Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation and Senior BJP leader Shri Amit Shah addressed a public meeting in Siddipet, Telangana on Thursday. He highlighted the BJP's achievements over the past decade, criticized the corruption of Congress and BRS in Telangana while emphasizing the BJP’s pledge to eliminate it. During the event, BJP Malkajgiri candidate Shri Eatala Rajender and BJP Medak candidate Shri N Raghunandan Rao among the leaders were present.

 

Shri Shah stated that in Telangana, the goal is to secure 12 seats for the BJP and support Shri Narendra Modi to achieve ‘400 Paar’ to make him Prime Minister for the third time. Each vote that the BJP candidates receives, will contribute to Shri Narendra Modi becoming the Prime Minister.

 

Hon’ble Union Home Minister stated that over the past 10 years, the BJP has addressed many long-standing issues in the country. Congress and BRS were never in favor of building the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. However, Shri Narendra Modi performed the 'Pran Pratishtha' of Ram Lalla and moved him from a tent to his auspicious Mandir. Shri Narendra Modi also abrogated Article 370, permanently integrating Kashmir with India.

 

Attacking the corruption of BRS and Congress, Shri Shah said that the BRS (previously TRS) and Congress have engaged in corruption in Telangana. In a short span of time, Congress has turned Telangana into an ATM for Delhi. Congress is not investigating any of the BRS's corrupt activities, whether it concerns the Kaleshwaram project or land scams. If Shri Narendra Modi becomes Prime Minister for a third term, he will work to free Telangana from corruption.

 

Highlighting the pride of Telangana, Hon’ble Union Home Minister said that neither the BRS nor the Congress parties celebrate Telangana Liberation Day because they fear the Majlis. The BJP, however, is not afraid of the Majlis and has decided to celebrate Telangana Liberation Day on September 17.

 

Criticizing Congress and BRS for giving reservation on religious basis, he said that in Telangana, BRS and Congress have given Muslim reservation, if BJP government is formed, then they will to eliminate the Muslim reservations and give reservation to SC, ST and OBC and will get their rights back.

 

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation stated that the people of Telangana are in favor of Shri Narendra Modi, they have decided to back every seat by voting for the ‘lotus’ symbol to make Shri Narendra Modi the Prime Minister for the third time. Comprehensive development across Telangana can only occur when the BJP government is formed at the center. Shri Shah appealed to the public to make the ‘lotus’ symbol secure a decisive majority and support “Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar”.
