On one hand we see our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji working hard with full commitment and devotion with the mission changing the fate and face of our nation, while on the other hand we have family and dynasty based political parties which have one goal and agenda -- to serve their own families, kith and kin at the cost of the people of the country.

The Congress party does not have any ideology. It is neither a national party nor a regional party. The Congress party has become a party of the brother -sister duo. They are talking about "Bharat Jodo", I would ask them to first fix their own party. During the Congress led UPA government the daily average of the construction of the National Highways used to be just 4-5 kms , whereas under the Narendra Modi Government this has gone up to a staggering 37 kms per day. Similarly, today the daily average of the construction of railway line is an impressive 9.5 kms. Today 220 new airports are also being constructed.

Prior to the Bharatiya Janata Party Government India's Agriculture budget used to be just Rs 1.46 lakh crores, whereas under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji today our agriculture budget has increased four times to reach Rs 6.31 lakh crores. The Narendra Modi Government has also allocated Rs 93,000 crores for various irrigation projects across the country.

Today the sportspersons from Haryana are excelling in all major sporting events across the world, thus keeping the head of our country high and making all citizens proud. A total of 8 sports centres have opened in Haryana.

The performance of India in Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics has been the best so far. Similarly, despite omission of several sporting events in the last Commonwealth Games, India bagged 22 gold medals. India won a total of 61 medals and secured 5th position. I congratulate all the participating sportspersons for this spectacular performance.

A medical college has come up in Kaithal with an expenditure of over Rs 997 crores. A new sabzi mandi spread in 20 acres is being constructed in Kaithal. Kaithal -Patiala road is being constructed, while a research centre has also come up in Kaithal.

In 2014 Haryana used to produce 8,700 MW of electricity, while today the electricity production in the state has gone up to 12,500 MW under the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In 2014 Haryana had 2050 km long highways, which today has gone up to 3250 kms under the Narendra Modi Government. Over 5,000 new startups have also opened up in Haryana.

Over Rs 30,000 crores are being spent on the development of national highways in Haryana. The highly ambitious Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor Project from Palwal to Sohna, Manesar, Kharkhoda and Sonipat has been given all the clearances. A total of Rs 5600 crores will be spent on this project. Haryana has also attracted FDI investments worth over Rs 36,000 crores.
