Hon'ble BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda released “Heartfelt - The Legacy of Faith” book in New Delhi

 

●     All the great Sikh Gurus including Guru Nanak Dev ji and 10th Guru, Guru Gobind Singh ji  have shown the world how to serve the people and society without any fear or favour. They have also shown the world how to take people along with compassion, humility, dedication, love and commitment.

 

●     Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji led Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Centre is serving the people of the country by following the path shown by all the great Sikh Gurus.

 

●     The attachment of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji towards the holy Sikh religion is not political but that of soul and towards the great feeling of patriotism of our great Sikh Gurus. Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji is highly inspired by the great contributions of our great Sikh Gurus towards nation - building and making our country strong, and Shri Modi ji is serving the country with same vigour, devotion and commitment.

 

●     Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji approved the FCRA grant to Shri Shri Harminder Sahib. Shri Modi ji is also instrumental in the construction of the Shri Shri Kartarpur Sahib corridor, withdrew tax on 'langar',  343 Sikhs from the blacklist and brought to justice the culprits of the 1984  genocide of our Sikh brothers and sisters.

 

●     It was under the initiative and guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji that the 350 th 'Prakash Parv' was celebrated across the country with great enthusiasm and gaiety. Shri Modi ji also gave honour and respect to Veer Sahibjade revered by the Sikh community and the entire country and also renovated and preserved the historical Jallianwala Bagh.

 

●     It is our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who started the spread of the teachings of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji across the world through our foreign missions. Shri Modi ji also got the holy Gurbani translated into various international languages and has also started its promotion and spread across the globe.

 

●     We will have to understand why no government in the past 70 years took special initiatives and steps for the Sikh religion? It is because either they had no will to do it or they were totally indifferent to this idea. Why did the previous governments approve the FCRA grant for the Shri Shri Harminder Sahib ji?

 

●     Why did it take 70 years post - Independence for our Sikh brothers and sisters to do 'darshan' and visit Shri Kartarpur Sahib ji? The honour of constructing the Shri Shri Kartarpur Sahib ji corridor goes to our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. It is due to Shri Modi ji that this great and important work for the Sikh community could be completed.

 

●     The kind of injustice that the previous governments did by not consoling and helping the Sikh community for the 1984 genocide of the innocent Sikh brothers and sisters, it is unpardonable. It is highly condemnable that the previous governments did the sin of adding to the misery of the Sikh community. Nothing was done to ensure justice for the victims of the 1984 genocide of the Sikh community.

 

●     Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji did the work of bringing to justice the culprits of the 1984 genocide of the Sikhs and lodged them in jail. He formed a SIT on the Sikh pogrom and took strong action against the culprits, whereas the previous governments did nothing and just delayed justice to the Sikh community by saving the culprits.

 

●     Some political leaders do not understand the issues of national interests and national integration and that is why they give absolutely absurd statements. By seeing the prevailing condition in Afghanistan, it has become very clear why the CAA was very necessary for the safety and integrity of the nation.

 

●     I am very fortunate and blessed to have received the 'swaroop' of the holy Guru Granth Sahib ji on its return from Afghanistan. It was a great occasion for me to see the holy Guru Granth Sahib ji being established  in the gurudwara in Delhi.

 

●     Our brothers and sisters who migrated from West Pakistan and settled in Jammu and Kashmir were deprived of all their rights. By abolishing the Article 370 our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji gave them their rights back and returned their honour and respect.

 

●     In our Independence struggle the importance of Jallianwala Bagh is supreme. Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has reconstructed and renovated this national monument and developed it as a religious place of supreme importance, which is highly condemnable.

 

●     I thank and congratulate the New India Development Foundation and its members for publishing the  “Heartfelt-The Legacy of Faith” book.

 

●     This important Foundation is working as a great national integrator and is deeply engaged in the welfare and wellbeing of the society. It is doing good work for the society, which is highly appreciable. The Foundation is also highlighting the gaps in the implementation of various government schemes and programmes, thereby helping the government to improve its efficiency and ensure that maximum people get benefits from the welfare schemes and programmes. The Foundation is also helping in the last - mile delivery of various government schemes and programmes, which is highly commendable.
