Salient Points of speech of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji while addressing public rallies in Khargone and Dhar, Madhya Pradesh

This huge gathering in Madhya Pradesh is proof of an unprecedented BJP-NDA wave across the country. The enthusiasm of the public in Madhya Pradesh indicates that the opposition is set to lose on June 4

******************

Today marks the third phase of voting in the country. I've also fulfilled my duty by casting my vote. I humbly urge all voters to participate enthusiastically and vote in large numbers

******************

Your vote propelled India to become the 5th largest economic power, enhanced its global influence, abolished Article 370 after 70 years, elected a tribal daughter as President, granted women reservation rights, and sent the corrupt to jail

******************

Your single vote ensured: Free ration and healthcare. Shaped the future of youth, generating vast opportunities. Lifted 25 crore people out of poverty. Constructed the grand Ram Mandir, ending a 500-year wait

******************

INDI alliance is contesting elections to safeguard their legacy, to hand over their party to their children. They prioritize personal interests over public welfare, indifferent to your joy or sorrow

******************

Congress members have advocated for "vote jihad" against Modi, urging people of a specific religion to vote together against him. This illustrates the depths to which the Congress has stooped

******************

The Congress and INDI alliance neither care about our faith nor about the national interest. Congress members engage in a competition of anti-national rhetoric. Another INDI alliance leader's threat to India, asserting "Pakistan is not wearing bangles."

******************

A former Congress CM insinuated that our army conducts terrorist attacks, absolving Pakistan of blame. Another prominent Congress leader shamelessly asserted that Pakistan was innocent in the Mumbai terror attack as well

******************

Congress has begun asserting that Baba Saheb's contribution was minimal, while Nehru ji played a more significant role. These dynastic leaders distorted the country's history, crafting false narratives to glorify themselves. Now, they're resorting to fabricating lies about the Constitution as well

******************

In their desperation due to impending defeat, members of the Congress and INDI alliance are spreading a new rumour. They claim that if Modi secures 400 seats, he will change the Constitution! It appears that the Congress's intelligence has been clouded by vote bank politics

******************

Congress has plunged so deeply into the web of appeasement that it fails to see beyond it. If Congress has its way, it will prioritize its vote bank above all else, even suggesting that they have the first right to reside in India

******************

As long as Modi is alive, he will not permit any endeavour to erase India's identity under the guise of fake secularism to prosper. This is the guarantee to ancient India from its devoted son.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed public meetings in Khargone and Dhar in Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday and appealed to the public to participate in the 'festival of democracy' and mentioned that while the BJP is working for development, the Congress has been involved in appeasement politics. During the event, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh BJP President Shri Vishnu Dutt Sharma, BJP Lok Sabha candidates, Shri Gajendra Singh Patel from Khargone, Shri Gyaneshwar Patil from Khandwa, Dhar candidate Smt Savitri Thakur and Smt Anita Nagar from Ratlam, among other leaders were present.

Shri Modi emphasized the significance of the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections, noting that he himself had cast his vote as a responsible citizen of India. He highlighted the substantial turnout in the first two hours of polling and urged every eligible voter to participate in this democratic process.  Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi highlighted the cultural and spiritual significance of the region, mentioning the presence of revered deities like Shri Omkareshwar Mahadev and Mata Ahilya. He reminisced about his longstanding association with the BJP, even before assuming the role of Prime Minister, and recounted organizing party activities across various states, including Madhya Pradesh. Despite the challenge of scheduling a public rally at 10 AM, a busy time for household women, he acknowledged the overwhelming support and participation from the people. Despite the challenge of timing, the people of Madhya Pradesh surpassed expectations by turning out in large numbers, particularly women, early in the morning. The entire country has made its decision clear: 'Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that today he has come to seek the blessings for the realization of a 'Viksit Bharat'. He emphasized the tradition spanning centuries, where the individuals residing on the banks of Maa Narmada have never failed to support the seeker. During an address at Lal Quila, I proclaimed that our nation will advance through the concerted efforts and diligence of all its citizens. Those who consistently labor with dedication play a pivotal role in fortifying the country. Moreover, when coupled with the support of public votes, rapid change becomes inevitable.

Shri Modi stated that each vote of the people has made India the 5th largest economic power, strengthened the nation's global influence and led to the removal of Article 370 after 70 years. Each vote has made an Adivasi woman the President, secured women's right to reservation and sent corrupt individuals to jail. Each vote has ensured free rations and healthcare guarantees, shaped the future of the youth and lifted 25 crore people out of poverty. The power of one vote is such that it ended a 500-year wait and allowed the construction of a magnificent Mandir for Bhagwan Ram. This is just a trailer, there is still much more to do, (Abhi Toh Bahut Kuch Karna Hai). In this election, a single vote can elevate India to become the world's third-largest economy, increase citizens' income and job opportunities for the youth. A vote will help build Mahan Bharat. This is why Modi is traveling across the country, seeking the blessings of the people.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that the INDI alliance is contesting the election to protect their own legacies. They show little concern for the welfare or struggles of the people. The INDI alliance’s motto seems to be, “Apna Kaam Banta, Bhaad Mein Jaaye Janta”. Today, India is at a critical juncture in history and the people must decide whether to choose the path of 'Vote Jihad' or establish 'Ram Rajya.'

Shri Modi stated that terrorists in Pakistan are threatening jihad against India, while some Congress members are calling for a ‘Vote Jihad.’ against him. This entails urging people of a particular religion to unite and vote against Modi. Congress' desperation and hopelessness have pushed them in this direction. The public does not accept ‘Vote Jihad,’ and such practices have no place in a democracy, as the Indian Constitution does not allow this kind of jihad. Congress' intentions are alarming and its conspiracies are very dangerous.

Hon’ble Prime Minister asserted that Congress leaders who have been associated with the party for over three decades are now resigning and declaring "Enough is enough." Recently, a female Congress leader revealed that she faced mistreatment from the party after visiting the Ram Mandir. Another leader stated that the Congress is heavily influenced by the Muslim League and Maoists. Yet another former Congress leader exposed that the Congress ‘Shehzada' intends to overturn the Supreme Court's verdict on the Ram Mandir, similar to how his father, former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, handled the Shah Bano case.

Shri Modi stated that he challenged Congress 14 days ago to provide written assurances to the citizens of the country on three issues. First, they should commit in writing that they will not provide reservations based on religion. Second, they must assure in writing that they will not remove reservations for SC/ST and OBCs. Congress should also declare in writing that their state governments will not reallocate OBC quota overnight to give reservations to a specific community. However, Congress has remained silent, keeping their mouths shut. This silence is concerning and dangerous.

Hon’ble Prime Minister mentioned that RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav, currently serving a sentence for the fodder scam, is suggesting transferring all reservations meant for SC, ST and OBC to a specific community. Congress is so deep in the mire of appeasement that, if given the chance, they would claim that a particular community has the primary right to live in the country. In its manifesto, Congress is aiming to ensure minority participation in government tenders and sports based on religion. If they intended to pursue this, why did Congress partition India into three pieces during independence instead of turning the entire country into Pakistan?

Shri Modi emphasized that as long as he is alive, he will not allow any attempt to erase India's identity under the guise of false secularism to succeed. Congress is considering ending free ration and free medical schemes. Modi’s government opened bank accounts for 50 crore poor people and provided loans worth almost ₹30 lakh crore under the Mudra scheme without any collateral. The BJP follows the mantra of both development and heritage, while Congress has opposed every initiative related to heritage and faith. Congress even opposed the Mahakal Corridor. BJP is expanding facilities in places like Dhar's Bhojshala, the Bag caves and Mandu's Jahaz Mahal.

Hon’ble Prime Minister mentioned that the opposition cannot accuse Modi of corruption, nor can they question him on matters of security, foreign policy, and economic development. Bereft of substantive issues, the Congress has resorted to falsely implicating Modi in misleading cases. Consequently, they have begun spreading misinformation, suggesting that the BJP will change the Constitution.

Shri Modi highlighted that the Congress and INDI Alliance show no regard for the faith of the people or national interest. There seems to be a competition within the Congress to make anti-national remarks. After each phase of the election, the Congress's affinity for Pakistan becomes increasingly apparent. One former Congress CM suggested that the Indian Army engage in terrorist activities while portraying Pakistan as innocent. Another senior Congress leader absolved Pakistan of involvement in the Mumbai attacks. Furthermore, an alliance leader of the Congress threatened India, asserting that "Pakistan Ne Choodiyan Nahi Pehni Hai." The Congress "Shehzada" must elucidate the intentions behind such anti-national statements made by these leaders.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that Congress thinks it can strengthen its vote bank politics by showing support for Pakistan, but this approach is leaving them in a difficult position. Congress is targeting people's earnings and reservations. They want to plunder the wealth of the people under different pretexts and tamper with the reservations established by Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedker. To appease certain groups, Congress seeks to distribute reservations for SC, ST and OBC based on religion, as they did in Karnataka. In Karnataka, OBC reservations have been reduced by more than half. Now, Congress wants to apply this model across the entire country. This is a disrespect to Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedker and the Constitution.

Shri Modi mentioned that Congress' thinking is influenced by a vote bank mindset. From 2019 to 2024, he already had a majority within the NDA. Congress seems to have forgotten this because the public has dealt them a significant blow, leaving them disoriented. Since 2019, the NDA had around 300 seats, along with support from 3-4 regional parties and independent leaders. Those seats were utilized to revoke Article 370, extend reservations for SC/ST by 10 years and establish women's reservations. Modi needs 400 seats to counter every plot from Congress and the INDI alliance. Modi requires 400 seats to ensure that Congress doesn't restore Article 370 in Kashmir and to prevent them from Congress’ action of putting up a Babri lock at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Modi needs 400 seats to prevent Congress from giving away the country's vacant land and islands to other countries and to protect SC/ST reservations from any encroachment.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that Congress’ ‘Shehzade’ has brought something that no developing country in the world could even imagine. The opposition says that they will conduct an X-ray of the public's wealth. They will survey the people's lockers, bank accounts and home jewelry. Then they will take anything that exceeds what is necessary. They want to distribute the wealth they take to their vote bank. In India, every parent saves something for their children, but the Congress says that the saved wealth will not go entirely to their children and will instead be heavily taxed. In a country like India, the public will not allow the looting of their wealth. The people's vote will shield them from these issues. By voting for Modi, they will empower him and Modi will keep fighting for the people.

Shri Modi stated that he has exposed the opposition's hidden agenda to the people of the country, causing them to exhaust their entire dictionary hurling insults at him. The tribal community has been the greatest protector of the nation's culture and freedom. When Rajkumar returned from Ayodhya after 14 years, he became Bhagwan Ram and it was the indigenous people who shaped him into Bhagwan. Tantia Bhil and Beema Naik have made significant contributions to the indigenous community. During its 60 years in power, the Congress party did not allow the country's rich indigenous heritage to come to light. When the people sent Modi to Delhi, the Modi government declared Bhagwan Birsa Munda's birthday as Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas.

Hon’ble Prime Minister highlighted that his government is building museums across the country to honor indigenous freedom fighters. In Nimad, Kranti Surya Tantia Bhil University is being established and many institutions are being named after Raja Shankar Shah, Rani Kamlapati, Tantia Bhil and Bhagwan Birsa Munda. BJP is committed to providing water to every home and farm. The Jhirniya lift irrigation project is ongoing in Khargone and the Bistan irrigation project has been inaugurated. A medical college is being constructed here. BJP is focusing on building Eklavya schools in indigenous areas.

Shri Modi emphasized the significance of the neighboring region Mhow, the birthplace of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, likening it to a pilgrimage site for him. He highlighted that without the constitution framed by Baba Saheb Ambedkar, he wouldn't have become the Prime Minister, as otherwise, only one family would have ruled the country. Earlier there was the rule of Naamdaars, not Kammdars. However, due to the strength of the constitution framed by Baba Saheb Ambedkar, the Kaamdars began governing the nation, which is why the Congress held animosity towards Baba Saheb Ambedkar. In a fit of animosity, the Congress started claiming that the biggest contribution to the making of the Constitution was by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru and not Baba Saheb Ambedkar. These dynastic politicians distorted the history of the country and made people forget the great leaders of independence. These politicians wrote false history to glorify themselves, and now they have started fabricating lies about the Constitution as well. The Congress tried to end the political career of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, however, the alliance government of BJP has conferred Bharat Ratna on Baba Saheb Ambedkar. He also expressed his gratitude to develop the 'Panch Teerth', the place related to Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Shri Narendra Modi appealed to the public to support BJP candidates Shri Gajendra Singh Patel from Khargone and Shri Gyaneshwar Patil from Khandwa, on May 13th.
