Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha MP and National Spokesperson Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi addressed a press conference at the party’s headquarters in New Delhi on Tuesday. During the conference, Dr. Trivedi criticized the leaders of the INDI alliance for their divisive politics.

Dr. Trivedi criticized Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan for his comments on national slogans, emphasizing the need to refrain from divisive politics. Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi also called out Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin for his remarks against PM Shri Narendra Modi and highlighted the BJP's efforts to bridge cultural gaps through technology. Dr. Trivedi further criticized Congress leaders for advocating violence against Shri Narendra Modi’s supporters, contrasting it with Mahatma Gandhi's principles of nonviolence. Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi then urged the public to support PM Shri Narendra Modi's vision of a united and progressive India.

Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi conveyed that as the Lok Sabha election process progresses, the disappointment, despair, and confusion of the leaders of the INDI alliance are becoming apparent. Shri Trivedi highlighted that the INDI alliance leaders anticipate their defeat certainly, which reflects in the form of poisonous remarks one following the another,  emerging from the ‘Mohabbat ki Dukaan’. Dr. Trivedi highlighted that previously, various demeaning statements have been made by the opposition due to feelings of inferiority complex, envy, and frustration towards Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Now, it appears that there is a possibility of a political dictate being given to continue making dastardly comments not only towards Shri Narendra Modi but also to the extent of creating a divisive mindset among the people of the country.

Dr. Trivedi asserted that several times, the leaders of the INDI alliance provide a level of understanding that goes beyond everyone's comprehension. Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan gave a very peculiar statement while speaking about the CAA, and as peculiar as his statement is, it reflects a clear mindset. Dr. Trivedi emphasized that Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan conveyed that the slogans of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ and ‘Jai Hind’ were first raised by two Muslims, and questioned the possibility of the abandonment of the slogans. Shri Trivedi noted Kerala CM did not see that these slogans had been raised by an Indian, but instead, he had seen the divisiveness of Hindu-Muslim even in this. Dr. Trivedi emphasized that Pinarayi Vijayan is also unaware that the individual he mentioned was Dewan Azimullah Khan, who served as the Dewan of Nana Sahib Peshwa Bajirao II. He served in the Peshwa kingdom, which is referred to as the Hindu kingdom in Indian history.

BJP MP Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi highlighted that the first recitation of ‘Vande Mataram’ in the political arena took place in the Calcutta session of the Congress in 1895, under the chairmanship of Rahmatullah Ahmad Sayani. This was a symbol of India's unity,  but now, it has been manipulated by opposition leaders to portray unity as communalism amid political intrigues.

Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi stated that the same ideology that prevailed a hundred years ago still persists today also.  It is essential for India to refrain from divisive politics thinking about unity of nation. The INDI Alliance should respond where this issue arises. Dr. Trivedi stated that the INDI Alliance follows a leftist ideology. Referring to the Rigveda, he cited, "Bhumi: Putro Aham Prithivyah," which means 'Earth is our mother, and we are her children.' India is also a mother, and the earth is also a mother, but the communists see something else in it.

Dr. Trivedi stated that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin not only disrespects Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's party but also harbors a sense of insecurity. Stalin said that the people of Tamil Nadu should only vote for his party, as Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is not working for the development and welfare of Tamil Nadu. A month ago, respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's speech in Varanasi was translated into Tamil through AI. There hasn’t ever been a real-time translation of speeches from Hindi-speaking regions into Tamil before. Engaging with the people of Tamil Nadu through technology reflects the sentiment of national unity of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Dr. Trivedi asked, "Has there ever been a Kashi-Tamil Sangam, a confluence of cultures, in Delhi, the capital of India? The majestic symbol of pride, the G-20 Summit, where a statue of Nataraja from Tanjore stands outside the Bharat Mandapam, symbolizes honor in Tamil culture. He mentioned that real-time translation of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's speeches is available on the Namo app. The respect for Indian languages and the work done for their development by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has left these leaders feeling insecure.

Dr. Trivedi remarked today you are with the congress, which dismissed the DMK government. MK Stalin should clarify which government of the DMK completed its term before the arrival of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 1998? The Congress did not let opposition governments complete their terms in Tamil Nadu. Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi remarked that today the opposition is in alliance with the  INC, which has dismissed the government of Tamil Nadu several times. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin should explain which government of the DMK completed its term before the Atal Ji government came to power in 1998. The Congress never allowed the opposition government in Tamil Nadu to complete its term. Kerala Chief Minister P. Vijayan should mention that the first non-Congress government in Indian history, the E.M.S. The Namboodiripad government of the Communist Party in Kerala in 1957, completed its term. Those with a murky past are now apprehensive about the ground realities, as they are witnessing substantial support from the grassroots level for PM Shri  Narendra Modi ji.

Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi highlighted that the Culture Minister of the Congress government in Karnataka, Shivaraj Thangadagi, has stated that those chanting slogans in support of Shri Narendra Modi should be slapped on the face. Shri Trivedi questioned those who engage in such provocative actions, what do they refer to as democracy after making such statements? Mahatma Gandhi advocated for responding to violence with nonviolence, famously suggesting that if one receives a slap on one cheek, he should offer the other cheek as well. But today's Congress, which claims to follow Gandhi's ideology, is saying that if someone chants a slogan, slap them. This is a dangerous tendency, inevitably leading to violence in the face of imminent defeat.  It shows that Rahul Gandhi's Congress has no connection with Gandhi's Congress.  Dr. Trivedi stated that it is imperative for the Congress to clarify whether such divisive and violence-inducing statements align with democratic values or not.

Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi remarked that as the upcoming elections approach, the BJP and the NDA, led by Prime Minister Shri Modi, are confidently aiming to surpass the 400 Paar mark with their unwavering performance and widespread support. Meanwhile, the INDI alliance is facing internal conflicts and negativity, resembling a sinking ship. The BJP's vision of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat' resonates with the nation as it progresses in a new direction. The youth are embracing this fresh approach, aligning their aspirations with the changing political landscape. Dr.Trivedi expressed that the outdated tactics of division and arrogance are fading away, replaced by a more inclusive and progressive mindset. He urged the public to respond fittingly to such regressive forces in the upcoming elections and to stand with Shri Narendra Modi ji in leading India towards becoming an economic powerhouse and a prominent global leader in the new era.
