Congress leader and MP Shri Ravneet Singh Bittu joined the Bharatiya Janata Party 

 

Congress leader and Ludiana MP Shri Ravneet Singh Bittu joined the Bharatiya Janata Party at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi on Tuesday. During the event, BJP National General Secretary Shri Vinod Tawde, BJP National Media Co-Head Dr. Sanjay Mayukh, and BJP Central Disciplinary Committee Secretary  Shri Om Pathak were present.

 

BJP National General Secretary Shri Vinod Tawde welcomed Shri Ravneet Singh Bittu to the ‘Bhajpa Pariwar’ and stated that under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Shri Bittu joined to contribute to the party’s journey to Viksit Bharat. Shri Tawde added that with Shri Bittu joining the BJP, it will strengthen the party in Punjab.

 

Shri Ravneet Singh Bittu expressed gratitude and stated his appreciation for PM Shri Narendra Modi ji and BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji . Shri Bittu emphasized that over the past decade, he has observed that PM Shri Narendra Modi ji and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji hold immense love for Punjab. He mentioned that they are keen on undertaking significant developmental work for the state. Shri Bittu highlighted that witnessing the unforeseen development in other BJP-ruled states, he recognized the opportunity to bridge the gap between those states and Punjab, aiming for the development of farmers, laborers and industries, so he decided to join the BJP. Shri Bittu stated that the BJP-RSS played a significant role in bringing calm to Punjab during the period of turmoil and in ensuring peace and harmony in both the state and the country.
