Salient Points of Bharatiya Janata Party National Spokesperson Shazia Ilmi’s Press Conference

Delhi's women can hardly expect safety and protection from the ineffective AAP government when even the former Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson and Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal is not safe at the Chief Minister's residence

****************

Today, the public is increasingly recognizing the true character of both the Aam Aadmi Party and Sultan of Shish Mahal (Arvind Kejriwal) himself

****************

Following the filing of the complaint, Swati Maliwal has gone missing, raising various concerns about the prolonged absence of a women Rajya Sabha MP

****************

Arvind Kejriwal will have to reveal the dark truth of the shameful incident that occurred at the CM's residence on May 13 in front of the public

****************

Did Swati Maliwal face assault by the Chief Minister's PS, Bibhav Kumar under the directive of Arvind Kejriwal?

****************

This isn't the first incident of a scuffle at the CM's residence. Previously, in 2018, Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal were accused of scuffling with Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash

****************

Kejriwal had asked compromise regarding the misconduct by Narela MLA Sharad Chauhan, which led to Soni Mishra's suicide

****************

Why are Priyanka Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, and Atishi Marlena, who chanted slogans of ‘Ladki Hun Lad Sakti Hun', remaining silent on this matter?

Bharatiya Janata Party National Spokesperson Smt Shazia Ilmi addressed a press conference at the party’s headquarters in New Delhi on Wednesday. During the press conference, Smt. Shazia Ilmi criticized Arvind Kejriwal and AAP for failing to take action against anyone involved in the assault on Swati Maliwal.

Bharatiya Janata Party National Spokesperson Smt. Shazia Ilmi raised concerns about the ongoing situation, emphasizing that more than 48 hours have passed, and everyone is wondering what is happening in Sultan Sahab's (Arvind Kejriwal) palace. There is a growing sense of unease about the events unfolding. It has been reported that Swati Maliwal made two phone calls from CM Arvind Kejriwal's residence, following which she proceeded to the police station. Despite her verbal presence, she didn't provide any written statement. Thirty-two hours later, Sanjay Singh confirmed mistreatment and misconduct towards Maliwal at the CM's residence. Rajya Sabha MP and former DCW chairperson Swati Maliwal is currently untraceable, with no means of communication available. The crucial question arises: Is she safe? Smt. Shazia Ilmi highlighted that Sanjay Singh has stated that cognizance of the matter has been taken. She questioned why there hasn't been an FIR filed and why no action has been taken against anyone. Suppose the former DCW chairperson isn't safe even at the CM's residence, where she faced physical assault, and this is acknowledged even by Sanjay Singh. In that case, it raises serious concerns about the safety of women in Delhi. It prompts one to ponder the dire situation and what Delhi women can expect from such a dysfunctional Delhi government.

BJP National spokesperson Smt. Ilmi emphasized that she knows the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party very well, and she has personally witnessed the filth behaviour and misconduct that the party is involved in. This led her to decide to part ways with the Aam Aadmi Party. Today, the public is becoming acquainted with the true character of both the Aam Aadmi Party and Sultan Sahab (Arvind Kejriwal) himself.

Smt. Shazia Ilmi pointed out that before this incident, in 2018, Amanatullah and Prakash Jarwal were charged with assault against Delhi's Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash. The question also arises whether there has been any strain in interpersonal relationships leading to these incidents. Arvind Kejriwal will have to come clean before the public on the shameful incident that occurred at the CM's residence on May 13th. For the past 48 hours, women across the country have been questioning Arvind Kejriwal about how a woman was assaulted inside the CM's residence?

Smt. Shazia Ilmi questioned why Arvind Kejriwal has maintained silence until now and what action he has taken against Bibhav Kumar. Has Bibhav Kumar assaulted Swati Maliwal at Arvind Kejriwal's behest? Is Kejriwal avoiding taking action against Bibhav Kumar? Is Swati Maliwal safe? Is Swati Maliwal being threatened to keep silent? Why hasn't an FIR been filed regarding this incident yet? Shouldn't Chief Minister Kejriwal be held responsible for the assault on a female MP inside the CM's residence? What are the ethical standards of Kejriwal?

Smt. Shazia Ilmi lashed out at Kejriwal stating that when Soni Mishra presented the ordeal of harassment by former Narela MLA Sharad Chauhan in tears, Kejriwal had proposed a compromise. This led Soni Mishra to resort to suicide. Smt. Shazia Ilmi questions whether pressure is also being exerted on Swati Maliwal to compromise. Today, AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge remained silent on Swati Maliwal's queries. Why has the INDI Alliance maintained silence on the assault that occurred in the Chief Minister's residence involving a female MP? Why are leaders like Priyanka Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, and their spokespersons, including Atishi Marlena, who advocate for women's rights, remaining silent on this matter? Why aren't the leaders of the INDI Alliance questioning Arvind Kejriwal, the poster boy of the alliance?

BJP National spokesperson Smt. Shazia Ilmi remarked that since the Nirbhaya movement, people have taken to the streets, faced baton charges, and endured tear gas to fight for women's safety. Today, it's alarming to witness a situation where a female Rajya Sabha MP is being assaulted at the residence of the Chief Minister of Delhi, with no clear response from her party. The events of May 13th remain obscure, leaving unanswered questions about what led Swati Maliwal to make two emergency calls and then proceed to the police station.
