Salient Points of speech of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji while addressing public rallies in Jalore and Banswara, Rajasthan

The significant crowd in Jalore underscores the weight of the 'Modi Ki Guarantee' against the hollow pledges of the Indi Alliance. Once again, Rajasthan stands prepared to embrace the lotus

******************

Rajasthan, brimming with patriotism, understands that the Congress is incapable of fostering a robust India. The country does not want such a Congress government as it was before 2014

******************

The party that once secured 400 seats is now struggling to compete for even 300 seats. The Congress is facing challenges in finding candidates, and the opportunistic INDI Alliance it formed has faltered before taking off

******************

Various parties were intimidating the feeble Congress government, while others were preoccupied with plundering the nation's resources. No one asked the Prime Minister, the government was run by remote control

******************

The current state of the Congress Party is a result of its own actions. Over 60 years of ruling the country, the Congress Party failed to address basic needs like access to toilets, gas, electricity, water, and bank accounts

******************

The Congress has hollowed out the country by spreading the termites of nepotism and corruption. As a result, the nation is holding them accountable for these sins

******************

Today, the need for a stable government in India is paramount. We require a government that can protect the borders and, if necessary, can search even the underworld and kill the enemy

******************

A government that can uplift and empower the women, farmers, poor, marginalized, tribal, and backward communities, leading them towards dignity and prosperity

******************

A government that comprehends the aspirations of the youth, formulates policies tailored to their needs, and can construct infrastructure capable of withstanding the challenges of the future

******************

BJP works with utmost sincerity and commitment to uplift the underprivileged, whereas the Congress trades in fear, hunger, and corruption. Congress has a history of intimidating Dalits, tribals, and minorities, perpetuating a culture of fear and oppression

******************

Modi's mission is 24x7 for 2047, join this mission for “Viksit Bharat”

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed public rallies in Jalore and Banswara, Rajasthan on Sunday and highlighted that in his visits across Rajasthan and India, the strong call for "Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar" resonates. During the event, Rajasthan Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Jalore, Shri Lumbaram Choudhary, Rajasthan Cabinet Minister Shri Otaram Dewasi, BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Udaipur Shri Manna Lal Rawat, BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Banswara, Shri Mahendra Jeet Singh Malviya and BJP Rajya Sabha MP Shri Rajendra Gehlot, among other party leaders, were present.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji remarked that Jalore resembles his home state Gujarat to him. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that Rajasthan has delivered a significant message to Congress during the initial phase of voting. Rajasthan, with its patriotism and commitment, understands that Congress cannot bolster India's strength. The nation rejects the prospect of a Congress-led government and the conditions prevailing before 2014 are not desired to return. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that everyone threatened the weak Congress government, and everyone was involved in looting the country. No one even bothered to question Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the Congress government and the government was operated via remote control. Shri Narendra Modi revealed that a Congress leader had torn apart the ordinance passed by the Cabinet in front of the media. The symbol of instability, the Congress party, and its family cannot lead the country.

Shri Modi stated that the current state of the Congress party is a result of its own actions. Shri Narendra Modi pointed out that in the Rajasthan Rajya Sabha, there exists a Congress representative from the South who has never voiced support for Rajasthan's progress. Despite being unwell for a considerable time, the party dispatched former Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, to the Rajasthan Rajya Sabha, yet he has not made an appearance in the state. Shri Narendra Modi underscored that Congress leaders who are unable to compete or succeed in elections have sought refuge in the Rajasthan Rajya Sabha.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that the Congress party ruled the country for 60 years. During which they deprived women of the country of essential needs such as toilets, gas, electricity, water, and bank accounts. Shri Narendra Modi accused the Congress party of spreading nepotism and corruption, which weakened the country. As a result of these actions, the country is now punishing the Congress, particularly the youth, who are so disenchanted that they no longer want anything to do with the Congress party. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted how the Congress party, which once held 400 seats, can no longer contest 300 seats, and they are struggling to even find candidates.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi claimed that the INDI Alliance is already faltering, and while it claims to be a coalition, its members are fighting among themselves in several states. Shri Narendra Modi noted that in this Lok Sabha election, members of the INDI alliance are competing against each other in 25% of the seats. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that if there is already significant conflict within the alliance before the elections, one can only imagine how much they will argue over looting afterwards. He asserted that such people cannot be trusted to govern a country.

Shri Modi shared that he also comes from a modest family and has experienced challenges with electricity and water at home. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that the hardships he witnessed his mother endure during his childhood should not be faced by any other mother in the country. To ease the difficulties faced by women, he is working tirelessly day and night. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that to date, nearly 19 lakh poor, Dalit, backward, and tribal families in Rajasthan have been provided with pucca houses. Out of this total, 100,000 pucca houses were constructed in Jalore. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi urged the public to identify people who are eligible for the schemes but may not have received their benefits for some reason. He encouraged them to reassure the individuals with his guarantee that they will definitely receive the benefits of the schemes.

Hon’ble Prime Minister emphasized that the benefits of free treatment under Ayushman Bharat are available across the country. He assured that it is ‘Modi ki guarantee’ to cover medical expenses up to ₹5 lakh for seniors aged 70 and above in every household. PM Shri Narendra Modi stated that he provides this guarantee because, as a son, he believes it is his duty to care for the health of the elderly. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that since people often need to travel long distances for initial treatment, 10,000 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs have been established in Rajasthan. The opening of a medical college in Sirohi has been very beneficial. A medical college in Jalore will also be completed soon. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that it is his mission to build as many medical colleges as possible in the coming days and establish medical colleges in more places, so that people in the area have access to education opportunities.

Shri Modi expressed confidence that the public will fully support the BJP. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that it is ‘Modi ki guarantee’ that “Janata Ka Sapna Hi Modi Ka Sankalp Hai”. PM Shri Narendra Modi conveyed that his every moment is dedicated to the people and the nation. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that during the immense challenge of the Corona pandemic, the BJP government provided free vaccinations to every family to save lives. A free ration scheme has also been implemented that will continue for the next five years. This scheme has significantly benefited poor families. The ‘One Nation, One Ration Card’ initiative has been especially advantageous for migrant families. Previously, ration cards were a major issue, but now a family member living elsewhere can use the same card to receive benefits, just like the family living in the village.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that water scarcity has always been a problem in Rajasthan. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that it is his mission to bring water to every field and every home in Rajasthan. PM Shri Narendra Modi underscored that for the first time in history, an initiative like the Jal Jeevan Mission is being implemented, providing ‘nal se jal’ to over 11 crore families across the country, in just five years. However, Shri Narendra Modi lamented that during this same period, the Congress-led government in Rajasthan mismanaged water schemes and obstructed progress.  Now, under the leadership of Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, the government is working swiftly to ensure that every home in Rajasthan receives ‘nal se jal’. Shri Narendra Modi criticized Congress, stating that they never had the intent to provide water to farmers and the people of Rajasthan. He cited the example of the Salgaon Dam project, which was initiated four and a half decades ago under Congress but was never implemented on ground. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that if it had been built on time, it would have cost only ₹30 lakh, but today the cost has escalated to ₹250 crore. The BJP government is now working tirelessly to complete the project.

Shri Modi stated that in Gujarat, the Sardar Sarovar Dam on the Narmada River was inaugurated by Pt. Nehru, but Congress left the project halted. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that when he was the Gujarat Chief Minister, he had to go on a fast in front of the Manmohan Singh government, to provide water to Gujarat and Rajasthan. The Sujalam Suflam Yojana was introduced, which has now brought Narmada water to more than 1,500 villages in the districts of Barmer and Jalore. Almost 2 lakh hectares of land have been irrigated. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that this is the difference in the character of the BJP. He highlighted that many states in India are fighting over water, but due to the BJP government in Gujarat, water has reached Rajasthan as well. PM Shri Narendra Modi encouraged Rajasthan's farmers to adopt sprinkler and drip irrigation to maximize the water available to more families. He also criticized Congress for creating obstacles in the East Rajasthan Canal Project and in bringing Yamuna's water to Rajasthan. Shri Narendra noted that BJP has worked towards finding solutions for these issues.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that BJP's candidate Shri Lumbaram is a dedicated leader who understands the intricacies of the water problem. Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma's government has begun work to complete all the unfinished projects in Rajasthan. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that it is his goal to make farming profitable for the farmers. A mission has been initiated to bring small farmers' millet (Shree Anna) to international markets. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that Bajra from Rajasthan was served at a meal with American President Joe Biden at the White House.

Hon’ble Prime Minister highlighted that under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, ₹800 crore have been sent to the accounts of farmers in Jalore and Sirohi. Shri Narendra Modi described the region as the region that worships ‘Gaumata’ and has guaranteed free vaccination for livestock. The BJP government has provided free vaccinations to nearly 1 crore animals in Rajasthan alone to eradicate diseases like foot-and-mouth disease. In Jalore, 1.5 lakh animals, and in Sirohi, around 80,000 animals, have been vaccinated. Additionally, Shri Narendra Modi conveyed that through initiatives such as Govardhan, biogas, and organic manure, an ecosystem is being created to enhance the prosperity of livestock keepers.

Shri Modi mentioned that Rajasthan boasts Mount Abu, significant temples, and is a place of ascetics and sages, offering numerous opportunities for youth employment and entrepreneurship in the tourism sector. He highlighted the upcoming facilities being prepared in AmbaJi will benefit Rajasthan. Connectivity plays a crucial role in promoting tourism, hence efforts are being made to enhance connectivity in this region, including its connection to the Dedicated Freight Corridor, which will greatly benefit the granite industry. Shri Narendra Modi noted that in the past ten years, many projects have been completed with the blessings of the people. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that compared to others, much work has been accomplished, but for him, it's merely a trailer. His aim is to elevate the development of Rajasthan and the nation to new heights. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has embarked on this journey with a firm resolve, recognizing that there is much to be done for the country.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that the track record of the past 10 years proves that only BJP can develop the country; the leaders of the opposition coalition haven't even decided on their leader's name yet. BJP has pledged under the PM Surya House scheme to make electricity bills zero and to generate income from electricity. The BJP government has made 1 crore women "Lakhpati" and has pledged to make 3 crore women "Lakhpati" under Lakhpati Didi Yojna. The Mudra Yojana's loan limit will be increased from 10 lakh to 20 lakh rupees. Fear, hunger, and despair are sold at the Congress store. Congress has never done anything for tribals. During Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee-led BJP government, a separate ministry and budget were created for tribals for the first time. BJP government has appointed the daughter of the tribal community, Smt. Draupadi Murmu, as the President of India. BJP declared the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda as Tribal Pride Day and built a museum dedicated to the contributions of tribals to the freedom movement. Parties like Congress only care about their own children, not about tribals. The BJP government has launched a campaign to eradicate sickle cell anemia among tribal communities. More than 400 Eklavya schools have been opened in the last 10 years with the goal of reaching 750. For the first time since independence, the Shahi family in Delhi will not vote for the Congress because where the Shahi family resides, the Congress is not even contesting elections. Leaders who are leaving Congress are saying that Congress is trapped in the clutches of urban Naxals and leftists, which is evident from their manifestos. Congress has announced the seizure of property belonging to the country's tribal women. Congress is talking about dividing the hard-earned money of the public among touts. Congress is talking about making laws against paper leaks in its manifesto, but they do not know that the BJP government has already made laws against paper leaks.

Shri Modi expressed his vision to make India the world's third-largest economic power and to develop both ‘Viksit Bharat’ and ‘Viksit Rajasthan’. PM Shri Narendra urged the people to join him in this endeavor and appealed to them to press the lotus symbol and send Shri Lumbaram Chaudhary to Parliament. He emphasized that every vote for the Lotus symbol would strengthen PM Shri Narendra Modi. Shri Narendra Modi explained that voting for Shri Lumbaram Chaudhary means a “Guarantee to Strengthen Modi," and this guarantee comes from the voters of the country. Each vote for PM Shri Modi would increase his strength and give him more power to work swiftly. Shri Narendra Modi appealed to people to vote for him, stating that each vote would make it easier to develop the country and Rajasthan. Shri Modi appealed to voters to support the BJP and him at every polling booth. He stressed the importance of the support of mothers and sisters, especially at each polling booth, and also called for the support of first-time voters. Shri Modi advised people to vote before having their meals on the day of voting, especially because of the intense heat and sun.

Hon’ble Prime Minister appealed to the people to come together in groups, chanting "Bharat Mata Ki Jai'' and celebrating the festival of democracy, expressing their support for democracy while going to vote. Shri Narendra Modi encouraged the people to go to vote with enthusiasm as they are going to choose the government of the country, which is no ordinary task but a matter of pride. PM Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that when voting rights are turned into a matter of pride, all records will be broken regardless of the heat. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi mentioned that the public blessings would not only energize him but also give him strength and instill determination to work for the country.
