Shri Nadda initiated his address by extending greetings to leaders present in the stage including Karnataka BJP President Shri BY Vijayendra, BJP Karnataka In-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Radha Mohan Das Agrawal and Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Pralhad Joshi. He criticized the opposition's failure to acknowledge progress and condemned dynastic politics. Shri Nadda positioned the Bharatiya Janata Party as a principled, mass-driven party leading India's progress under Shri Narendra Modi's leadership.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed intellectuals, acknowledging them as societal leaders. Shri Nadda noted a historical trend in Indian politics, characterized by the perception that "anybody may come and rule, nothing will change." The earlier trends in Indian politics were ‘Politics of caste combination’, ‘politics of regional combination’, and ‘Politics of taking votes from all, but working for one section.’ However, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has challenged and changed the political culture and discourse of the nation.  Shri Nadda highlighted the shift from politics of appeasement and casteism to a new discourse of 'Appeasement to none, justice to all' under the mantra of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' led by PM Shri Narendra Modi. He emphasized the transition to politics focused on performance, report cards, accountability, development, and fulfilling aspirations.

Shri Nadda noted the adverse conditions in rural areas in the past, lacking proper infrastructure, but under PM Shri Narendra Modi's visionary leadership, over 6 lakh villages were connected with road, water, and electricity facilities. The commitment to providing electricity to all villages within 1000 days was fulfilled, benefiting more than 11 crore people. Additionally, over 12 crore women gained access to toilets under the Swachh Bharat mission, enhancing their dignity of life.

BJP National President and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda highlighted that today, nearly 11 crore people have received gas cylinders under the Ujjwala scheme, which has been brought for the dignity of women. Escalating from the 11th position, the country's economy has now become the 5th largest by overtaking the Britishers, and this time in 2024, in Shri Narendra Modi's third term, India will become the 3rd largest economy in the world by 2028.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda conveyed that Morgan Stanley's report also indicates that India's economy is a bright spot, and the Gandhi family fails to acknowledge the accomplishments and growth. The members of the Gandhi family have definitely become jobless while continuing to raise the matter of unemployment. However, despite the impact of COVID-19 and the Ukraine-Israel war on economies worldwide, under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, the Indian economy remained stable. Contrasting the growth rate of the Indian economy with that of other countries, Shri Nadda conveyed that the Indian economy's growth is 6.3%, making it the fastest-growing economy.  India's Foreign Direct Investment has increased by 100%, from $304 billion to $615 billion US Dollars. The Railway budget has increased by 8.5 times, the railway track record has tripled, and railway electrification has increased by 10 times.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda highlighted that in 2014, 92% of mobile phones were manufactured in China, but today, 97% of mobiles are being produced in India, including Apple's. India has become the second-largest startup hub. India's pharmaceutical exports have increased by 126%, and defense exports have increased by 133%. Agricultural expenditure has increased fivefold, and food production has increased by 1.25%. The payment of Minimum Support Price has increased by 2.7% in India. Today, there are 23 All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), the number of medical colleges has increased from 641 to 1341, and 175,000 medical seats have been created.

Shri JP Nadda conveyed that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the country is progressing with the commitment of 'Viksit Bharat’. The central allocation has increased by 275% in Karnataka. Shri Nadda highlighted that ₹30,000 crore has been invested in railway track infrastructure, along with an allocation of ₹8,000 crore for the Bangalore-Mysore expressway. Additionally, more than ₹15,000 crore has been utilized for the suburban project. Inaugurated by Shri Narendra Modi, a new terminal has been unveiled at the Bangalore airport, while a new airport has been constructed in Shivamogga. Furthermore, plans are underway for the development of a new terminal in Belagavi in the near future. Today, India's engagement on any global forum is not lagging behind internationally, rather, it has emerged as a leader. Shri Narendra Modi has also elevated India to a prominent position internationally, including at the G20 summit.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda pointed out that while the entire world struggled with COVID-19 management, India, under the visionary leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi, effectively handled the situation. Countries like the US, UK, and others faced challenges in balancing economic concerns with public health, but PM Shri Narendra Modi prioritized life over everything with the motto “Jaan hai to jahan hai”. The imposition of the lockdown, coupled with public support, helped India prepare to combat the pandemic. Shri Nadda mentioned that according to NCMR, it took 30 years to establish tuberculosis as a national program, 40 years for the introduction of tetanus injection, 100 years for Japanese encephalitis, and 20 years for diphtheria medicine in India. Under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi, India achieved a remarkable milestone by developing two indigenous COVID-19 vaccines in a much shorter time frame. Despite initial opposition criticism, the vaccines were successful, with more than 220 crore doses administered, including booster doses. PM Shri Narendra Modi's efforts not only made the country nearly COVID-free but also demonstrated global solidarity by distributing 30 crore vaccine doses to 100 countries through the 'Vaccine Maitri' initiative.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda emphasized that under PM Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, India has consistently prioritized the safe evacuation of stranded Indian citizens from countries like Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Yemen. Notably, India has also extended this humanitarian effort to evacuate citizens of different countries from Ukraine. Shri Nadda noted that foreign countries often placed India and Pakistan in similar diplomatic contexts. However, under PM Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, India has experienced rapid development while Pakistan has remained stagnant. Global leaders, from Joe Biden to Emmanuel Macron, recognize India's aspirations and view PM Shri Narendra Modi as a global leader, evident in G20 interactions. Shri Nadda expressed concern over 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans in the Karnataka assembly by supporters of newly elected Congress Rajya Sabha MP Nasir Hussain, deeming the event highly condemnable. He questioned the silence of Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress leaders, questioning whether they had become 'Pakistan sympathizers.' Shri Nadda asked Rahul Gandhi about the contradiction between starting Bharat Jodo Yatra while individuals engaged in divisive activities were part of his party without facing consequences.

BJP National President pointed out the concerning situation in Karnataka following the blast at Rameshwaram cafe. He mentioned that CM Siddaramaiah withdrew cases from PFI, compromising national security for vote bank politics. Shri Nadda emphasized that the INDI Alliance consists of family-based political parties involved in dynastic politics. Opposition leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav, Lalu Yadav, Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and ministers of Mamata Banerjee are either in bail or in jail, facing corruption charges. In conclusion, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party is a party with a massive following, a cadre-based party, and the world’s largest political party.
