Meeting at BJP HQ, New Delhi with newly appointed State Incharges of BJYM.

                                                                                       

New Delhi, December 8, 2021:The National General Secretary Shri TarunChugh and the National President of BJYM, Shri Tejasvi Surya held a meeting at the BJP Central Office in New Delhi on the 7^th of December, 2021, with the newly appointed State In-charges and Co-In-charges of YuvaMorcha. The orientation was held to discuss the expansion work of the organization and the enhancement of its functioning. The senior leaders directed the In-charges of the State to visit their respective States, at least once a month to establish an improved communication network and enable better coordination amongst the workers and functionaries of the State.

The meeting emphasized the importance of establishing a strong communication network between the National team and the state teams. The policies, strategies and party programs should effectively be communicated and further carried out by all the karyakartas till booth level. The importance of implementing each and every program was discussed by the National President, BJYM.

Interacting with the YuvaMorcha State In-charges, the Party's National General Secretary, Shri TarunChugh said that the youth power is the strongest force of a nation, holds the power to bear desired results in every situation. It is the responsibility of the State In-charges to disseminate necessary information and instructions conveyed by the National President to the grassroots. Being the world’s largest political party, BharatiyaJanata Party has a structured and disciplined team from National to State to Districts to Mandals to Booths. The goal is to establish strong teams at the booth level and appoint a ‘PannaPramukh’ which in turn shall establish structured coordination.

The National President of BharatiyaJanataYuvaMorcha and Member of Parliament, Shri Tejasvi Surya has asked the front charges to explore their potential understanding of their roles and responsibilities. This shall lead to the enhancement of leadership qualities of the individuals also and help them develop their personality holistically.
