Salient Points of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s address at public meetings in Lalganj, Jaunpur, Bhadohi & Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh

In this heat, the enthusiasm and excitement of people in Uttar Pradesh clearly indicate that the public's blessings are with the BJP-NDA alliance. 'Phir Ek Bar Modi Sarkar'

****************

A recent example of Modi ki Guarantee is the Citizenship Amendment Act. Just yesterday, refugees were granted Indian citizenship under the CAA law. Modi assured peace in Kashmir. Modi demolished the wall of Article 370. This time, records of many past elections were broken in Srinagar

****************

In this election, there are two models before the country. On one side is the "Santushtikaran Model" of the NDA, and on the other side is the "Tushtikaran Model" of the SP-Congress. SP and Congress may be two parties, but they function as a single entity. They peddle lies, appeasement, nepotism and corruption

****************

INDI alliance is deeply mired in appeasement. Top leaders of the Samajwadi Party are frequently making derogatory remarks about the Ram Mandir. The Congress' 'Shehzade' has made it his mission to denounce the Ram Mandir

****************

Public is witnessing how an effective government operates in Kashi and Ayodhya. In the past, discussions about development focused on Delhi and Mumbai. Now, the whole world is talking about Kashi and Ayodhya. If you work 10 hours, I will work 18 hours. This is my guarantee to the 140 crore citizens

****************

People are asking, how did TMC end up in Bhadohi? Congress never had any presence in UP and even SP has admitted that there's nothing left for them in this election, which is why they have fled the field in Bhadohi. It seems they want to test Bengal's TMC politics in UP

****************

Today, I want to ask Babua, the Samajwadi Party 'Shehzade', a question. Your 'Bua' is very close to you. Have you ever asked her why she calls people from UP and Bihar outsiders in Bengal?

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed public meetings in Lalganj, Jaunpur, Bhadohi and Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. He criticized the Congress and the Samajwadi Party for their involvement in appeasement politics and corruption. During the event, Uttar Pradesh CM Shri Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh BJP President Shri Bhupendra Chaudhary, Azamgarh Lok Sabha candidate Shri Dinesh Lal Yadav, Jaunpur Lok Sabha candidate Shri Kripashankar Singh, Machhlishahr Lok Sabha candidate Shri BP Saroj, Lalganj Lok Sabha candidate Smt Neelam Sonkar and Bhadohi candidate Shri Vinod Kumar Bindand and SBSP President Shri Om Prakash Rajbhar among other leaders were present.

Respected Shri Modi stated that two days ago, he was in Varanasi, and the enthusiasm of the people clearly highlighted the mood of the entire country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Attock to Cuttack, showcasing the power of Indian democracy. Several international newspapers made headlines about the celebration of Indian Democracy, showcasing how India's elections hold significance for the world. The world is witnessing that the BJP-led NDA has the blessings of the local public, and wherever we go, there is only one slogan: ‘Phir Ek Baar, Modi Sarkar’.

PM Shri Modi ji emphasized that the overwhelming love and enthusiasm of the public demonstrate that the INDI Alliance stands no chance of winning even a single seat. He underscored that the election is about selecting a Prime Minister for the country, someone who can lead a robust government and whose stature on the global stage is unmatched. Earlier, discussions about development often revolved around Delhi and Mumbai. However, today, both the country and the world are engaged in discussions about Kashi and Ayodhya as well. To make ‘Viksit Bharat’ is Modi’s resolution and the growth engine for Viksit Bharat will be Purvanchal. The construction of expressways and the upgradation of airports, benefit the Jaunpur region. This entire region is evolving into a robust hub for health and education. Over the next five years, the combined efforts of Modi and Yogi are poised to transform both the image and the destiny of Purvanchal. Jaunpur is the district that provides the most number of IAS and IPS. The NDA government is working to ensure the impartial and transparent procedure of civil service exams. Modi has also ended the interview process in Group C and Group D jobs so that the youth cannot get unnecessary difficulties and recruitment be impartial. Medical and engineering courses were only taught in the English language but under the New Education Policy, the courses are available in regional language. The BJP understands the aspirations of the youth. The BJP has provided OBC reservation in Medical exams and also provided 10% reservation to financially weak general caste people. The government is constructing a record number of IIT, IIM and AIIMS.

Hon’ble Shri Modi noted that the elections in Bhadohi are currently a topic of discussion across the state. People are questioning the sudden emergence of TMC in Bhadohi. With Congress already lacking presence in UP and SP acknowledging its diminishing influence in this election, SP members have retreated from the electoral arena in Bhadohi. SP-Congress are facing challenges even to retain their deposits in Bhadohi. Hence, they are resorting to political experiments in the region, attempting to replicate the tactics of TMC from West Bengal in Uttar Pradesh.

Respected Shri Modi highlighted various concerning aspects of TMC politics, including labeling the Ram Mandir as impure, banning the celebration of Ram Navami, giving protection to Bangladeshi infiltrators, equating the mainstream vote with jihad, and instances of violence against Hindus, Dalits and tribals. Additionally, TMC politics is associated with harassment and atrocities against women. There have been reports of TMC MLAs threatening to kill Hindus by drowning them in the Ganga. The Samajwadi Party's alignment with such tactics suggests a concerning direction for Uttar Pradesh.

Shri Narendra Modi stated that the world is witnessing that the people trust the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’. A recent example of the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ is the implementation of CAA, and just yesterday, several refugees took citizenship of India under CAA. All the refugees who obtained citizenship are Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Christian, and Parsi. These individuals have been residing in our country as refugees for a considerable period, and they are the victims of the partition of India based on religion. Those leaders who invoke the name of Mahatma Gandhi for political purposes but fail to implement his principles are doing a disservice to his legacy. For many years, refugees seeking to safeguard their culture, religion, and the dignity of their women have found shelter in India. However, Congress has neglected them, as they do not constitute a preferred vote bank for the party. Most of these refugees come from Dalit, OBC, and backward communities, enduring oppression for decades under Congress and its allies.

Hon’ble Prime Minister stated that in this election, there are two models before the country. On one side, there is the 'Santushtikaran' model of the NDA, while on the other side, there is the 'Tushtikaran' model of the SP-Congress Ghamandia Alliance. On one hand, Modi is dedicated to providing social justice without resorting to appeasement, while on the other hand, the INDI Alliance of SP-Congress is descending into the pit of appeasement and failing to transcend the politics of the vote bank. Previously, there was a reign of Mafia Raj in the state, leading to migration as mafias encroached upon homes and lands. However, the BJP has taken decisive action against land mafias. Initiatives like 'One Nation One Ration-card' have been initiated, enabling the use of ration cards across the country for free ration. Over 50 lakh houses have been constructed in Uttar Pradesh, with 1 lakh in Jaunpur, all registered under women's names. Those who criticize the EVM should understand that the BJP's victories are due to the blessings of the people. Modi aims to make 3 crore women 'Lakhpati Didi'. Those still lacking housing, electricity, water, and gas connections should register, as the government will ensure to provide these amenities in PM Shri Narendra Modi's third term.

Shri Modi ji stated that the SP, Congress, and INDI Alliance have attempted to mislead the public regarding the Citizenship Amendment Act, seeking to incite communal unrest in Uttar Pradesh and across the nation. They falsely claim that the CAA will be repealed after Modi's departure from power. However, it's evident that CAA cannot be revoked, as the public sees through their hollow secularism and appeasement politics. Modi has exposed the communal nature of these parties, revealing how they have perpetuated communalism in India for seven decades.

Respected Shri Modi emphasized that it is Modi ki Guarantee that the CAA cannot be repealed, regardless of the forces that unite domestically or internationally. In the forthcoming months, numerous refugee families from West Bengal to Delhi and Punjab would reside with honor, equipped with an identity. There are millions of such families residing in Uttar Pradesh as well.

Hon’ble Shri Modi highlighted that another Modi ki Guarantee is evident today in Kashmir. For the past 5-6 decades, Kashmir has been the issue of every election within the nation. In every election, every party would stir up the issues of Kashmir. Now, the opposition parties have fallen silent. They are now talking about restoring Article 370. The way voting took place in the fourth phase in Srinagar, after 40 years, a celebration of democracy was observed there. By casting their votes, the people of Srinagar were experiencing pride that they were contributing to the formation of the country's government. The enthusiasm of the people of Srinagar clearly shows that no one can do vote bank politics by bringing back Article 370.

Shri Modi ji stated that the women of the soldier families in UP were always worried, not knowing when there would be a terrorist attack or stone-pelting in Kashmir and bad news would arrive. But Modi had guaranteed peace in Kashmir and abolished Article 370. Previously, when there were elections, there would be strikes, but this time, in Srinagar, the records of many past elections were broken. Such endeavors are undertaken only by those whose every fiber resonates with the commitment to ‘Rashtra Pratham’.

Prime Minister Shri Modi stated that during the SP government's tenure in Uttar Pradesh, terrorists received special privileges, and the government showed leniency towards terrorist organizations like SIMI. The release of the SIMI chief from jail under the SP government was particularly notable. Subsequently, there were bomb blasts at several locations in Uttar Pradesh. Today, I'd like to pose a question to the Samajwadi Party's 'Shehzade'. Your newfound ally from Bengal is so close to you that she has come here to meet you. However, have you ever questioned your new ally about why she refers to people from UP and Bihar as outsiders in Bengal? The BJP has significantly transformed the image of Uttar Pradesh through relentless day and night efforts. Today, Uttar Pradesh is recognized by its network of expressways. With six expressways already operational and five more under construction, the state's infrastructure development is rapidly advancing.

Respected Shri Modi noted that a decade ago, the safety of an individual in the country was largely left to chance. Bombings, terrorist incidents, sleeper cells and riots were frequent occurrences. Azamgarh had gained notoriety, becoming the focal point whenever such incidents happened nationwide. During that time, the SP government neither considered nor acted to preserve Azamgarh's reputation. The leaders of SP were known to glorify perpetrators of terrorism and provide political cover to sleeper cells.  It was due to this attitude that terrorism flourished in the country.

Shri Modi ji pointed out that although the SP and Congress are two separate entities, their agendas align closely. They peddle falsehoods, appeasement and dynastic politics.  Now these people have come with a triple dose of appeasement, on one hand, they want to take away the reservation of the backward, Dalit, and tribal communities to give it to their vote bank. On the other hand, the INDI coalition partners want to take away half of the public wealth and give it to their vote bank too. And at the same time, they also want to divide the country's budget, they want to allocate even 15% of the budget directly in the name of minorities. To uphold the unity of the nation and honor the true essence of the constitution and the values of Babasaheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, it's imperative to recognize and resist such tactics of division and rule. Today, more than ever, the country requires unity. It's time to move beyond the Hindu-Muslim divide that has persisted for 70 years and work together to elevate the nation on the global stage.

Hon’ble Shri Modi stated that the INDI alliance is completely entangled in appeasement. SP Shehzade’s chacha (Ram Gopal Yadav) called Ram Mandir ‘useless’. Samajwadi Party members are constantly indulging in despicable rhetoric about the Ram Mandir, while the Congress’ Shehzade has made it his mission to hurl insults at the Ram Mandir. These individuals are hurting religious faith just to appease their vote banks.

Shri Modi emphasized his round-the-clock efforts to enhance the lives of the people. Presently, every impoverished individual is provided with free food, healthcare and pucca housing. Additionally, they benefit from amenities such as ‘nal se jal’ and affordable gas cylinders. Unlike past administrations of Congress and SP, which neglected public welfare, Modi's approach prioritizes inclusive development irrespective of religious or caste affiliations. As the mantra of Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, under Modi’s leadership, the responsibility for healthcare for all citizens above 70 years of age is ensured under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Shri Modi emphasized that toilets have been constructed for women across the nation, which people from Uttar Pradesh refer to not just as toilets but also as 'izzat ghar'. Free ration is now provided to 80 crore people, and it is Modi ki Guarantee that this provision will continue for the next five years. Over one and a half crore farmers in Uttar Pradesh have received ₹70,000 crore under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. The aim for the next five years is to ensure that every scheme reaches every needy individual.

Hon’ble Shri Modi announced the initiation of another scheme, where households will have zero electricity bills. The PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, hence the registration is now available online.  Under the PM-Surya Ghar Muft Bujli Yojana, the center will provide ₹75000 to facilitate solar panel connectivity for every household, with the government purchasing surplus electricity at competitive rates. Under the BJP government, Uttar Pradesh has witnessed rapid development, with projects such as the construction of Manduri Airport and the establishment of Maharaja Suheldev University. The BJP has also been actively working to benefit farmers. However, the 'Shehzada of Uttar Pradesh seems unable to accept this progress.

Respected Shri Modi highlighted how the people of Uttar Pradesh had experienced the ‘Gundaraj' during the Samajwadi Party's governance, with markets closing early at 7 PM and the dignity of women being compromised. However, under the BJP government, Uttar Pradesh has overcome these issues. Under the leadership of Shri Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh has undergone significant transformation. Modern services are rapidly emerging in Uttar Pradesh, with industries such as the Saree industry of Mubarakpur, Pottery industry of Nizamabad, and Jaggery from Azamgarh being promoted globally under the ‘Vocal for Local’ initiative. Your vote is crucial to making Azamgarh and Purvanchal the growth engines of India.

Shri Modi highlighted that opposition leaders are opposing the abolition of triple talaq to appease their vote bank. They advocate for reservation on religious grounds and aim to alter the constitution to redistribute rights from SC/ST and OBC communities to their own vote bank. This has already been witnessed in Karnataka, where 4% reservation was provided to a 'special class' by including them in the OBC category. The Congress is trying to implement the Karnataka model in the entire country. However, as long as Modi is alive, the rights of SC/ST and OBC communities will not be snatched away. The Congress has announced plans to conduct an X-ray on people's resources, including jewelry, houses, and farmlands, and intends to seize a significant portion of it. They seek to prevent individuals from passing on inheritance to their offspring. The political tactics employed by SP and Congress are perilous. They solicit votes in one region while resorting to abuse and humiliation towards the people of Uttar Pradesh in South India, using derogatory language against them. Despite this, their allies like DMK, Left, and Telangana Congress continue to have an anti-Sanatan mindset and indulge in abuse against the people of UP, which SP and Congress ignore.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi mentioned his recent visit to the underwater Dwarka Dham where he performed Puja. Despite this, Congress ridiculed him, and even leaders like the heads of SP and RJD, who claim to be ‘Yaduvanshi’, are supporting Congress. However, Madhya Pradesh CM Shri Mohan Yadav comprehends the essence of being Yaduvanshi. Shri Modi appealed to the public to support NDA Lok Sabha candidates and ensure a resounding defeat for parties engaged in family politics. The public must strive for a record-setting victory for the candidates.
