SALIENT POINTS OF THE PRESS CONFERENCE ADDRESSED BY BJP NATIONAL SPOKESPERSON DR. SAMBIT PATRA

 

The kind of rumour mongering that the Congress party has spread through its press conference and social media about the Indian vaccine Covaxin it is highly deplorable and disgraceful. It is a 'mahapaap' committed by the Congress party. Several scientists and experts have already rejected fake and misleading claims of the Congress party.

In his press conference the Congress party spokesperson Pawan Khera and the Congress party social media national convenor Gaurav Pandhi have alleged that their is calf serum in Covaxin. The Congress party started a campaign in social media saying that the vaccine has been prepared after killing cows and calves. This claim of the Congress party is a big lie, cooked up by the Congress party to mislead the people.

Covaxin does not contain serum of either cow or calf. This vaccine is very safe and there is no confusion about it.  The Union Ministry of Health and Covaxin manufacturer Bharat Biotech both have outrightly rejected fake claims of the Congress party and have also explained in detail the entire process of the manufacturing of Covaxin.

The Congress party wants to weaken India's fight against Corona virus and wants to create hurdles in our vaccination programme so that it gets delayed. To fulfil its petty political goals the Congress party wants to derail India's massive vaccination programme that is going on successfully. The Congress party wants to create fear psychosis among people, it wants to create confusion among people so that the world's largest vaccination programme gets derailed.

By raising fake and false questions the Congress party is trying to give communal colour to the vaccination programme. The Congress party will be remembered for two things -- for creating confusion and doubts in the minds of the people against the vaccine, and for wasting the Corona vaccine.

Smt Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra should reveal when did they get first and second doses of the vaccine? Has the Gandhi family got vaccinated? Does the Gandhi family has trust in Covaxin or not? These are the questions from entire nation.

From the very beginning the Congress party has raised questions over the vaccination drive and has always tried to mislead and create confusions against the vaccine. In the Congress ruled states somewhere there is corruption in procurement of the vaccines, somewhere precious vaccines are being dumped in garbage, vaccines are being dumped underground or being set on fire. This is the grim truth of vaccination drive in the Congress ruled States.

The Congress party's claim that calves have been killed to produce vaccine is a big white lie. It is an attempt by the Congress party to create unrest and fuel communal tensions in the country. This is the true and ugly face of the Congress politics . The Congress party has always hatched conspiracies to demean and degrade India.
