Under the leadership and guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji the Northeast region has emerged as the gateway of our nation's progress, growth and development. Today the Northeast region is leading the entire country towards peace, prosperity and happiness.

There was a time when our states of the Northeast were known for curfew, bandh, emergency, social and political unrest. But now under the leadership and guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji our Northeastern states are known for peace, development, growth and prosperity. This is the real impact of a decisive and dynamic leadership.

Had anyone ever thought that Guwahati will have AIIMS or the Northeast will have the the largest cancer centre? Be it the matter of connectivity or infrastructure, Assam today is ahead in all the parameters of growth and development.

Today there's just one political party in the country which is progressive, which has ideology and principles, whose cadres are dedicated and who are ready to sacrifice everything for the nation. Today it is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which is the national party in real sense.

Our great leader and ideologue, Hon’ble Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee ji, the founder of Jan Sangh, gave supreme sacrifice for the unity and integrity of our nation. His sacrifice did not go in vain as his dream to unite Jammu and Kashmir with India in real sense was fulfilled by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.

It was due the dynamic and decisive leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and due to exceptional execution skills of our Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji that Article 370 was removed from our Constitution, which not only unified Jammu and Kashmir with our country but also started a new era of growth, development, progress and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.

Our great leader Hon’ble Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay ji gave us the mantra of Ekatm Manavad ( integral humanism) and Antodaya ( welfare and empowerment of poorest of the poor ) , and our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has fulfilled these by running the Bharatiya Janata Party government based on these ideology and principles.
