SALIENT POINTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE UNION HOME AND COOPERATION MINISTER AND SENIOR BHARATIYA JANATA PARTY LEADER SHRI AMIT SHAH JI GIVEN TODAY WHILE ADDRESSING MEETING OF BOOTH PRESIDENT AND BLA-2 IN BANGALORE (KARNATAKA)
In Karnataka there will be direct contest. The Congress party and JDS are two faces of same coin because giving vote to JDS means giving vote to the Congress party. The people of Karnataka have already made up their minds to elect the Bharatiya Janata Party government under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
The JDS is spreading canard that the Bharatiya Janata Party is with them . But I want to make it very clear that in Karnataka the Bharatiya Janata Party will not go to elections with any party . The Bharatiya Janata Party will contest elections in Karnataka on its own and will form its Government with massive majority in the state.
In Karnataka there is contest between the Bharatiya Janata Party led nationalist forces and the Tukde-Tukde gang of anti nationals. I have full faith and confidence in the people of Karnataka that it will support the nationalist forces because the Congress party has joined hands with Tukde-Tukde gang and anti national forces.
The Bharatiya Janata Party government has ensured that every poor gets money transferred directly into their bank accounts without falling in the trap middleman and commission agents. During the Congress party and JDS government massive corruption used to take place in transfers and posting and the money used to go Singapore.
On one hand we have our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who bans the highly radical terrorist organisation called PFI, but on the other hand we have Siddaramaiah and Kumaraswamy who lifts around 1700 cases against the PFI. Now the people of Karnataka have understood this game.
On one hand we have our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who is getting a grand Ram Temple constructed in Ayodhya, getting our centres of faith and religion totally transformed which include our holiest places like the Baba Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Kedarnath and Badrinath, Somnath and Ujjain Mahakal, but on the other hand we have people who are trying to make Tipu Sultan a hero.
On one hand we have the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party being run under the dynamic and decisive leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, but on the other hand we have people who want to make Karnataka an ATM for a Delhi-based party leadership. But the people of Karnataka have already made up their minds to stand firmly with our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Kumaraswamy ji always goes and sit on the laps of the Congress party. There is no need to tolerate a party which wins 30-35 seats and later engages in blackmail.
The party of Siddaramaiah and D Shivakumar can neither fight against terrorism nor it can keep the nation safe and secure and it also cannot save Karnataka from PFI. They cannot do anything because they fear votebank and indulges in appeasement. Whereas we all are the Bharatiya Janata Party workers and we are not afraid of anyone.
During elections the Congress party and JDS contest separately, but when the Bharatiya Janata Party comes they join hands. The Congress -JDS government collapsed due to massive corruption and nepotism.
For the Congress party coming to power means massive corruption and scams. But for the Bharatiya Janata Party coming to power means serving the people of the state and the country and to empower and uplift the lives of all sections of our society.
In 2022 elections were held in 7 states in which the Bharatiya Janata Party got full majority in 5 states and the Congress party faced major drubbing in 6 states. In Gujarat it is due to the massive popularity of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that the Bharatiya Janata Party won 156 seats out of 182, which is a record. It also resulted in the Congress even losing its right over the Leader of Opposition in the state assembly.
Indira Gandhi had given the slogan of "Garibi Hatao", but the Congress party instead of removing poverty started removing the poor. It is our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who has worked to bring major changes in the lives of 80 crore people of our country.
Devegowda ji was the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of the state. The four generations of the Congress party ruled the country. Still there is no comparison between the 60 years of their rule and the pro poor government under the eight-and-half years of our beloved Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The Narendra Modi Government will always remain as the most pro poor, progressive and development oriented government.
I urge the Bharatiya Janata Party workers to continue to strengthen the booths, the work of strengthening the nation is being done by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. When our booths will become strong , the Bharatiya Janata Party will become stronger and it will also strengthen the hands of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. When the Bharatiya Janata Party will become strong, it will also make our nation safe, secure, prosperous, capable and strong.
For the Bharatiya Janata Party Karnataka is the gateway for the south, and we have to make it stronger. Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is our topmost and supreme leader, but at the booths our every BLA is our Narendra Modi. Like the great warrior Arjuna who used to see just the eyes of fish and he was very focused, similarly our BLAs should just focus on their booths and ensure grand victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party.
