Renowned Singer Smt Anuradha Paudwal has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of BJP National General Secretary Shri Arun Singh, BJP National Media Head Shri Anil Baluni and Co-Media Head Dr. Sanjay Mayukh at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi on Saturday.

 

Bharatiya Janata Party's National General Secretary Shri Arun Singh welcomed Smt Paudwal into the party, and highlighted her renowned status in devotional music. Shri Singh emphasized Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's leadership in fostering cultural and spiritual pride, evident in the beautification of Kashi, Ayodhya's Ram Mandir and the Mahakal Mandir in Ujjain. All the historic work in various pilgrimage sites across the country, are commendable. For 35 years, the melody of the Ganga Aarti sung by Smt Anuradha Paudwal still resonates among the public. Shri Arun Singh mentioned that Smt Anuradha Paudwal has also been honored with the esteemed Padma Shri award. Shri Singh conveyed that acknowledging Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's cultural vision and the BJP’s policies, Smt Paudwal has aligned herself with the party.

 

Smt Anuradha Paudwal expressed her gratitude for joining the BJP, highlighting her deep connection to the government's embrace of ancient culture. Smt Paudwal noted her 35-year dedication to singing devotional songs after her career in the film industry. She expressed the fulfillment of her lifelong dream of singing at the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya and stated her belief in being in the right place. Smt Anuradha Paudwal expressed her gratitude to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for leading the way forward for everyone towards the right direction.
