Highlights of the interaction with the Head of Missions to India of 7 countries at the party's central office in the 3rd phase of the “Know BJP” campaign by the National President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda
The Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda today interacted with the Head of Missions to India of 7 countries including Russia, Tajikistan, The Republic of Turkey, Uzbekistan, LAO PDR (Laos) Kyrgyzstan and Cuba at Party headquarters. The interaction is part of the "Know BJP” campaign which was started on 6th April 2022, the 42nd foundation day of Bharatiya Janata Party. Along with the Hon'ble National President, Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale, in-charge of the party's foreign affairs department, the party's national general secretary Smt. D. Purundeshwari and the party's national spokesperson Shri Gaurav Bhatia were also present. The program was conducted by the in-charge of the party's foreign department, Dr. Vijay Chautivale. Party's National General Secretary Smt. D Purundeshwari welcomed the guests in the program. A documentary on the Bharatiya Janata Party's journey since 1951 was also shown to the visiting dignitaries. After his remarks, Shri Nadda answered the questions of all the “Head of Missions” one by one.
“Know BJP” program was started on the 42nd foundation day of BJP i.e. 06 April 2022. Its second phase was organized on 16 May 2022. By combining today’s third phase dialogue, Shri Nadda ji has interacted with diplomats/Head of Missions to India of 34 countries including the European Union.
In today's dialogue, most of the “Head of Missions” gave their suggestions to the Hon'ble National President regarding people-to-people & Party-to-Party contact, cultural interaction and exchange of ideas between the countries. Everyone appreciated the struggle & the journey of the BJP and the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
Salient points of the speech of Hon’ble National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji:
● The last eight years of the Bharatiya Janata Party government under the dynamic leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has been dedicated and devoted to service, good governance and welfare of the poor. These eight years of the Modi Government have been highly successful and of big achievements. The focus of our Hon'ble Prime Minister is speed of growth and development, skilling our youth and workforce, and to increase the scale of Indians to think big and aim for higher goals. Infrastructure development and connectivity have been the hallmarks of the Narendra Modi Government.
● Under the leadership of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji our goal is 'Antyodaya', our ideology is Integral Humanism and our philosophy is cultural nationalism. The mantra of the Narendra Modi Government is - Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabha Prayas.
● All the programmes and policies of the Narendra Modi Government are dedicated to the welfare and empowerment of villagers and farmers, laborers and workers, Dalits and oppressed classes, youth and women.
● For our service to humanity, good governance and welfare of the poor are not just words, they are the base of the Bharatiya Janata Party government run by our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The past 8 years of the Narendra Modi Government is a successful journey of transformation of India.
● Under our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji women have got their rights to live with honour and dignity. Our youth and women have been empowered in a real sense. We have been able to empower and improve lives of those who were left out and we have been able to bring growth and development to every household.
● In India there's one political party which has strong internal democracy and that is the Bharatiya Janata Party. From booth level president to the National President - all are elected through elections. The Bharatiya Janata Party is the only political organization which has never compromised with its ideology and principles since its inception.
● It is under the dynamic leadership of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that in the last eight years we have been able to bring 12 per cent people out of the poverty line. Today just less than 10 percent of Indians are living below the poverty line. Despite the Corona pandemic our extreme poverty level has been below 0.8 per cent .
● Before our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji took over the charge at the Centre there were only 65-70 start-ups, but today India has over 70,000 start-ups. Out of these over 100 have already become Unicorns . India today is the Start-up Capital of the world. Our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji wants to create our youth job creators and not job seekers. In Exports also we have created a record by clocking $ 418 billion which is a record since our Independence.
● The massive victories of the Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur shows the faith, trust and respect the people of the country has for Modi ji and our party. It is also a stamp on programmes and policies, our good and effective governance.
● In Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand the Bharatiya Janata Party won two-third majority for the second consecutive time while in Manipur we formed our government for a second consecutive term while in Goa we got full majority to form our government once again. In Goa we have formed our government for the third time. The Bharatiya Janata Party has been winning elections after elections at all levels - from local bodies to states. The performance of the Bharatiya Janata Party has improved considerably under the leadership of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
● During the Corona pandemic the world saw the social face of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji led from the front to provide relief to citizens where he ensured free vaccination and also free rations to over 80 crore poor and needy people.
● During the Corona pandemic, our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji gave the clarion call of 'Sewa hi sangathan' which mobilized crores of the Bharatiya Janata Party workers who distributed over 50 crore food packets and ration kits to poor and needy people across the country. Similarly, crores of face masks and hand sanitizers were also distributed during the pandemic. Crores of BJP workers worked round the clock helping the needy and assisting government authorities in vaccination drives and relief operations during the Corona pandemic without caring for their health and well-being.
● India has created a record by carrying out the world's largest and fastest vaccination programme. Till today over 194 crore vaccine doses have been administered across the country. India has helped several countries by providing them Made In India vaccines and also other necessary medical aid during the Corona pandemic.
● Every effort of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is dedicated to welfare and wellbeing of all sections of our society - villagers and farmers, labourers and workers, Dalits and oppressed classes, backward classes, women, children and youth. All the schemes of the Bharatiya Janata Party government are formulated keeping in mind the needs and welfare of all these classes. Be it schemes like Ujjwala Yojna, Ayushman Bharat Yojna, Jan Dhan Yojna, Saubhagya Yojna, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna, Kisan Maan Dhan Yojna - all have transformed the country and helped improve living standard of the poorest of the poor.
● The Hon'ble Prime Minister provided corona vaccines to many countries including our neighbours under the 'Vaccine Maitri' initiative. The Hon'ble Prime Minister did not let the economy suffer or economic activities to be affected during the Corona pandemic. Through the National Education Policy the Narendra Modi Government ensured recognition which was due to all regional languages.
● Under the leadership of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji our foreign policy is being hailed globally. Whenever Indians living abroad face any crisis or problems they know that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is there to save and help them, this is the level of trust they have in their Prime Minister. They know everything is possible when Modi ji there (Modi hai to mumkin hai). This has been proven during the crisis in Afghanistan, Iraq, Wuhan and Yemen. During the Ukraine- Russia war our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji did the unthinkable when he managed to rescue over 23,000 students from the war zone.
● The Bharatiya Janata Party is today's world's largest political organization and we want to improve ties with all political parties across the world so that we can work towards making a world where there is peace, development, prosperity and cooperation. This is the reason why we have taken this initiative of 'Know BJP'.
