Shri Shah highlighted that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's third term signifies achieving success in Chandrayaan, Mangalyaan, and Aditya L1 missions, as well as eliminating terrorism from Kashmir, the North-East, and other leftist extremist regions. He noted that for 75 years, Indi alliance parties like the Congress and Lalu Prasad Yadav's party hindered the construction of the Ram Mandir, while PM Shri Narendra Modi resolved the issue within five years, winning legal battles and laying the foundation stone. Shri Shah pointed out that on January 22nd, the groundbreaking ceremony took place, and on April 17th, Ram Lalla will celebrate Ram Navami in his auspicious mandir. Additionally, he mentioned that the Congress and Lalu Prasad Yadav were reluctant to revoke Article 370, but Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi did it on August 5, 2019, integrating Kashmir fully into India.

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation emphasized that during the Congress’ tenure, infiltrators from Pakistan carried out bomb attacks unchecked for ten years, but under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, India responded to the Uri and Pulwama attacks swiftly. He highlighted the surgical strikes and airstrikes conducted within ten days of the Pulwama attack, clearing out terrorists from their bases in Pakistan. Shri Shah reiterated that this stark response differed from the previous government's passive approach, demonstrating the decisiveness of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's leadership.

Shri Shah highlighted that in his ten years as Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi provided free rations of 5 kg per person per month to 80 crore impoverished individuals. Oversaw the construction of 12 crore toilets, facilitated housing for 4 crore people, distributed gas connections to over 10 crore households, and provided ‘Nal se Jal’ to 14 crore people. The government also initiated the ambitious program of providing free medical treatment up to ₹5 lakh to 60 crore people.

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation credited Shri Nitish Kumar and Shri Samrat Chaudhary for implementing the Ayushman Yojana across Bihar under the NDA's leadership, considering it a significant achievement. Shri Shah emphasized how under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, the nation has made strides towards eradicating Naxalism. Shri Shah noted the transformation of Aurangabad from a once unsafe area to one witnessing development in infrastructure, healthcare, and education. Shri Amit Shah stated that Bihar and Jharkhand have effectively tackled Naxalism and extremism, with the establishment of 200 new camps and the neutralization of 14 Politburo committee members, leading to surrender or elimination. Moreover, strategic operations in areas like Budha Pahad and Chakarbanda have contributed to the region's peace and progress, alongside accelerated educational initiatives in Bihar and Jharkhand.

Shri Shah said taht under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's government, Aurangabad has seen the establishment of two ITIs, two skill centres, two Kendriya Vidyalayas, and one Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Similarly, Gaya now hosts two Kendriya Vidyalayas and two Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas. Furthermore, in Aurangabad alone, there have been 58 mobile towers and 5000 new post offices, along with the opening of 38 bank branches and 8 ATMs. In Gaya, 66 bank branches and 32 ATMs have been set up under the initiatives of the Modi-led government.

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation emphasized that Aurangabad leads in various developmental initiatives. Under the PM Awas Yojana, a total of 9,000 homes have been constructed, marking the highest number in any district. Around 2,30,000 people have benefited from Ayushman Bharat, receiving up to ₹5 lakh in aid.  2,25,000 women have received gas cylinders, and water has been supplied to 3 lakh poor households in Aurangabad through the initiative of ‘Nal se Jal’. The work of providing ₹6,000 per year to 1,80,000 farmers has also been done. In the past 10 years, the Modi government has undertaken new projects worth 15 lakh crore rupees.

Shri Shah stated that the Congress party is a party that indulges in appeasement. Their MPs talk about dividing the country, and Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi remain silent. Four generations of Congress have indulged in appeasement. Now, Congress has promised to reintroduce the Muslim Personal Law. Once, in 1947, Congress divided Bharat, but now they don't have the courage. Under Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, no power can divide the country. The Congress party can do anything just for the sake of a vote bank.

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation stated that leaders of the Congress oppose the ban on PFI, and RJD leaders oppose the Ramcharitmanas and Vande Mataram. Leaders of such parties cannot bring about development, they cannot unite the country, and they can only indulge in corruption. The Congress party and RJD have been involved in scams worth ₹12 lakh crore, more than 45 scams have been committed, and yet they are not satisfied. On the other hand, there is a leader like Shri Narendra Modi who has been Chief Minister and Prime Minister for 23 years, and no one can accuse him of corruption even for a single penny.

Shri Shah stated that the Modi government has decided to return all the investments made by people in the Sahara to the cooperative. Shri Shah reaffirmed that Shri Narendra Modi has promised the nation that not a single corrupt person will be spared, all corrupt individuals will be behind bars. Those who have looted will have to return what they have stolen. He emphasized the need for Bihar to have a government dedicated to transforming it into a fully developed state. With Shri Narendra Modi's vision of 'Viksit Bharat’', ‘Viksit Bihar’ is inevitable. He appealed to the public to support the BJP and its allies by voting for them, thereby contributing to Shri Narendra Modi's third consecutive term as Prime Minister of the nation.
