Salient points of the speech of Hon’ble BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda while addressing a huge public rally on the occasion of the concluding of the Praja Sangram Yatra - III at Hanamkonda (Telangana)

●       The massive success of the Praja Sangram Yatra which saw widespread participation of public, their support and solidarity has made it very clear that the lotus will bloom in Telangana and the Bharatiya Janata Party will form its majority under the leadership and guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The people of Telangana have made up their minds to uproot the highly corrupt TRS government from the state.

●       The motive behind the Praja Sangram Yatra of the Bharatiya Janata Party was to take Telangana out of the darkness of TRS and take the state to brightness and hope. The motive behind this yatra is to sensitize and build a people's movement against the highly corrupt TRS government.

●       Telangana was ruled by Nizams, the last Nizam was Usman Ali Khan whose last diktat was -- Ghasti Nisan 53. It meant that no one can organize public meetings in Telangana, no one can give speeches, no one can open school and no one can run a newspaper.

●       But Mir Usman Ali Khan forgot that it was his last diktat. Today I want to tell Nizam KCR that your "Prohibitory Orders" will be your last diktat. Your departure is certain now.

●       The KCR Nizam government in Telangana today tried desperately to disrupt my programme. They canceled the permission to hold my rally. It was after the intervention of the Hon’ble court that I got the permission to hold today's rally.

●       As I landed at the airport the anti people KCR government imposed section 144 so that BJP supporters and workers could not welcome me. Several programmes to welcome me were planned but the KCR government imposed section 144 in these areas also, such is the level of desperation of the KCR government.

●       You may recall that a few months ago the KCR government had arrested our state president Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar ji in a highly undemocratic manner, thenI had come to the state to get him released. That time also I was stopped at the airport on the pretext of the Corona pandemic.

●       Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has initiated a series of growth and development programmes in Telangana, but the KCR government is unnecessarily putting roadblocks and stopping its benefits to reach the people of the state. People of Telangana are fed up with this highly corrupt and immoral TRS government and soon the electorate of the state will teach KCR a lesson.

●       Today 11 districts of Telangana are severely affected by floods. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has already sanctioned Rs 377 crore to provide relief to flood affected people and districts out of which Rs 188 crore has already been released. But the anti-people KCR government has failed to provide this relief to the people of Telangana. This is the sick mindset of the TRS government in the state.

●       The Narendra Modi Government gave Telangana Rs 3982 crores under the Jal Jivan Mission programme, but the KCR government has so far utilized just Rs 200 crores out of this fund, which clearly highlights the seriousness of the KCR government in the growth and development of Telangana.

●       KCR does nothing; he is just changing the names of projects sanctioned by the Narendra Modi Government and then running it as the project of TRS government. This is a big sham which the people of Telangana know. Under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna the funds sent by the Narendra Modi Government to Telangana are being misused and wasted, causing major loss to the people of the state.

●       The Bharatiya Janata Party was the first party which openly supported creation of a separate Telangana state. KCR had promised that every year in September the state will celebrate Liberation Day. But now he is so busy playing his politics of appeasement that he has forgotten all his promises. Under the pressure of Majlis KCR has forgotten to celebrate Liberation Day which symbolizes end of Nizam rule.

●       Once the Bharatiya Janata Party government is formed in Telangana every September we will celebrate Liberation Day as an official function. In the last few years KCR has done everything to hurt the growth, development and progress of Telangana, and for this the people of Telangana will never forgive him and will definitely teach him a lesson.

●       In Telangana the Kaleshwaram project has become synonymous with corruption and nepotism. Initially Rs 40 crores were earmarked for this project, but now its cost has gone up to Rs 1.40 lakh crores due to massive corruption and nepotism. The Kaleshwaram project has become the ATM of corruption for Telangana Chief Minister KCR.

●       KCR has repeatedly cheated and fooled the innocent people of Telangana. KCR had said to give two bed room houses to poor people, but all these have remained mere promises and nothing has happened on the ground.

●       The Praja Sangram Yatra of the Bharatiya Janata Party has got resounding support from the people of Telangana. It has become a state-wide people's movement and for this I want to thank and congratulate Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar ji and the people of Telangana for showing their faith and trust in the Bharatiya Janata Party.
