The Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji today travelled to Ambala as a common citizen riding on the Shatabdi Express train along with hundreds of other passengers. A massive crowd which included more than 2000 bikers gave a rousing welcome to the BJP National President at the Ambala railway station.

India's largest cancer treatment and care centre with 710 beds has been established in Jhajjar in Haryana at a cost of Rs 2,000 crores.

The Bharatiya Janata Party government in Haryana has announced to give Rs 2500 per month financial assistance to cancer patients in the state apart from the facility of free travel in state buses to them. All these are highly commendable initiatives of the Manohar Lal Khattar government in Haryana.

In the entire country around 1.50 lakh health and wellness centres are coming up . So far over 1.18 lakh health and wellness centres have already been constructed. In Haryana 1,148 health and wellness centres have been constructed and are currently in operation which has greatly benefited the people of the state.

All states including Haryana have today become 'atmanirbhar' (self reliant) in terms of hospitals and medical oxygen. Under the PM Cares initiative our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji ensured setting up of 2500 PSA oxygen plants in just 112 days, which was unthinkable under previous governments. More PSA oxygen plants are coming up across the country.

Under the 'Affordable Medicines and Reliable Implants for Treatment (AMRIT) scheme a discount of 50% is being given on use of medical equipments. There are as many as 225 such centres across the country which are currently functioning which has benefited around 2.93 crore patients. Under this scheme patients have been provided medicines worth Rs 4512 crores on discounted rates at Rs 2,324 crores.

In its 10 years of rule the Congress party led UPA government did not create a single AIIMS. It was our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji who established 6 new AIIMS. The World Bank report says that it is due to the economic and social initiatives of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that 12.3% people have been brought out of the extreme poverty and today below 1% people are under the extreme poverty, which is a remarkable and historic achievement particularly when the world is reeling under the Corona pandemic.

During the Russia Ukraine war our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji created a safe corridor to evacuate thousands of Indians in the war zone. The Narendra Modi Government talked to the heads of state of Russia and Ukraine and safely brought home 23,000 citizens. Nearly 1700 Students of Haryana were also brought back home from Ukraine. No other country in the world took such an initiative to safely airlift its students and citizens.
