Shri Rajnath Singh President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, has constituted the new National Executive and appointed the new Office-bearers of the party.
The new National Executive has 75 members, with 5 vacancies to be filled later by the President. The new National Executive has 12 women, of whom 2 are Office-bearers. It has 11 members belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, of whom 5 are Office-bearers.
President has reconstituted the Parliamentary Board and the Central Election Committee of the Party. President has appointed Shri Pramod Mahajan as a Secretary of Parliamentary Board and Central Election Committee.
President also appointed Shri Arun Jaitley, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad and Shri Prakash Javadekar as Spokesperson and Shri Manvendra Singh as Additional Spokesperson of the Party.
