The BJP President Shri Rajnath Singh launched OFBJP Hong Kong’s new chapter today from the party headquarters at 11 Ashok Road in New Delhi. Addressing a large gathering of NRI’s assembled at India Club, Kowloon in Hong Kong through “Video Conferencing” Shri Singh assured the global Indian diaspora that after coming to power post Lok Sabha elections the BJP would address all important issues pertaining to millions of NRIs and PIO’s spread all over the globe.
Exhorting the NRI’s to work for BJP’s victory in their areas of influence Shri Singh said that BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Shri Narendra Bhai Modi had generated hope among the Indians to bring a positive change in the country through good governance and development.
Chief Guest at the Hong Kong program was Dr. Harsh Vardhan, President Delhi BJP & Current Leader of Opposition Delhi Assembly. The OFBJP Convenor Shri. Vijay Jolly addressed the program as the Chief Speaker. BJP Spokesman Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi also addressed the NRI’s via video link from Delhi.
Shri. Sohan Goenka, prominent social worker and well known businessman of Hong Kong is the newly appointed Convenor OFBJP Hong Kong chapter. NRI’s & PIO’s (People of Indian Origin) assembled in Hong Kong were motivated to canvass among their Indian family, friends & colleagues in India to vote & support BJP and make Shri. Narendra Modi the next Prime Minister of India.
This programme was organized under the ‘Global Community Over Reach Programme’ of the OFBJP led by its Global Convenor Shri Vijay Jolly.
