Hon’ble National President of Bhartiya Janata Party Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed a public meeting in Surajpur in Chhattisgarh on Sunday and criticized the INDI alliance for its alleged anti-Sanatan, anti-national and anti-tribal stance. During the event, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Sarguja Lok Sabha candidate Shri Chintamani Maharaj, state Cabinet Minister Shri Ram Vichar Netam and Bharatpur-Sonhat MLA Smt Renuka Singh, among other leaders were present.

Shri Nadda praised the people of Chhattisgarh for forming a strong BJP government in the state, expressing his congratulations to them. The palpable enthusiasm and energy among the people is indicating their determination to elect Shri Chintamani Maharaj as MPs. This election is not merely about electing Shri Chintamani Maharaj as MPs but also about realizing the vision of 'Viksit Bharat' set forth by PM Shri Narendra Modi. There was a time when many believed that nothing would change, but over the past ten years, India's political landscape has undergone a significant transformation under the tenure of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. A decade ago, politics revolved around caste, religion and appeasement, often fueling conflicts between different castes and communities to create vote banks. However, PM Shri Narendra Modi's leadership has brought about a shift in the nation's mindset, culture, work ethic, and even the definition of politics itself. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the BJP stands united with the resolutions of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.' There has been a paradigm shift towards development and accountability-oriented politics, ‘Jo Kaha Vo Kiya Aur Jo Nahi Kaha Vo Bhi Kar Ke Diya.’ Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given the mantra of 'Reform, Perform, and Transform' to drive development and bring about positive change.

Hon’ble BJP National President emphasized that in the past, politics surrounding tribals was merely rhetoric without tangible development efforts. However, Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji has prioritized the welfare of tribals. On November 15th, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi took a historic step by declaring National Tribal Day to honor Bhagwan Birsa Munda. Additionally, PM Shri Modi appointed Smt. Draupadi Murmu, a tribal woman as the President of India, a decision that was unprecedented and symbolizes his commitment to tribal empowerment. The budget allocated for tribal welfare has seen a remarkable threefold increase. Specifically, in Eklavya residential schools, the budget has surged by 21 times, ensuring improved educational opportunities for tribal children. Furthermore, the government is purchasing 90 forest produce items at minimum support prices (MSP), providing economic support to tribal communities. Additionally, out of the 12 crore toilets constructed, 1.5 crore toilets have been built in tribal areas, a significant step towards empowering both women and tribal populations.  Van dhan Kendras are paving the way for new opportunities for tribal producers. The Van Dhan Vikas Kendra has been allocated ₹4 thousand crore, with ₹400 crore already disbursed for community development initiatives. Earlier, Naxalism was a persistent issue in the state, but PM Shri Modi’s leadership has effectively combated it. Corruption was rampant, but under PM Shri Modi’s governance, not a single case of corruption has arisen. Previously, women were neglected, and farmers were overlooked. Today, under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi, the needs of the poor are being addressed, and their voices are being heard. His leadership has empowered villages, the impoverished, Dalits, the marginalized, tribals, farmers, youth and women. India has secured a prominent position globally, all thanks to PM Shri Modi's leadership capabilities.

Shri Nadda emphasized the remarkable progress of India's economy under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi over the past decade. India has advanced from being ranked 11th globally to now standing among the top 5 economies worldwide. Furthermore, in his third term, PM Narendra Modi aims to elevate India to the position of the third-largest economy globally. Notably, significant strides have been made in sectors such as automobiles, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals. A decade ago, most mobile phones used in India were imported, but now the majority are manufactured domestically, making India the second-largest mobile phone manufacturer. PM Shri Narendra Modi's policies have focused on uplifting the poor, exploited, deprived, Dalits, and Adivasis, bringing them into the mainstream. Initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojana have provided essential food grains to over 80 crore people, including 2 crore beneficiaries from Chhattisgarh, leading to the upliftment of 25 crore people above the poverty line. Poverty in India has decreased to less than 1%, according to the IMF. Additionally, under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 4 crore houses have been built, with each panchayat allotted 40-50 houses, and road networks have connected every village. In the third term, the BJP aims to provide an additional 3 crore houses to the people of India. The upcoming PM-Surya Ghar Yojana will ensure solar panel connectivity for every household, with the government purchasing surplus electricity at competitive rates. Moreover, the Ujjwala Yojana has provided LPG cylinders to 10 crore 35 Lakh families, including over 36 Lakh families in Chhattisgarh. In the third term, every senior citizen aged 70 and above will receive Rs 5 Lakh annual health cover, complementing the Ayushman Bharat scheme's health insurance coverage. Additionally, significant infrastructure developments include the establishment of a medical college in Sarguja, an IIT in Bhilai, and India's largest Battery Energy Storage System in Rajnandgaon. Under the Amrit Bharat scheme, over 32 railway stations are under development, with Chhattisgarh's railway budget increased 22 times. Notably, Sarguja has witnessed the opening of three Eklavya Model schools, and the reconstruction of Ambikapur railway station at a cost of 34 crore under the leadership of Shri Chintamani Maharaj.

Hon’ble BJP National President underscored the divergent approaches between PM Shri Narendra Modi's call to "Bhrashtachar Hatao" and the INDI Alliance's stance of "Bhrashtachari Bachao". While PM Shri Narendra Modi advocates for appointing individuals from ordinary backgrounds as Chief Ministers, the INDI Alliance promotes familial promotion, reflecting, according to him, a gathering of nepotistic and corrupt leaders. He pointed out various scandals involving Congress, including the coal scam, the Submarine scandal, the AgustaWestland helicopter deal, rice and sugar scams, and irregularities in CWG, 2G and 3G spectrum allocations. Additionally, he highlighted the involvement of leaders like Bhupesh Baghel in the Gothan scam and Betting scam, Lalu Yadav in the Fodder scam, Land-for-job scam, and Alkatara scam, and corruption cases against DMK and TMC ministers. Notably, figures from the INDI Alliance like Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Sanjay Singh, and Lalu Yadav are out on bail, while leaders such as Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendra Jain and Azam Khan are currently in jail. INDI Alliance leaders as either "out on Bail or in Jail". The INDI Alliance is a coalition of parties united against corruption, including several family-oriented political dynasties. These include figures such as Farooq and Umar Abdullah, Mufti Mohammad and Mehbooba Mufti, Prakash Singh Badal and Sukhbir Badal, the Chautala family, Akhilesh and Dimple Yadav, Lalu, Rabri, Tej Pratap, Tejashwi, Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek, KCR, KTR, Kavitha, Karunanidhi, Udayanidhi Stalin, Uddhav and Aditya Thackeray, and Rahul, Sonia, and Priyanka Gandhi. He also criticized the Congress party's alleged intention to redistribute reservations from Dalits, Adivasis, and backward classes to a "special class," as mentioned in their manifesto, which promised special treatment to minorities. He referenced Manmohan Singh's remark about 'Muslim Minorities' having the first right on the country's resources.

Shri Nadda emphasized that PM Shri Narendra Modi has issued three challenges to the Congress and the INDI Alliance. Firstly, he challenged them to provide a written assurance to the country that they will refrain from making any constitutional changes to reservations based on religion. Secondly, he urged them to commit in writing that they will not take away reservations from SC/ST/OBCs and allocate them to any religious group. Lastly, he challenged them to promise in writing that in states where they are in power, they will not reduce OBC quotas and allocate reservations to Muslims based on religion.

Hon’ble BJP National President emphasized Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's stance that reservation should be based on social justice, not religion. He condemned the conspiracy to take away reservation from India's OBCs, Dalits, Tribals, Most Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes, and allocate it to a special class. Under the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership, the BJP government assures that the reservation of OBCs, Dalits, and tribals will remain intact and secured, with no threat of being taken away. Rahul Gandhi and the INDI alliance are 'Ram Virohi, Sanatan Virodi, and Rashtra Virodi.' The UPA government, led by Sonia Gandhi, once described Bhagwan Ram as a mythological character in an affidavit, and Kapil Sibal suggested delaying the Ram Janmabhoomi case to avoid benefiting the BJP politically. However, Bhagwan Ram is not merely a political figure but a symbol of faith, culture, and life for many. Despite attempts to politicize the issue, under the leadership of PM Shri Modi, the court's verdict led to the majestic construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, with the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of Ram Lalla being performed on 22nd January. The INDI alliance is Anti-Sanatan, with DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin comparing Sanatan to diseases like dengue and malaria, while A Raja likened Sanatan to HIV and AIDS. Despite such derogatory remarks, leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, and others remained silent. There are also anti-national sentiments within the alliance, with DK Suresh, a member of parliament from INC demanding that South Indian states be made separate nations. In another incident, slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' were raised in the Karnataka assembly after a Congress party's Rajya Sabha MP won the elections, but the Congress party did not condemn the incident.

Shri Nadda urged the people to reject the INDI alliance in the elections and instead vote for Sarguja Lok Sabha candidate Shri Chintamani Maharaj to ensure Shri Narendra Modi's third term as Prime Minister and lead Chhattisgarh on the path of development.
