer for their sins! He asserted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is safe and secure, and our brave armed forces are fully capable of protecting the country and its sovereignty. He alleged that national interest was “sacrificed” and donations into the family-run foundation were accepted.

 

Question 1:

 

Countries like China donated to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation every year between 2005 – 2009. Tax havens like Luxembourg donated to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation every year between 2006 – 2009. NGOs and Companies with deep commercial interests donated to RGF. Why did the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, headed by Sonia Gandhi, accept money from the Chinese government and Chinese Embassy? Isn’t a shame, sacrificing national interest by accepting money from foreign powers for personal trusts?

 

Question 2:

 

What was the hurry for the East Asia FTA, which included China –Later PM Modi came out of RCEP. Parallelly, India’s trade deficit with China was allowed to increase from an almost negligible $1.1 Bn in 2003-04 to as much as $36.2 Bn in 2013-14. Why did the Congress weaken India’s economic position? Was this the quid pro quo for accepting Chinese money by Rajiv Gandhi Foundation?

 

Question 3:

 

What is the exact relationship between the Congress party and the Communist Party of China (CCP)? What are the exact signed and hidden terms of this MoU?

 

Question 4:

 

Rajiv Gandhi Foundation worked with the China Association for Internationally Friendly Contact, which is just a vehicle of the Central Military Commission of China to infiltrate and influence top voices in other countries, Sonia Gandhi must answer how much influence and infiltration of this Chinese agency happened in India with the help of Rajiv Gandhi foundation?

 

Question 5:

 

Why did PMNRF divert money every year from 2005 to 2008 to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation? Why did the UPA Government force multiple ministries like MHA, MHRD, Ministry of Health and PSUs like SAIL, SBI, GAIL, ONGC, year after year to donate to RGF? Why did Smt. Sonia Gandhi feel no shame in siphoning off people’s hard-earned money for her personal trust?

 

Question 6:

 

Rajiv Gandhi Foundation took hefty donations from all major Indian corporates while they indulged in pro-poor rhetoric. In term corporates rewarded hefty contracts. Smt. Sonia Gandhi should answer why there were so many deals given as quid pro quo.

 

Question 7:

 

Why was a Congress man’s company auditing PMNRF?  PMNRF auditor’s name is Thakur, Vaidyanathan &  Aiyar Co. founded by  Rameshwar Thakur, who was a Congress Politician, was two Time 2 time MP RS, then a Union Minister for finance (MoS) and then Governor of 4 states. In Contradiction of all norms why a congress man’s company was auditing PMNRF .

 

Question 8:  

 

Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, a private charitable trust, a corpus of over Rs 100 crores (as of 2019)? How did the Rajiv Gandhi foundation get Jawahar Bhawan, worth crores, as its office on perpetual lease? By then FM Dr. Manmohan Singh in his budget speech in 1991 who also allocated Rs 100 crores at a time when India was going through its worst financial crisis. Since then it has regularly received donations from Government of India Ministries Yet, RGF refuses to be audited by CAG or even come under RTI. Why? What does Smt. Sonia Gandhi has to hide? What does Dr. Manmohan Singh have to say on this monumental loot and organized plunder?

 

Question 9:

 

Rajiv Gandhi Foundation not only takes money from scams but also dodgy donations to their own organizations. Why did the Rajiv Gandhi foundation also in turn donate money to the Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust controlled by the family and Christian Missionary organizations like World Vision?

 

Question 10:

 

Some months back, we saw a huge hue and cry over Mehul Chokshi. The crown prince of Congress used the most obnoxious language for the PM. However, it has also come to light that Mehul Chokshi was also a donor for the RGF. Sonia Gandhi should answer, first take money from Mehul Chokshi, then help him with bank loans and then blame the present PM for his actions.
