Hon’ble BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed a huge “Anusoochit Jaati Mahasammelan” organized at Kothi Meena Bazar in Agra (Uttar Pradesh) on Thursday and elaborated on the steps taken by Shri Narendra Modi government for the welfare of Scheduled Castes. While discussing, he said that the mantra of our government is – Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas and Sabka Vishwas. During the event, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, National President of BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha Shri Lal Singh Arya, Uttar Pradesh BJP in-charge Shri Baijayant Jay Panda, Organizer Shri V Satish, BJP Central Election Committee member Shri Satyanarayan Jatiya, National General Secretary Shri Tarun Chugh, Union Minister Shri SP Singh Baghel, MP Shri Kaushal Kishore, Deputy Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Jagdish Deora and other senior leaders and officials of the party were present.

Shri Nadda asserted the BJP's commitment towards the welfare of Dalits and other marginalized communities. Shri Nadda highlighted initiatives like 'Antyodaya' and various empowerment schemes under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's leadership. The BJP National President emphasized BJP's inclusive approach compared to Congress' divisive politics, urging the public to support  Shri Narendra Modi's vision for 'Viksit Bharat.

Hon’ble BJP National President conveyed that as long as the Congress party was in power, they never viewed Dalits and Scheduled Caste communities with humanity and compassion. Whenever they looked at them, it was through the lens of vote bank politics. They always kept Dalits and Scheduled Caste communities separate from society to use them for gaining power. However, the BJP, being an ideological party, regardless of whether it was in power or not, always affirmed that until the last person in society stands to benefit, the country will not progress. As early as 1951-52, the BJP stated that the party will continue to work for the welfare of marginalized, oppressed, and deprived people and give them equal rights. The BJP also initiated the 'Antyodaya' program, which was questioned by the Congress party at that time. Shri Narendra Modi, while advancing the idea of Antyodaya, initiated, 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas'.

Shri Nadda expressed that the slogans of the Congress party have always been divisive, while the objective of Jan Sangh and BJP has always been to bring every section of the society together with inclusive plans. Under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, through the GYAN initiative - which focuses on the development of the Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata, and Nari Shakti, and through them only society will move forward. The Congress has never remembered the Panchatheertha.

Hon’ble BJP National President emphasized that the character and history of Congress are such that the contributions of Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb BR Ambedkar have always been undermined and undervalued. Congress even opposed the election of BR Ambedkar to the Constituent Assembly. It is recorded in history that during the Congress era, there was a shortage of space to hang BR Ambedkar's portrait inside the Parliament. Jawahar lal Nehru and Indira Gandhi awarded themselves the Bharat Ratna, but BR Ambedkar was not given the Bharat Ratna even after his demise. Babasaheb Ambedkar was awarded the Bharat Ratna when the Janata Dal government was in power with the support of the BJP.

Shri Nadda emphasized that the Dalit community should be aware that, in contrast to the misleading narratives of the Congress, PM Shri Narendra Modi genuinely cares for and empowers them. Shri Nadda highlighted the significant achievement of having 12 Dalit Ministers in the Union government, an unprecedented feat. He also recalled the historic appointment of Shri GMC Baliyogi as the first Dalit Speaker of the Lok Sabha during the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee government. The BJP has achieved historic milestones by appointing Shri Ramnath Kovind as the first Dalit President and Smt Droupadi Murmu as the first tribal President of India. Shri Nadda emphasized that the BJP prioritizes beneficiary schemes over slogans to transform the 'Tasveer and Taqdir' of the Dalit community. Shri Nadda emphasized that under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, the Ministry of Social Justice's budget has seen a substantial increase of 90%, with a specific focus on Scheduled Castes. Through schemes like Pradhan Mantri- Anusuchit Jaati Abyudaya Yojana, over 35.5 lakh individuals from 31,000 villages have experienced empowerment, leading to improved lifestyles.

Hon’ble BJP National President highlighted that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has launched scholarship programs for students up to matriculation, as well as for those pursuing higher education. Shri JP Nadda mentioned the allocation of over ₹173 crore under the Babu Jagjeevan Ram Chhatrawas Yojana, aiming to provide hostels for 16,000 students. Shri Nadda highlighted the initiation of free coaching schemes that have benefited over 20,000 SC students annually. He mentioned that more than 18% of the SC community benefits from the Mudra Yojana. Shri Nadda also acknowledged Uttar Pradesh CM Shri Yogi Adityanath for implementing numerous beneficiary schemes in the state to uplift backward castes and unite people. Shri Nadda highlighted the national impact of the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, benefiting over 12 crore farmers, with up to 1.5 crore from the SC community. He noted that over 25 crore people have been lifted above the poverty line. Shri Nadda also mentioned that up to 35% of Dalit women have received gas connections under the Ujjwala Yojana.

Shri Nadda highlighted that after the abrogation of Article 370 under PM Shri Narendra Modi, the Scheduled Caste people from Jammu & Kashmir have retained reservations. He further mentioned that in Ayodhya, anyone visiting Ram Mandir should also explore Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, showcasing the significant contributions of Maharishi Valmiki in society.

Hon’ble BJP National President commended Uttar Pradesh CM Shri Yogi Adityanath for launching the Abhyudaya Coaching scheme, providing free coaching to Dalit and SC/ST students, enabling them to pursue higher positions and job opportunities in the future. He also acknowledged the Uttar Pradesh government's Samuhik Vivah Yojana, with a budget of ₹600 crore, aimed at assisting individuals facing financial constraints in marriages. Shri Nadda emphasized that as the country progresses under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, comprehensive efforts are being made to ensure that the benefits of government initiatives reach every individual across various sectors. Every scheme of the Central government is designed to uplift farmers, women, youth, and the marginalized sectors of society. Schemes like Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Ujjawala Yojana, Ujala Yojana, Awas Yojana, and Jal Hi Jeevan hai Mission have been created to uplift the underprivileged sections and integrate them into the mainstream of society.

Shri Nadda expressed that under Shri Narendra Modi ji's leadership, India has leaped forward from being the 11th largest economy to the 5th largest economy, and with the blessings of the people, BJP will win all 80 seats in Uttar Pradesh. Under Shri Narendra Modi ji's leadership, India will become the world's third-largest economy. The INDI alliance or Congress has nothing to do with the public, their only concern is to safeguard their own families,  all of whom are involved in various corruption cases or other scams. While concluding his address, Shri Nadda appealed to the public to bestow their blessings upon Shri Narendra Modi in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections and actively participate in the development of India under his guidance.
