Today India is witnessing a historic event in the form of commencement of the world’s biggest vaccination drive with the launch of Corona vaccination drive by our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji which will help in dealing with the Corona pandemic to a very large extent.

Hon'ble Prime Minister has always led from the front in dealing with challenging situations and has shown the citizens to face the challenges and come out of it successfully. I congratulate Hon'ble Prime Minister for conceiving this India and effectively implementing it under his decisive and bold leadership.

I also congratulate and appreciate the efforts of our doctors, scientists, officials, nurses, paramedical staff and all those associated with our health services in conceiving and implementing the world’s biggest vaccination programme. They are the true heroes of the world’s biggest vaccination drive that commenced today across India.

I will appeal to all my fellow citizens to continue wearing their masks, washing of hands and social distancing even after having their vaccine against Corona. There is a certain protocol that needs to be followed during the phases of the vaccination drive, I will appeal to all the people who are getting vaccinated and who will be vaccinated in near future to follow all procedures and protocols to ensure that the world’s biggest vaccination drive is successful. We need to set an example before the world.

The last assault on Corona virus has begun with the start of the massive vaccination drive under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The vaccines against Corona will act as ‘Sanjeevani’ in our fight against Covid-19 and help in ending the Corona pandemic. Earlier also India has won its fight against various diseases like polio and chicken pox, and once again India will emerge victorious in its fight against Covid-19 under the leadership of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.

Usually it takes years to develop a vaccine. But Indian scientists and doctors have done a miracle by developing two ‘Made in India’ vaccines for the world’s biggest vaccination drive. The fact that Covid vaccine was successfully developed and manufactured in India and we successfully started the world’s biggest Corona vaccination drive is the solid proof of the prowess, great capabilities and scientific genius of our doctors and scientists who have all the capabilities and knowledge to be at the top in the world. It is under the dynamic and decisive leadership of the Hon'ble Prime Minister that the last assault on Corona has begun. In the first phase 1 crore health workers and over 2 crore frontline workers will be administered Corona vaccine.

Today the entire world is looking towards India with hope and aspiration of getting Corona vaccine soon. India, which manufacturers and supplies more than 60 % of vaccines to the world, is fast emerging as a hub of Corona vaccine. It is a matter of great pride and satisfaction for every Indian that India will play a decisive role in saving humankind from the Corona pandemic. Several countries are in talks with Indian government and Corona vaccine manufacturers to get the Corona vaccine at the earliest in order to save their citizens.
