As part of the duty of government the girl was provided protection on request of her father because she was being harassed. How the CDs that were part of official state property were made available to members of opposition is the first and foremost question that needs to be posed. They are not authorized as per the telegraph act. The Cobrapost, Gulel.com, members of NAC and certain lawyers are all surrogates of the Congress party. It is evident that neither the girl nor the members of her family have filed any complaint and they seem to be highly satisfied by the help extended by the Gujarat Government. The Congress party is only trying to make political capital out of the private life of a girl who is leading a happy life.
They have attempted similar such allegations in the past for which Hon’ble Supreme Court took an undertaking from the lawyer and also the petitioner for withdrawing such abhorrent allegations. And now for a purpose under a strategy this has been brought in public purview with a view to cause damage to the character and reputation.
It may also be noted that the fundamental right to privacy is for an individual. The complainant, in this case, is not the girl herself or her family, but a political outfit. The girl’s father has admitted that he had approached Mr. Modi to seek help for his daughter. Her fundamental right has not been violated by the Gujarat Government, but by the Congress and its surrogates who have brought the private matter to the public purview raising questions about her honour and integrity. Neither Mr. Prashant Bhushan nor the women holding the press conference are related to the girl in question and have no locus. With no objections from the family, the entire episode simply elicits the political motivation of the entire setup by twisting and turning the facts with political motivations.
Under a telegraph act the complainant can be someone whose privacy has been violated. Police was protecting the girl while it is being given the twist of stalking without even having the complete understanding of the threat. Anyone who has the sensitivity and understanding of the women issues would know that anonymity and dignity is the essence of such handlings.
The Congress party and its surrogates were earlier using innuendoes attempting to malign the CM. The summersault is very apparent since the father has made a statement saying he had complained to Mr. Modi and had sought the administration’s help. Having failed at that they camouflaged their own political motives into that of self-appointed guardianship of the girl whose interest are in fact being harmed by such motivated actions.
The congress party is citing the CD from a website that claims it cannot authenticate the source of the CD. The surrogates of the party are operating on a guilty conscience and are thus, trying to wriggle out of the legal responsibility of verifying and authenticating the said information and also the source of such information which is supposed to be in the CBI custody.
The case of legal protection has been turned into stalking, that is how low the Congress party has stooped. They are shameless enough to invade the privacy of a woman for a political vendetta.
This episode shows that how the UPA government is obsessed to entrap Mr. Modi because the Govt. is very disturbed from his unmatched popularity and trying each and every resource to tarnish his image. It is very much in sync with the Congress character and we are expecting more such serial attacks with increasing intensity.
