Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed a public rally in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh on Monday. During the event, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, UP Cabinet Minister Shri Asim Arun and Shri Sandeep Singh, Aligarh Lok Sabha Candidate Shri Satish Kumar Gautam, Hathras Lok Sabha Candidate Shri Anup Balmiki, among other leaders were present. In his address, PM Shri Narendra Modi emphasized the importance of a strong, corruption-free government for a prosperous India. PM Shri Modi highlighted the successful efforts to improve infrastructure, security, and economic development across regions, including free healthcare, rations, and housing for the poor. Shri Narendra Modi stressed the power of the public's vote in achieving progress and cautioned against the negative impact of dynastic politics.

 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi conveyed that during his last visit to Aligarh, he had asked the people to close down the factories of nepotism, corruption, and appeasement run by the Samajwadi Party and Congress. Shri Narendra Modi remarked that the public locked them up so effectively that the two ‘Shehzade’ still haven't found the key. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that the key to a prosperous future and ‘Viksit Bharat’ is in the hands of the people. The time has come to free the country from poverty, corruption, and nepotism. This will be achieved through “Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar”.

 

Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that voting will take place in Aligarh on April 26 and in Hathras on May 7. He urged people to support Shri Satish Gautam in Aligarh and Shri Anup Balmiki in Hathras with a decisive majority. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that the votes given to BJP candidates by the public, in support of the 'lotus' symbol, directly reach him. PM Shri Narendra Modi urged the public that though there has been an ongoing harvest season, wedding preparations and the intense heat, nothing is more important than the nation. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing early morning voting and stressed that every vote counts.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi stated that there used to be frequent bombings and shootings at the border, leading to the martyrdom of the country's brave soldiers. Today, that has all stopped. He mentioned that terrorists once regularly set off bombs and serial blasts, causing bomb scares in major cities. But now, these bombings have ceased. PM Shri Narendra Modi mentioned that while first-time voters might not remember, there used to be warnings in newspapers and on TV to avoid any unattended objects. These announcements were also made at airports, train stations and bus stations. But due to the efforts of ‘Modi-Yogi’, an end has been put to these incidents and peace has been established. Shri Narendra Modi conveyed that when there is peace and security, development follows.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi remarked that previously, under the guise of Article 370, separatists proudly engaged in pelting stones at our soldiers, but now such activities have ceased. Previously, curfews were commonplace in Aligarh, yet under Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, such riotous behaviors have been halted. Riots, murders, gang wars and ransom were once trademarks of the Samajwadi Party, shaping their political landscape. There was a period when women dreaded stepping out of their homes. However, under the governance of Shri Yogi Adityanath, criminals no longer dare to disrupt the peace of the people. Shri Modi emphasized that both Congress and the Samajwadi Party have consistently engaged in appeasement politics, neglecting the political, social and economic development of the nation. Furthermore, they have exploited Pasmanda Muslims for their own gains.

 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that the malpractice of triple talaq had long troubled Muslim women and their families. However, since its repeal, it has brought them security and relief. Previously, the Haj quota was insufficient, causing hardship for many. Nevertheless, after his intervention with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, not only was the Hajj quota increased, but also visa regulations were eased, easing the pilgrimage for many. Previously, Muslim women were not permitted to undertake the Hajj pilgrimage alone. However, under the BJP government, women have been granted the freedom to go on the Haj pilgrimage without a male guardian (Mahram). This progressive step has garnered thousands of blessings from Muslim communities for him.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that corrupt parties like Congress and Samajwadi Party never took the public's struggles seriously. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that previously, the poor would receive only partial rations even after paying, due to exploitation by intermediaries. Now, thousands in Aligarh and Hathras receive free and complete rations. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that many families in Aligarh and Hathras benefit from free healthcare under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Shri Narendra Modi stated that it is ‘Modi ki Guarantee’ that free medical care will be provided for all elderly family members over the age of 70 across the country.

 

Shri Narendra Modi stated that the provision of free healthcare, rations and housing was not solely his work but the result of the power of each vote from the public, which is improving the lives of the poor. He credited all the people for this achievement. Shri Narendra Modi mentioned that the work completed over the past decade is just the ‘trailer’, as there is still much more to be done. PM Shri Narendra Modi pointed out that SP and Congress do not understand how their previous blame games are outdated. Shri Narendra Modi expressed that he is leading the country towards a larger vision, leaving the opposition struggling to keep pace.

 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that Aligarh now has an airport and an international airport is being built in Jewar. The Ghaziabad-Aligarh national highway and the Aligarh-Kanpur national highway have been completed and Hathras is also connecting to the Mathura-Bareilly expressway. PM Shri Narendra Modi also noted that both Aligarh and Hathras railway stations are being modernized. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that AMU already existed and now the construction of Raja Mahendra Pratap University is nearing completion. Shri Narendra Modi mentioned that even with numerous projects completed, one might feel inclined to rest, but he is committed to living for the people. Shri Narendra Modi expressed his determination that ‘Janata Ka Sapna Hi Modi Ka Sankalp Hai’. PM Shri Narendra Modi expressed that he dedicates all his time to the country and its people, emphasizing 24×7 for 2047- “Na Modi Rukne Wala Hai, Na Modi Thakne Wala Hai”. PM Shri Narendra Modi affirmed that he is born for hard work and not leisure.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi lamented that the INDI alliance seems so consumed by sorrow that they've forgotten to envision the future. Instead of embracing the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’ or aspiring to make India the world's third-largest economy, they merely thirst for power and prioritize their family's interests above all else. PM Shri Narendra Modi issued a warning to the people regarding the sinister intentions of the Congress and the INDI alliance. He emphasized their focus on seizing the hard-earned money and wealth of the people. Highlighting the Congress 'Shehzada's statement about investigating individuals' earnings, properties and assets, with the intention of redistributing them. He pointed out the cultural significance of gold for women and the protective measures the government provides for it, underscoring the alarming prospect of Congress intending to change laws to confiscate women's wealth. The Congress and the INDI alliance have set their sights on the 'Mangalsutra' of our respected women. Hon’ble Prime Minister cautioned that the opposition plans to conduct surveys to track individuals' job earnings, savings in fixed deposits, ownership of vehicles, land and multiple houses. Their intention is to seize excess assets and redistribute it. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi likened these actions to Maoist and communist ideologies, warning against their detrimental effects witnessed in other nations. He emphasized that this approach threatens the foundation of individual rights and undermines ecoCongress and INDI Alliance aim to implement similar policies in India, endangering individuals' hard-earned money and property.nomic prosperity.

 

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi stated that dynastic leaders have exploited the country's people to build their own empires. Despite their vast wealth, they have never helped the poor of the country. Now, they are targeting people's assets. The Congress party views the looting of people's wealth and national property as its birthright. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that since independence, Congress has never established a defence corridor in any of its military procurements. It is because of the BJP that Uttar Pradesh is emerging as a major hub for ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat and Atmanirbhar Sena’. PM Shri Narendra Modi expressed that those who associate Shri Yogi Adityanath with bulldozers should understand that he has achieved more industrial development in his tenure than the state has seen since independence. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that the ‘One District One Product’ mission of Shri Yogi Adityanth is gaining national recognition and his government has taken development to new heights. Shri Narendra Modi expressed pride for being an MP from Varanasi, he commended having a Chief Minister like Shri Yogi Adityanath.

 

Shri Narendra Modi mentioned that the first shipment of BrahMos missiles was recently exported to the Philippines. Soon, this missile will also be manufactured in the Aligarh defence corridor in Uttar Pradesh. This region benefits from both the defence corridor and the dedicated freight corridor. The dedicated freight rail route will significantly help other industries as well. Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that small, medium and cottage industries in Hathras, Aligarh and nearby areas are key drivers of ‘Viksit Bharat’. PM Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that whether it's Aligarh's locks, Hathras's asafoetida, metal industries, garment production, or dye industries, the BJP government is supporting and strengthening all sectors.

 

Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi stated that the MUDRA Yojana has greatly benefited small industries in Uttar Pradesh. Under this scheme, the BJP has planned to provide loans of up to ₹20 lakh. In this region, skilled workers and artisans excel in various crafts. Some create sculptures, some work with pottery, while others produce footwear and textiles. A special PM Vishwakarma Yojana worth ₹13,000 crore has been established for all these families. PM Shri Narendra expressed that ‘Modi ki Guarantee’ directly benefits the poor and the middle-class.

 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi mentioned that more than 40,000 new pucca houses have been constructed for the poor in Aligarh and Hathras. Shri Narendra Modi highlighted that the construction uses materials from local businesses, so while the poor receive homes, others benefit from job opportunities. It is ‘Modi ki Guarantee’  that 3 crore pucca houses will be built.

 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi emphasized the BJP's steadfast commitment to farmers and the strengthening of sugarcane farming. Through initiatives like PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, nearly ₹3 lakh crore has been disbursed to farmers' accounts. The BJP has launched the largest scheme for grain storage in the cooperative sector. Their manifesto promises specialized storage clusters for potatoes, onions and tomatoes, which will greatly benefit farmers in Aligarh and Hathras. This region has produced remarkable figures like Shri Kalyan Singh and Shri Ashok Singhal. After a wait spanning 500 years, the majestic Ram Mandir stands tall. For 70 years, Congress halted progress, but now they're grappling with swift changes. The verdict on Ramjanmabhoomi came, the mandir was constructed, 'Pran Pratishtha' was conducted and now thousands go to worship everyday. Congress even declined the invitation to Ram Lalla’s ‘Pran Pratishtha’.

 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi emphasized that for 'Viksit Bharat', it's crucial to vote for a strong government. PM Shri Modi urged citizens to visit every household, spreading the message of voting and securing victory in every polling booth.
