He urged support for BJP's candidate in upcoming elections to ensure continued progress under Shri Narendra Modi's leadership.

Shri Nadda paid homage to the brave souls who sacrificed their lives for India's freedom. He mentioned that Andaman & Nicobar is the sacred land where Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose had proclaimed independence on 30 December 1943 and where the seed of freedom had been sown. Shri Nadda noted that PM Shri Narendra Modi is the first Prime Minister who remembered the contributions of Netaji and the land of Andaman. Shri Nadda mentioned that the Congress party has always made efforts to forget the warriors who fought for independence and attempted to remember only one family. Congress also made extensive efforts to forget Netaji, but Shri Narendra Modi has kept Netaji's memory alive by remembering him and keeping his memorial alive. Similarly, there have been relentless efforts by the Congress to erase the memory of Veer Savarkar as well.

Hon’ble National President stated that there was a time when the public of Andaman & Nicobar Islands were neglected, and their development was hindered by the Congress. However, since Shri Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, the Andaman Islands have been included in the mainstream development, and there has been no shortage of development efforts. India, back in time, was the 11th economic power, but in the last five years under Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, the nation has transformed into the 5th economic power. As Shri Narendra Modi will assume his third term as the Prime Minister, the nation, under his leadership will become the 3rd largest economic power. Shri Nadda highlighted that today, when the economic policies of countries like America, England, Europe, Japan, and Australia are struggling, India is the only country that IMF and Morgan and Stanley describe as a bright spot in the country's future. India has transformed from a fragile economy to a bright economy.

Shri Nadda highlighted that in electronic manufacturing, India has surged ahead by 6 times and today, it is exporting electronics worth nearly ₹70,000 crore. Instead of ‘Made in China’, mobile phones now bear the label ‘Made in India’, with 97% of mobile phone manufacturing taking place in India. Today, India has surpassed Japan to become the 3rd largest automobile market in the world. In pharmaceuticals, India has become the world's pharmacy. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that this is just the trailer; the real development is yet to come. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, 12 crore toilets have been constructed, providing dignity to 12 crore women. In the Andaman Islands group, 22,000 'Izzat Ghar' have been built. Shri JP Nadda stated that under Ayushman Bharat, 55 crore people, 12 crore 74 lakh families, or 40% of India's population, have been provided with a health cover of ₹5 lakh per year for serious illnesses, and today, 11,500 families from the Andaman Islands group are beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat.

Shri Nadda stated that on the 19th, by casting their votes for Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, the public should express their concerns to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, and then Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address their concerns for the next five years. Double the budget has been allocated for the development of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. A yearly expenditure of ₹50,000 crore is being incurred for the Andaman Islands group, with the establishment of a medical college in Andaman, a law college in 2016, and similarly, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences. Additionally, work has been done to connect Andaman to the digital revolution by spending ₹1,224 crore on laying optical fibre.

Hon’ble National President stated that during the Congress rule, Congress used to monitor the situation in Andaman through satellites. Referring to the Veer Savarkar International Airport, Shri Nadda mentioned that it was built at a cost of ₹700 crore, and he criticised the Congress for squandering ₹700 crore of Andaman's development.

Shri Nadda stated that under the Sagarmala project, 60 projects are underway, with an expenditure of ₹7,623 crore, and a total of ₹132 crore are being spent on comprehensive education. He noted that ₹73,000 crore are being spent on this scheme. Shri Nadda emphasized that the work on the Chatham Bambooflat bridge has also been completed at a cost of ₹1,900 crores.

The BJP President stated that the INDI alliance or the ‘Ghamandia’ alliance, is an alliance based on two things. i.e., ‘Bhrashtachar Aur Pariwar Bachao’. On one hand, Shri Narendra Modi works to eradicate corruption from its roots, hence saying ‘Bhrashtachar Hatao’ while the INDI Alliance says ‘Bhrashtachari Bachao’. Shri Nadda emphasized that the Congress party has been involved in numerous scandals such as coal, Commonwealth Games, Sugar, rice, Submarine, 2G, 3G, and AgustaWestland. The Congress party has been involved in scandals in all three realms. The Samajwadi Party has also been involved in many scandals such as laptop distribution, Gomti Riverfront, and grain scams. Similarly, Lalu Yadav has been involved in scams such as land acquisition in exchange for jobs, sand and Alkatra scams. The DMK has been involved in the sand scam and they have avoided providing details on assets worth ₹132 crores. Ministers of the TMC have been involved in various scandals such as teacher recruitment, sand, sugar and cattle smuggling. The leaders of the JMM have been involved in land scams, while Kejriwal has been involved in scandals related to alcohol and medicine.

Shri Nadda stated that in the INDI Alliance, Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, P. Chidambaram, Lalu Prasad Yadav, A. Raja from DMK, leaders from TMC are out on bail. Whereas leaders like Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendra Jain, Hemant Soren, Azam Khan, Priyanka Malik, Partha Chaterjee and Manik Bhattacharya are in jail. Leaders of INDI Alliance are either out on bail or in jail. RJD leader Lalu Yadav's daughter Misa Bharti said she would send Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to jail, using derogatory language against a Prime Minister who has had a clean political career for 23 years, with no stains of corruption, having served as Chief Minister for more than 12 years and as Prime Minister for ten years. Opposition members are using such derogatory language against him.

Hon’ble National President stated that, RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav is out on bail due to health reasons; he was involved in the fodder scam and the job-for-land scam. Those out on bail are now hurling insults at Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The only way to respond to such people is to vote for the lotus symbol on the 19th and ensure Shri Bishnu Pada Ray's victory; this will be Andaman's answer. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India's development will continue, and the country will progress, securing its place in the world. Shri Nadda urged the public’s support to bring Andaman into the mainstream and foster its development.
