Salient points of speech of Hon’ble Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji while addressing a massive public rally in Kozhikode (Kerala)
● The enthusiasm of the people gives me the impression that in the coming times the Bharatiya Janata Party has a very bright future . Ideologically and politically I can see that Bharatiya Janata Party is going to become a measure force to reckon with the support and blessings of the people of Kerala.
● The Left Front government under the leadership of Pinarayi Vijayan always gives an impression that it treats every section of society equal. It poses to be neutral. But the fact is that the Left Front government is promoting Islamic terrorism in Kerala. Islamic terrorism is getting patronage by the CPM Government and Kerala has become the leading Centre for Islamic terrorism.
● In Kerala, society at large is in discomfort and disturbed because of the fast demographic changes taking place in the state. Religious leaders especially from the Christian community have been raising such issues time and again. We have to understand why the religious community, especially Christian community, is raising issues of change in demography which is taking place in Kerala.
● The issue of 'Narcotic jihad' is also being raised by the Christian community and also by other religious leaders. We have to understand that under the leadership of Pinarayi Vijayan Kerala is now in a situation where the Left Front government is supporting only some sections of the society and at the same time it is playing the politics of divide and rule and practising pseudo secularism. The policy is to give a special treatment to one section of society.
● The lawlessness of Kerala under the LDF regime is exposed by the high presence of organized crime and the mind-boggling number of murders that have taken place in the state over the past 3 years. Unfortunately, this is the type of governance the LDF is promoting today in Kerala.
● I am shocked to know that more than 125 political murders have taken place in last 15 years. Most of these murders took place in Kannur district which is CM's hown district where there is a drastic increase in violence, there is a drastic increase in murders, there is a drastic increase in organised attacks. Over 1019 murders have taken place in last 3 years.
● The latest incident of the brutal attack on RSS workers Shri Srinivasan and A. Sanjit in Palakkad is a glaring example of patronage given by the state government to criminal and communal elements.
● Pinarayi Vijayan government has completely failed in every aspect of governance where they are unable to curtail cases of women atrocities which is taking place frequently and there has been huge increase in POSCO cases.
● The Left Front government is promoting lawlessness and corruption. People of Kerala are no longer going to accept Left ideology.
● I salute BJP karyakartas of Kerala who are fighting the state sponsored violence. To those who are sponsoring violence and murders, I would like to say that in a democratic manner, we will continue our fight and we will bring the culprits to books.
● I would like to emphasize that the Narendra Modi ji’s government is a responsible government, it is a pro-active government, a responsive government and a Pro-poor government.
● We can also say the underlying principle of the Narendra Modi government is 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas'. The Bharatiya Janata Party government under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is giving an inclusive government which is focused on development of all sections of the society. The Narendra Modi Government has taken everybody in confidence and is trying to develop society as a whole so that every member of society, every section of society is represented well. The Government of Shri Narendra Modi ji is for the poor, for the have-nots, for the Dalits, for the left-outs, for the women, for the youth.
● First case of Corona came in 2020 January, and in 9 months India under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, we got two world class Made In India Covid vaccines. Today we are witnessing that we have defeated Corona while America, Italy, France, Germany are still struggling in their fight against Corona despite the fact that they have got a better health system than us. So far 190 cr vaccine doses have been administered in India .
● Now India is not importing vaccines but we are exporting to other countries. We today, under the Vaccine Maitri programme, are giving vaccines to 100 countries and 48 countries are getting it as aid.
● Nearly 80 cr people of the Country are getting benefited with PM Garib Kalyan Anya Yojana for two years. And the result is that extreme poverty in India has been reduced to less than 1% and 12.3% people have come above the poverty line, this is the change which is taking place under the able leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
● As the Ukraine-Russia war started no country thought of bringing its people back. But our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji brought back thousands of students and citizens to the country within a short span of 1 month. As many as 114 flights brought back 23,000 people home out of which there were 2,000 students from Kerala.
● Earlier India was known for importing many items, but today our country has become a major exporter of many items. Last year our exports crossed $ 400 billion which is a great achievement of the Narendra Modi Government.
● In 2021-22 India did very well in the Khadi sector which is because of the advocacy of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. It has empowered our artisans, workers and farmers.
● India is now the world's largest startup ecosystem where 68,000 startups are working. Within one year 100 Unicorns have been created. Entrepreneurship is booming in India under the leadership and guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
● We have introduced the 'One Nation, One Ration Card' scheme which is one of the greatest reforms which has been done for people and the labour class.
● For 70 years the Bharatiya Janata Party has fought for 'One Nation One Constitution', but our governments never did it as they did not have courage. But under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji Article 370 and 35A has been revoked and now Jammu Kashmir is our integral part. Jammu and Kashmir is today moving fast on the path of development, growth and prosperity under the guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
● Pinarayi Vijayan is saying that Kerala is not getting its due from the Central government and that the Central government is not taking care of Kerala. I think he has lost his vision as he is unable to see the works and projects being sanctioned and undertaken by the Narendra Modi Government for Kerala.
● Under Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi 11 crore farmers have received funds of which 37.31 lakh farmers are from Kerala. More than 12 crore households in the country are getting tap water connection, out of which 70.68 lakh beneficiaries are from Kerala under Jal Jivan Mission. Under the financial inclusion scheme 45 crore people have been included in Jan Dhan Yojana, out of which 45.85 lakh people belong to Kerala.
● Petrochemical project of BPCL worth Rs 6,000 crores has been allocated to Kerala, which Pinarayi Vijayan Government cannot see.For cruise tourism, Rs.25.72 crore has been allocated. We are going to make Kochi an international tourist destination. The Marine Engineering training institute Vigyan Sagar, the Cochin Shipyard Limited and many other projects are coming up in Kerala with the help of the Central Government under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
● Under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, 3,769 km of roads have been completed. Under Sagarmala project 65 projects are going on and Rs 18,081 crore has been spent on it. So far 16 projects have been completed, 49 projects are under construction m Under Bharatmala Pariyojana - Rs 4,035 crores has been allocated to Kerala.
● Under Pradhanmantri Ayushman Bharat health insurance scheme 36.85 lakh people have been covered in Kerala. Under Swanidhi Yojana - 11,600 people have received loans and in the Stand Up India scheme more than 2,500 people have been benefited.
● Pinarayi Vijayan is lying that nothing has been done for the betterment of Kerala. Special attention has been given to people of Kerala and the state by the Shri Narendra Modi Government.
