Press Release
National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party Shri Mukthar Abbas Naqvi said that Smt. Sonia Gandhi’s statement regarding ‘Bihar Election is a lesson for secular parties’ is an incomplete statement.

Shri Naqvi said that Bihar Election result is a verdict against psuedo-secularist parties and their minority exploitation vote bank policies.

Shri Naqvi added that Smt. Sonia Gandhi should have also clarified that because of Congress and their allies, so called policy of secularism, led to Indian minorities being deprived of economic, social, and educational development, and this Bihar election, results to a mandate against their policies.

Shri Naqvi while praising Shri Nitish Kumar of making his Cabinet collegue to resign within no time on knowing about being tainted is an example of high moral which Congress led UPA Govt. with dozen of tainted Ministers have not been able to exhibit. Shri Naqvi said that this should also be a lesson which Smt. Gandhi forgot to mention.

Shri Naqvi Said that mis-governance, poverty, unemployment, soft policy on internal security and corruption of Congress led UPA Government, which has on the name of secularism shattered shamelessly the democratic- constitutional values should also be a lession for Congress and Left Parties.

He said that Bihar Election result is just not a verdict against Shri Laloo Prasad Yadav but also against the policies of UPA Govt. on terrorism, separatism, naxalism, and weak /soft policy on internal security. It is also a lesson for Central Govt. to re-think their weak policy on internal security and terrorism.
