BJP National Spokesperson and MP, Shri Prakash Javadekar
BJP will continue its fight against massive corruption and its cover up by the Congress Govt. in Parliament and will take this fight to the people. BJP will organise massive dharnas and protest march in all the state capitals of the country on 4th & 5th May, 2013. National leaders of the BJP will address this protest in state capitals. BJP decided this campaign to expose the govt, which is neck deep in monumental corruption in CWG, 2G, Coal, VVIP Chopper and other scams and also its shameless efforts through influencing the investigation by asking and changing the CBI report and blaming others for the 2G scam in JPC report.
The Prime Minister instead of coming clean on why his minister and officers vetted the CBI investigation report is offering absurd logic. The Prime Minister says that the world is laughing at us because Parliament is not functioning. Prime Minister must see the reality that the world is laughing at us because of the loot and plunder of the country by the UPA government and its unacceptable ways of covering it up. The protest in Parliament is essentially a protest against this government attitude and scams. This is fight against corruption and it is fight against cover up. Democracy is being destroyed by the government. The first step of accountability demands that govt should withdraw the JPC report and resignation of the PM and the Law Minister.
The Prime Minister is rejecting the demand of his and Law Minister's resignation as he wants to use the Law Minister as a human shield.
BJP also deplored Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for his insensitive remarks that "China border it is a no man land and Chinese are use to come and go". The Prime Minister also describes Chinese incursion as a "local affair". This is complete abdication of duty. The fact of the matter is that Chinese have walked 19 KM inside Indian LAC and are staying put for last 15 days. The Govt must resolve the issue by taking up the matter at the highest level with the Chinese Govt.
BJP also charged the government that it is responsible for the sufferings of Sarabjit Singh as his family members had forewarned the ministers about the impending attack.
