Press : Dr. Kirit Somaiya on Ashok Gehlot family's Mauritius connection

It is now Mauritius Connection of Gehlot Family. An unknown, ‘Post Box’ Address Company from Mauritius M/S Sivnar Holdings Pvt Ltd bought thousands of shares of Gehlot Mitra Pariwar Ratankant Sharma’s Triton Hotel of Rs 100 each at the exorbitant rate of Rs 40,000/per share. This demands investigation says Dr. Kirit Somaiya, BJP National Secretary. BJP Leader Dr Somaiya released several documents about the Mauritius route scam of “Gehlot Mitra Pariwar”. Shri Vaibhav Gehlot, only son of Rajasthan Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot, is having business association/partnership with Ratankant Sharma of Mallad, Mumbai. Gehlot government in non-transparent manner converted a no development plot for the use of hotel for Triton Hotel.

Shri Ratan Kant Sharma and Gehlot family are 50:50 partner/shareholders in Sunlight Tour and Travels. Both Shri Vaibhav Gehlot and Shri Ratan Kant Sharma are also Director and running the Sunlight Tour and Travels for past couple of years. The works of Triton Hotel is under completion. Triton Hotel got a new partner i.e. Sivnar Holdings Private Limited Company, Mauritius. This company seems to be a Post Box Address Company.

• Triton was incorporated in 2007/08
• Got allotted/purchased land to construct five star hotel near Jaipur
• In 2007/08 Ratankant Sharma the Promoter got allotted 241500 Equity Shares of Rs.100/- each at par
• Allotted shares to the Sivnar Holdings Private Limited Company, Mauritius based company, a share of Rs.100/- each at price of Rs.40,000 per share.
• Both Sharma Friend Family & Sivnar Mauritius are now having 2,50,000 shares each.
• The company has taken loan from various banks for constructing the hotel project near Jaipur around Rs.162 crores) form yes bank and Rs.86 crores from state bank of Jaipur and Bikaner
