Central Election Management & Coordination Committee :

Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Rajnath Singh inaugurated the Central Election Management & Coordination Committee (Election Control Room) with the objective of managing and coordinating the forthcoming as well as future elections to the various states.

The Central Election Management & Coordination Committee has been set up in the BJP Central Office to look after all aspects related to the effective planning, coordination and implementation of various election related activities such as:

• Regular information and feedback to the BJP National President about the activities received from the election bound states.

• Followup and resolution of all election related complaints from the states with the Election Commission and briefing the BJP National President about the same.

• Live contact and communication with all election bound states and supporting them to effectively communicate all election issues in a sharp manner.

• Advice on and preparation of various election materials and communication tools such as hoardings, posters, banners and creation of effective slogans.

• Creation of various election material for print and electronic media as per local needs.

• Assembly and Parliamentary segment wise Data collation, analysis and strategic planning of issues based on the existing socio-economic and geographical conditions there.

• Creation of Election Management & Coordination Committees in all states.

• Promoting the use of the latest and appropriate information and communication technology in the elections.

• Preparation and Coordination of all Tour and Election Campaign Programmes including the travel & transport arrangements of senior Party Leaders.
