● It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which, under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who has taken care of the development of Odisha. He is the one who is working to preserve the identity, honour and culture of Odisha. The growth and development of Odisha has always been our priority.
● The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) government in Odisha is highly corrupt and insensitive, while its leaders are deeply involved in corruption, appeasement and nepotism. The people of Odisha have already made up their mind to uproot and throw out such highly corrupt, irresponsible, unresponsive and insensitive government in Odisha and form the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party the state and take the state in the fast lane of growth, development and prosperity.
● In the BJD government in Odisha the saviours have turned killers. At least 3 ministers of the BJD government in the state have been accused of murders. When the ministers of the ruling party become accused in the murder cases, it is a proof in itself about the deep rooted lawlessness, misgovernance and corruption in the state.
● In Odisha even the coffers and properties belonging to Lord Mahaprabhu Jagannath are not safe. When the government in the state is duplicate, it will also have duplicate keys. The people of Odisha have made up their minds to show such irresponsible, and corrupt government the door. Time has come to send packing such a government which has shamed humanity and broken the trust of the people.
● The BJD government does nothing in Odisha and just takes the credit for the works done by the Narendra Modi government. Our honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji gives funds for the construction of houses for poor people under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna, but the BJD government tries to take its credit by remaining the project as Biju Pakka Ghar and tries to pat its back. Such is the level of shamelessness of the BJD government in Odisha.
● Whenever there has been need or emergency in Odisha, it is the Narendra Modi government which has always come forward to help the state and its government. Despite this we repeatedly hear stories of misgovernance and incompetence of the state government like a woman gave birth to a child on roadside or someone was forced to carry corpse of family member on bicycle. It pains us a lot. These are the real images and stories of misgovernance and incompetence of the BJD government in Odisha.
● Under the Ayushman Bharat Yojna over 50 crores people across the country are getting the benefit of health insurance scheme. But over 60 lakh families of Odisha are deprived of this crucial scheme as the state government has failed to implement it. This is gross injustice with the poor and needy people of Odisha.
● Under the MGNREGA scheme the Narendra Modi government gave Odisha over Rs 15, 490 crore , but the BJD government is usurping the money and cheating the people of the state by giving fake bills. Even today our Adivasi brothers and sisters have to go miles in search of potable water. The BJD government has failed miserably in providing basic amenities to the people of the state, particularly to those belonging to the poor and weaker sections of our society in Odisha.
● Honourable Smt Droupadi Murmu is the first women President of the country from the Adivasi community and it is a great honour for us that she represents Odisha. It has always been the mission and goal of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to empower those standing at the bottom of our social pyramid and bring them to the national mainstream.
● During the Congress party government the prestigious Padma Awards were given as doles. But our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has restored the honour and importance linked to these national awards by giving it to really deserving people who come from the various sections of our society and who have done commendable work at the grassroot level and brought about massive change in our society.
● A total of 354 Jan Dhan Kendras have been opened in Odisha. Under the Pradhanmantri Away Yojna over 24 lakh houses have been constructed in the state, while under the Jal Jivan Mission around 43 lakh houses in the state have been connected to piped water supply. Similarly, under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan over 72 lakh toilets, also referred to as Ijjat Ghars, have been constructed in Odisha.
● Under the Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme over 40 lakh farmers of Odisha have so far been given Rs 6,000 crore. Transformation of Bhubaneshwar railway station is also on track on which the Narendra Modi government is spending over Rs 300 crore.
● The Narendra Modi government has also given go ahead for the seismic survey in the Mahanadi water basin for the exploration of oil and gas on which over Rs 220 crores would be spent. The Narendra Modi government is also spending huge amount of money for the exploration and development of two new iron ore blocks in the state.
● The maximum number of Eklavya Schools in the country dedicated to the students of tribal communities have also come up in Odisha. Today the state has 87 Eklavya Schools. Similarly, the Narendra Modi government has sanctioned Rs 401 cores for the construction of AIIMS at Sambhal where the work is going on in fast pace. In Behrampur in the state the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research is coming up on which Rs 1582 crore is being spent. This is the kind of care and attention the Narendra Modi government is taking of Odisha and its people.
● The Narendra Modi government is also focusing the in infrastructure development of Odisha. Over 1300 km long national highways are being redeveloped and strengthened in the state . Similarly, Rs 9000 crore is being sent on the development of new 1214 km long highways in the state. The work on the development of software technology park in the state is also going on and this prestigious project will also be completed soon.
● Barring the Bharatiya Janata Party there is no other political party in the country today which is a national party or has any ideology. The Congress party has become the party of Brother-Sister duo. Today the BJP is the only party which is fighting a political battle against the dynasty and family -based parties. We must defeat them to save our democracy.
● It is under the dynamic and decisive leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that the Article 370 was removed forever leading to the unification of Jammu and Kashmir with India in true sense, while the construction of grand temple of Lord Rama in Ayodhya has also begun. It is under the guidance and leadership of Shri Modi ji that the Bharatiya Janata Party government is today working on the party 's philosophy and ideology and working on the mantra of "Sabka Saath - Sabka Vikas - Sabka Vishwas - Sabha Prayas" . Our government is working for the welfare and wellbeing of the poorest of the poor and empowering those who are at the bottom of our social pyramid.
